Staff is very pleasant and they took great care of my kitten while he was there. He was neutered and all has seemed to be well since. My sanity has yet to be restored as he still acts like a 2yr old child, getting into everything, attacking the dogs and driving me nuts!! But I love my lil guy.

Doctor Jenny is the only Vet I trust with my fur baby. I met Jenny nearly 20 years ago. I know whatever treatment she recommends is the best option. I trust her knowing that my pets are well taken care of without having to go through or me having to pay for unnecessary testing or treatment. I moved over an hour away but it is worth the drive knowing that she will give me her honest opinion.I highly recommend this vet office. The staff are friendly and caring also. None better out there.

Friendliness and taking time with my pets. Everyone at Brown County Veterinarian treats us as if they have known us and pets forever. They do not try to push more products or services, they tell you what they recommend and let you make the decision if you want to purchase or not. I've taken 4 dogs to them and they really comfort the pets and they're never scared or dread going into the building.

I went there for emergency services for my dog that just had to be put down. They wouldn't even see my dog when I said she hadn't eaten for a week and she was loosing weight quickly. They forgot why they were there. I hope nobody else will have to experience what I experienced recently.

We were referred to these guys, highly referred... had a time sensitive situation with our dog and was denied even an initial visit with them. Saying “sorry not taking new clients at this time” ... was trying to wait up to 2-3 weeks for an appointment but was denied! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOURE A FIRST TIME SAVE YOUR EFFORTS FOR A VET THAT TRULY CARES!

I trust cowdrey with anything animal related. I was so nervous picking a vet for our darling boost but my husband already knew they were the one. I hands down think this is the best vet ever. They are so helpful and the staff is amazing! My dog loves coming here. It's like a vacation for him. So many animals to see and meet. The lovely pet staff are awesome as well. The kitty is loveable as long as he or she wants to be loved but will let u know when she's not in the mood. Couldn't give u guys enough stars. Thanks so much for all you have done.

I called just now with an emergency and because I didn't have an account with them was told in a smartass tone and with an uncaring attitude that the Dr. would only be there till noon and they had appointments till then but they could probably get him in next week. I told her that he may not make it till then and she said oh okay. Shocked I said well thank you and she said okay. ....I just want to say thank you for the concern and you lost a future customer( Im sorry, let me rephrase, an account) I was going to bring my cats and dog to be sprayed and neutered and shots, but I see your that your concern isn't with the animals but with money. I took my Dog there because of a sore on her back leg the vet came out and was saying In a very loud voice your Dog has cancer and she won't life long and if you take her home she will have to be an inside Dog for the few weeks she has left they were not at all friendly I was so hurt and crying my eyes out we put are down Dog because the vet said she wouldn't live long and would be in pain I will not ever take another of my pets there this was my first visit and it will be my last and not only that but I asked them to keep the bill under 100 dollars when 1 of the ladies first came out well we called in to make sure well a different lady comes out talking very loud saying if you can just call someone and borrow the rest of the money will will put her to sleep I had the money on my credit card but I asked them to keep it under 100 but the lady came out with other people in the parking lot that can hear everything that was being said and after she stopped yelling thinking I didn't have the money I told her to just put it on my card she looked shocked I was very up set and I didn't like the way they treated us at all I wasn't going to let my Dog live in pain and suffer and being treated like this and being told well most of our customers have the money next time she said you should go some place else very rude and upsetting no thanks never again

We won't take our pets anywhere else. They are all amazing and when you walk in that waiting room you feel at home. There is not a better vet in ohio much less anywhere
