I've wanted to give 0 stars but that's not allowed. Most of the staff is rude. All of their trash cans are full outside. They never have any window cleaning fluid in any of the containers by the pumps. The subway inside is ridiculous also. They are always out of bread and they have an attitude if ur ordering multiple subs. Which I don't understand why someone gets an attitude when that is their job is to make subs lmao.. I give a minus 10 stars

Lately the staff seems lazy and rude, store cleanliness is poor, trash cars overflowing at the pumps, garbage blowing across the road. No clear direction or expectations from manager/s, poor business etiquette.

Metha, the assistant manager of this location is the cause of a lot of customers going to other stations. After being told she wont accept pennies because she didnt want to count them at the end of her shift i wont be going anymore. Her laziness doesnt make my money any less spendable and its not my problem in the least but i was denied service and treated disrespectfully and its not acceptable behavior a customer service even a manager should never act as she does.

Great location! They have friendly staff and they work hard to keep up the place clean. They have truck parking for customers only. Please don’t trash this place up. Nice clean restrooms open 247. Alway enjoy a fresh sandwich at the subway.

Terrible. The guy with the long black hair stared me and my girlfriend down as we shopped as if we did something wrong. He was also completely rude at the register while checking out. Will most likely never go there again because of this creep. He even stared at me as I drove away.

Bathrooms are clean and staff was very nice. Truck parking is awesome, local police stayed most of the night. Feels safe and place is very clean.

If you are looking for people to help you that have no intention of doing their job at any speed that would be close to normal, this would be your place. If you are looking to see the newest and latest PJ pants modeled by said employees, this would also your place.

Walking in to the business , two guys that were workers smoking , one yelling don’t do it .. don’t do it , as I had a couple lottery tickets to cash in . This was 7/4/20 at 6:30 pm . The other gentleman went inside behind me saying make sure you have enough money to cash the tickets to the lady at the register ( who was great by the way ). He looking in , tons of 20’s there saying I don’t know . Long story short , don’t be rude saying that to a customer coming into your business , and don’t sell lottery if you don’t want to cash it out . Felt very uncomfortable in that store from the two gentleman .

Just stopped in to get coffee with my husband and they had one half pot of coffee that looked very old. All the cappuccino machines were dirty and broken. Hard to believe its a 24 truck stop.

Very busy location. Limited staff, these guys work like dogs but they make it happen. I'd go crazy trying to cash out customers while trying to make sandwiches. Huge shout-out to the staff.

I've been parking my truck there for over 12 yrs. & have NEVER had a problem with anyone trying to break into it. The local police are in & out of there constantly.

Keep in mind that they charge 7.25% sales tax (in Wood County) while everyone else is at 6.75%. Not sure how that is possible, but I guess the Crossroads branch gets special dispensation.
