Pure Pet is the absolute best! The experience is not just shopping for pets or supplies; they provide knowledge every step of the way on caring for your pet. They take one on one time every time I have been in, and that is something you do not get at big brand pet stores. Also, healthy animals and a clean store. The help I have received even down to my tiniest fish is so much appreciated 🖤

Always love coming into this pet store. The nicest workers/owners around town and very knowledgeable. I got this super cool snail there (along with some other fish) and have not been disappointed yet. This place is like a hidden candy store for animal lovers 😁 highly recommend checking it out!!!

This is the absolute CLEANEST pet store I have EVER been to! Normally petstores have a certain smell, especially exotic pet stores and I didn't smell anything in this store. The floors were beautifully clean and not only did every animal have an appropriate, naturalist enclosure, they were all IMMACULATELY clean! Besides how cleanly it was and how beautiful the enclosures were, all the animals looked healthy, they had a great selection of products, and they had very good prices. I also loved the 2 friendly, free roam kitties! 10/10 recommend and we will be back!

My youngest only asked for one thing for his 8th birthday. That was a bearded dragon. Emily, Nick, Miranda, and Scamper at Pure Pet were extremely helpful and friendly when we stopped in to let him pick out his new friend. They guided us to exactly what we needed to make Bones new home comfortable and healthy. It was well worth the nearly an hour drive to avoid purchasing from a chain store. What a beautiful, well laid out, and well cared for store. The animals are obviously healthy and loved. I can't wait to go back to keep our new family member stocked with everything he needs to be happy.

Let me add my name to the list of positive reviews. Wide selection of supplies for various types pets, more than competitive pricing, friendly and helpful. They have always given good advise. Don't bother with the big box stores Pure Pet should be your first stop.

This has to be one of the most pet forward pet stores I've ever been in. They make sure that their animals are respected and safe while customers are in the store. They have been awesome for years, and I'm so happy to watch them grow!

Emily and her husband are awesome! They are wonderful people and give great pet advice. All the employees are wonderfully trained and are always kind. I've adopted two female guinea pigs from them and they were so helpful and went above and beyond. They have cheaper products than other pets stores and online. Recommend 10/10 for all your pet needs!

Just went in. Employees were not helpful and rude. Asked questions and was ignored and walked away from. Very sad that employees could not help me. I had to do all research on own. I drove over 45 minutes to be treated like this very sad.

We are frequent customers and we always have a positive experience. Owners and employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve purchased Fire Belly toads and various fish from Pure Pet, as well as supplies, food, etc. I appreciate the patience owners and employees have when we ask questions about pets and supplies. We’re looking at purchasing a Russian tortoise next, which is a huge commitment and we knew very little about them prior to speaking with the owners recently. They have been very helpful and have educated us on pet care and supplies prior to this big purchase. We just wanted to show our appreciation. We highly recommend Pure Pet. If you’re local-there’s no other pet store like this... if you’re not local-it’s worth the drive. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed!

Staff is knowledgeable about their products and animals, also friendly and polite. They do their research and only offer products that are safe. Prices are pretty comparable to other pet stores and I feel good knowing that when I buy products for my pets that I don't have to worry if they are safe for them.

Great pet store! If you're looking for reptiles then this is the place for you! They have more reptiles than anything but they also have pocket pets as well as a really nice aquarium section with a great variety of fresh and salt water fish! They also have a cat section where you can look at the cats nicely and are for adoption. they also have great prices and nice deals on tanks. 10/10 I'd come back again.
