I went there with my Aunt who is in a wheelchair and I had to constantly move boxes and metal crates out of the way so she could do her shopping. This is not only an inconvenience but also a Hazzard and a danger for not only customers but also employees. I made mention to it to a worker and all he said was "I'll let my manager know".

It was clean. Easy to shop. Good prices. At checkout no one came through. I used the self checkout. It was easy so id say 5 if someone had responded to my yell for help but 4 because I could do self checkout!

I went into this store with the intent of purchasing hot wheels. The selection available was limited to just a few cars. I noticed there were boxes everywhere so a truck had recently made a delivery. After looking around the store and not seeing anything I went to the back of the store. The stockroom doors were propped open and I looked inside. I saw a new shipper inside so I went to the manager and requested she retrieve it for me. She simply said no. She was working alone. There was no one in line at all and she had just come from the back herself. I asked her why and she said they are just hot wheels. I explained that I had money and it was my intention to purchase quite a few of them. She still refused. I have asked on many occasions at many stores and have NEVER been told no I can't go to the back and get something. Especially when it's 10 feet from the door. I went outside, gathered myself, and then went back in to try and address it with her. At this point I was told she was going to call the police on me.... For trying to purchase product from her. In her store. That she manages. That she collects a paycheck from. That needs to sell said product to generate revenue to pay her. I truly wish there was a 0 star rating. Now I will go back later as she advised but I can most certainly bet that that shipper will.be open and there will not be 144 cars in it. I guess that's the perks of management. She needs to supplement her income somehow.

They carry you basic needs and wants albeit at higher prices than grocery or department stores. Their advantage is location- you don't need to drive across town for the 1 or 2 fill in items

This store is so unorganized. There was product all over the floor in more than one aisle to where you couldn’t push a shopping cart down. Boxes of product needing stocked just sitting in the middle of aisles. There was only one cash register open with 6 or 7 people waiting in line. It was just a bad experience over all at this Dollar General.

They are decently priced and convenient. A lot easiest than going to Walmart. They are never super busy so it's easy to get in and out.

I'm a big supporter of any new businesses on the west-side...another dollar store wasn't what I had in mind, but it is a really nice store. It even has public restrooms!

Well stocked, clean, and organized. Staff seems a bit worn down and unenthusiastic. Maybe overworked or stressed. Nice variety of products.

Majority of worker's are very friendly. They could have a bigger selection but with covid they seem to not stock everything.
