This goodwill has the friendliest people.Its very organized and clean.I enjoyed my visit and found quite a few very niceItems.They had a pair of the cutest Coach heals there,but unfortunately they were too small!!!!!

The ladies at Goodwill Salem always leave the store looking great and organized! Pricing is not as high as other stores locally which makes for some good treasures to be found!

Got my baby girl some pretty cool stuff for super cheap. 17 bucks for everything. Just make sure stuff works! The bouncing frog didn't work no returns. But she still likes it and it was like 4 bucks!

It seems to have a lot of clothing. I have been a couple times looking for specifics. That doesn’t always work out, and it didn’t either time there, for us.They did have a lot of cute shoes for women. Honestly, I find the women’s clothing a little overwhelming. They seem to have packed a lot of stuff in a small space. Will probably visit again though. Nice area.

I shop here on the regular chasing Hotwheels for one thing but also clothes, jewelry, shoes or just the right electronic item. Staff are friendly and helpful and the whole atmosphere if pleasant whether you speak English or not. Kay the manager does a bang up job keeping fresh items constantly on display... I LOVE THIS STORE 🎵🎷🎵😎😎😎😎😎

I always find good stuff at this one. This store has a big furniture selection compared to other goodwills in the area , pretty organized too!

UNAPPEALING, store not as well organized even tho there is much more floor space, just not the store that it was in downtown Salem. You've lost many good sales people and prices are much higher...to the point of being ridiculous.ONLY good thing is better parking.

This store is st up like a Macy's! Clean and thrifty! Top-notch staff that even made sure that we was setup for their rewards program! Love this store

I haven't been there in a while. Found a huge, beautiful afghan there! They have done some rearranging and some cleaning! It was a very pleasant experience!

Monday may 3 2021. I was there it was ok. It look like a department store. It was nice. I will be back. Only been there once. The prices on clothes are high

Definitely not as nice as the one in Alliance, OH. A lot of their clothes are outdated and honestly all the have is a bunch of junk others didnt want. They did have some cute jewelry though!

They sold me broken appliances, which thry test so they knew. Workers was rude n kinda nasty today. Over priced on all the used furniture. Just go elsewhere if your wise.

They moved stuff around again and most of the space is a mess. I was just there and it looked kind of a mess in the kids toys and housewares.
