I have COPD so I need my medicine to be on time and available to me. They never have my medicine. They will tell me they’re gonna get it in and then they never get it in. Three times I have turned prescriptions into that place and they just didn’t fill them and acted like they never got them . Two times they have given me inhalers that were empty. EMPTY!!!!! I don’t think this place should be in business at all, they are the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. The women that work in the pharmacy have zero social skills, and they shouldn’t even be allowed around other human beings until they get bare minimum communication skills. They NEVER answer the phone and when they do they are rude af!!! I’m so tired of dealing with them I’m going to report them to their main office and possibly to whoever you report people who give out bad medicine and just flat put lose prescriptions and then I’m gonna transfer my prescription someplace else because I wouldn’t trust them to get me a pack of gum, let alone fill a prescription!

Let me be clear. The only reason I even gave this place 1 star is because there is currently no option to give it zero stars. Every time I have had to come to the Russells Point Rite Aid, the pharmacy staff have been extremely discourteous and rude to me. One time, I approached the drive thru window in my vehicle at about 1:20 PM, and the window was open. I could see one of the staff near the desk, but she made no move to approach the window. After about three minutes of waiting, I pushed the call button. The staff came to the window and closed the shutter without saying a word to me. I have tried calling at different times (not during their half-hour for lunch) and they almost never answer the phone. When they do answer, they are very curt and speak in a tone that implies they have more important things to be doing, whether you are asking a question about medication or trying to refill a prescription. If you need to get prescriptions filled, or almost anything else that the pharmacy section at rite aid might have, WITHOUT being made to feel like you are inconveniencing the staff by being there, Aries Pharmacy is the place I would honestly recommend. But if they aren’t open in times of need, I will never go to Rite Aid again, I will go out of town, anywhere but Rite Aid.

I was in town today and stopped in to see if there was a public restroom. The younger pharmacist lady was extremely rude to me. I was floored. I don't live here and had no idea if there were a restroom I could use or not. She was awful.The older lady cashier was a bit rude towards me as well. Before I went to the back where the pharmacy was, I waited to ask the cashier. She saw me standing there and continued to gossip with a customer for a bit, ignoring me flat out.This place is awful. There's literally no reason for this sort of behavior. If you can't provide good customer service, you are working in the wrong industry, ladies! I feel bad for the regulars here who get their medicine. I wouldn't trust this place at all.

I told a friend that I was going to Rite Aid to get my flu shot. She said she was never going back there because they were rude. When I got to the window and told them I wanted a flu shot, they rudely told me I don't think we are doing that today. Go to Aries. As I was leaving, another customer told the people in the front that they should tell the people in the pharmacy that once they lose a customer they will never get them back. A lady behind the counter said, "I don't think I will tell them anything. I am not on the clock." So...today they have lost at least two customers because I will never spend any money there again.

Customer service in pharmacy is very poor. That is if you can get them to answer the phone. Whether on the phone, in the store, or drive thru, they always act like you’re an extreme inconvenience. There are other pharmacies-certainly can and will go elsewhere. Will gladly drive further to not deal with these rude people.

Main lobby is typically stocked well and clean. Staff is hit or miss on whether they will help you or not, but typically friendly. Depending on who you get at the window for the pharmacy, will determine your visit. Usually pick up in the evening, but dropping off a script and picking it up in the morning is irritating when you are sick. Not friendly and not communicative. This has been an issue multiple times now.

Ample parking & conveniently located next to the harbor. Always well stocked, friendly customer service.Most times call in prescriptions from doctors office are ready within 20 minutes & can be picked up at the drive up window.Carrying your Rite Aid car with you will save money.

Tons of inventory that isn't typically found in similar stores. Competitive pricing, meaning their prices are in line with CVS, Walgreens, etc. Service had always been polite, helpful without being intrusive. Very rarely crowded, and never crowded to the point I noticed, and certainly never to any point it would have affected my comfort or ability to browse or shop in any aspect! Rite Aids are few and far between in my area, so as strange as it may be, even to me, I very much look forward to any time I will be able to stop in!?! Lol

I am new to the area and I needed a covid test on Easter day. I got there 15 minutes early like they said to. When I got there the pharmacy was closed and I had to wait anyway. I was told that I would receive a phone call or text in 7 days. That was Easter day. It is now the 19th of April and I'm still waiting for my results
