I take my dog here quite often and I can say with confidence that the service here is 5 stars. They have amazing customer service and always do amazing with my dog! Highly recommend.

Wish I could pick negative stars. Place has gone downhill since new owners. Been taking my mini schnauzers there for 25 yrs. New owner staff gets the schnauzer cut wrong. Even after I’ve explained it a few xs. They get appointments wrong. The last appt they told me 1p. When I showed they said it wasn’t 1p.But did groom my dog. Then the owner argued I called and made an appt for a week later while they were grooming my dog. I made no call. The owner kept arguing I called like I lie or have dementia. Idk why it mattered so much! At one point I agreed it was a misunderstanding and thought it was over. But they started saying I called again. I said I won’t bring my dog back. Seconds after the owner banned my dog and wants to black list me. I paid the $50. The owner was very unprofessional. I just wanted to pick my dog up! I’ve been going there for 25 years and was never treated badly in anyway. When u read the reviews pay attention to when it was written. Any positive review prior to 2022 is the old owners review-who had no negative. Please keep that in mind!

One and only place I would ever take my dogs. Staff is so friendly and great with my dogs. They get so excited whenever they go and sometimes would rather stay there then go home.

New owners are rude, obnoxious and cannot have my business any further. I have used them for our dogs for 14 years but no longer. They cannot get appointments straight nor dog owners phone numbers. Very poor quality of grooming

No possible way of getting an appointment in the afternoon because no one is there past noon. When you call, you leave messages and seriously don't hear back until the 3rd or 4th voicemail is left if you here back from them at all. And if you work mornings, until 230 in the afternoon like I do (like most people do), they won't even try to help, don't expect to be able to get an appointment. Had very high hopes from so many good reviews but severely disappointed.

I wish I could post a picture but can’t. My family just moved to Salem from West Virginia. It was time for my dog to be groomed so I looked up this place. My dog is 12 years old and has NEVER had to be muzzled for grooming. I told them how nervous I was when I got there because she had gone to the same groomers for 12 years and this was going to be different experience for her. They said oh don’t worry she’ll be fine. When I go to pick her up they claim she bit them just because they tried to do a front paw so they muzzled her!! Really?!?!?! My dog has never had to be muzzled to groom. So I get her home and drop her off to go to the hospital. I’m sitting there with my grandmother who is dying and my daughter sends me a picture of a place where they CUT her pretty bad. Oh they conveniently did not tell me they hurt her. Hours later she was still bleeding so you know it was no small Knick. I have the picture. No wonder she got upset. Never again will I take my dog there and I definitely do not recommend anyone taking theirs there. Poor experience all the way around.

They do a lovely job! We have taken our child, oops, I meant our dog there twice. Both times we have been very satisfied. They touched my heart last time BC my Cruiser was just sitting on the floor (not in a kennel) waiting for his mom to take him home....

Very friendly staff, and very good with your fur kids. I love takin my baby there and when I come back he looks amazing! ! Def a great place to take ur loved ones, and the prices are reasonable. I get my 80lb golden retriever shaved like a lion and it's only $55. They do his nails ears and his rectal release! Great place!!

I loved this place at 1st. They did a great job with my dog but the lady there is so RUDE. I wouldnt go back. She told me if i couldnt afford to get my dog groomed i shouldnt have a pet, but i took my dog in from someone as a favor so..

They have groomed my dog on several occasions, & they always do a great job! The prices are very reasonable, too! My dog gets a full grooming, including a haircut. She never seems frazzled when I pick her up, unlike some other places.

I've always taken my dogs 2 The Pet Zone for the last 30 years the groomers are all excellent I feel very comfortable taking my dogs there I would just be uncomfortable taking Stella to another groomer

This is a lovely place to assure your pet us taken care of and spoiled. I took my blind Chinese crested powder puff in and they gave him a beautiful cut in an hour. Fast. Efficient. And wonderful.

took my schnauzer for a schnauzer cut which they said they would do.....not what my dog received. no cape, no fluffy legs no shaved back. just a standard all one length hair cut. will never let them touch my dog again. feeling exceptionally cheated.
