Conveniently located in a plaza with lots of parking. This place is pet friendly and has lots a variety of pet products and services. The workers were very friendly and helpful and the treat case contained a lot of healthy natural selections of goodies.The pet wash station is a new trend that would be perfect for your dog if you don’t mind doing it yourself. It would definitely be good because there is no bending over at the bathtub at home.

Awesome to find out you can wash yourbpet at their public pet wash station. They provide all that you need to wash and dry your dog. Nice when you have a 120 pound Rotty and they take care of the mess afterwords. Best $10 ive spent in quite awhile!!

We were encouraged to sign up for a store membership to get a once-monthly free bath and nail trim for our dog. When we brought him in, we were told it was $10.99 for a bath -- no nail trim would be provided. Then we found out that we would have to bathe him ourselves. So we paid $10.99 for....some water and soap. We won't be returning.

Heard about the dog bath and tried it. Fantastic!!! Everything is furnished and employees very helpful! Nice warm bath for my dog in the winter!!! Shampoo and towels are all supplied too!

We come here regularly to wash our dogs and are very happy with the facility and the employees. Always friendly and helpful, we have been given several free washes when everything wasn't just right.

Everything I needed in 1 place. Helpful, friendly staff too. Made me feel welcome! Zignature, Weruva, Wellness and Merrit's cans. Natural Balance dry. My beagle has environmental allergies and needs specific types of foods. Could not find all of them since I relocated to Ohio from Illinois. Now I know I find it all here.

This place is really cool. They have a ton of stuff for your dogs! The staff seemed caring and excited. They did have a good selection of dog food brands.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Great selection of treats and toys for my animals. Store is very clean and well organized! Definitely recommend!

Great place for cat and dog owners. Pet friendly with friendly and helpful staff. Very small selection of fish and bird care items so probably best to look elsewhere like Pure Pet.

Girls couldn't stop talking long enough to even say hi or barley tell me my total. Definitely need better customer service. Other than that no complaints.

They implemented some over-reactions protocol for the scare-tactic mass hysteria flu... Employees now "shop" for you while you stand behind a blue line.But employees are too lazy to do anything and just tell you that they dont have a particular item.

They have nice pet supplies but I can see why they are closing. Even with the closing sale, their prices are too high.
