This Rite Aid is a staple in our little community. I've never had rude cashiers as the other reviews have noted. In fact there was a gentleman behind the cashier's counter who was rather friendly. Good inventory, however the outside of the building can look a little run down. They could certainly kill the weeds coming through the concrete out front, as it looks pretty un-presentsble.

Do Not Use The Pharmacy. Absolutely avoid stepping foot into this nightmare of a pharmacy. The Rite Aid Pharmacy located at 801 Dixie Hwy, Rossford, OH 43460, is an absolute disaster. The pharmacy staff's behavior is shockingly rude and arrogant, making the entire experience truly unbearable. Please be aware that this review is solely based on my own personal encounter...I cannot emphasize enough just how mind-bogglingly insane their rude, arrogant, and narcissistic behavior truly is. They seem to relish in concocting excuses to withhold your medication, acting as if they possess superior medical knowledge. The whole operation is like a chaotic circus led by individuals who appear utterly clueless. Save yourself the anguish and seek out a pharmacy that genuinely values its clientele. And as for a drive-through option? Don't even bother dreaming – that's way beyond their capabilities!

I shop at this location at least twice a week and usually do not have a problem however every so often I will have to deal with a cashier who doesn't know how to properly apply an OTC insurance card. So while I'm sick as a dog and need my medicine I can't have it because instead of her asking for assistance she refused to use my method of payment that I've used any other time with no issue. So thanks for another sleepless night. 🤒🤧

Husband and I came in today to get my prescription and asprin. Older lady working with short grey hair and black glasses gets annoyed as we come up to cash out and she was tagging the candy area up front . As she comes up she slams asprin on counter as she rings and has an attitude. We come here often and normally never have a bad experience, very upsetting.

Decent selection including alcohol - but higher prices (convenience stores are typically like this so I'm not surprised).My biggest annoyance with this store is that EVERY SINGLE ASSOCIATE IS BEYOND RUDE. I can walk in there any day of the week at any time and am always graced with terrible customer service. How hard is it to smile, say hello, or ask how someone is doing? A thank you? Yeah good luck getting that from anyone who works there.I try to avoid this place at all costs because of the terrible employees.

Never been to a store with ruder management. Went in looking for something and when I couldn't find it, asked the store manager where I could find it. I was told by the manager, "You people would know where things were if you came in here more often!" I drive 2.5x farther to take my business elsewhere.

Terrible pharmacy...my wife even had someone else's script in her bag ,then got chased to her car by the pharmacist and she replied OMG I'mso sorry....just very unprofessional

Rude associates,that doesnt go for all of them but its thier job to be pleasant ...the prices are too high only buy with discount card on certain products,pharmacy needs to get thier information correct ,became a headache real fast,when they give back information it should be correct not having to deal with so many people contradicting what they say ,no more phone tag telling me come in in 2 days then change it after those two days to more days fed up...no longer dealing with incompetent staff....
