Always have the products I want. Sometimes slow at the register but has great hours. Can always go there and get what my dog needs. Stock quality dog food and treats. Also have most any items you need right away for your pets.

Take all my greyhounds here for nail trims and grinds. All the staff in the grooming center have always been amazing and the nicest people. They always do such a good job on the nails.The store itself has a very good selection of about anything you can need, the shelves are always stocked.

This store is okay.They have the stuff other stores do.Their customer service is pretty good.But I think they need a new bug supplier.Lately their "large" crickets have barely been medium.....And I've always been kinda salty that they remove all the water dishes, hides, plants, and anything extra that comes in their spider enclosures.It also seems to slightly depend on the employee, rather than company policy.I've been told, they're "not kits' and you're just buying the spider/scorpion.But out of 2 spider purchases and 1 scorpion purchase, they didn't remove anything from the scorpion enclosure.Maybe the employee was afraid, but so were my spiders when they were stripped of everything!Seriously, leave the water dish and the hide.If it was a pink toe with webbed up sticks everywhere would you rip out their whole habitat?Just sounds kinda cheap from a company who cares about animal comfort enough to not sell you goldfish or 7 dollar lizards if they know you're feeding them to something.I have a real hard time believing what's company policy and who's blowing smoke or just trying to save a buck. And if the policy is rigged to be that way, the policy is blowing smoke to save a buck.It's a tiny cage, with barely anything in it the spider doesn't need or use as shelter. Just let it be.You let me buy crickets, knowing they're feeders.But somehow goldfish and anoles are no excuse.I have a Goliath bird eater the size of a chalupa who would love those 7 dollar lizards more than your tiny crickets that don't live long.I'm going to buy one and just not say anything.Your policy is garbage.

Best place to get your dog groomed! Maddie is wonderful and so sweet with the dogs! Everyone is so friendly and they care for the animals! Extremely impressed! Second time taking our dog there and we love it! 🐶❤️

My experience was great. From booking the appointment and receiving the special care from the professional groomer for my cat . We are highly satisfied with the results ,nicely trimmed nails with no drama from my cat!

The store is very clean and well stocked. They have a wide selection of pet supplies for almost any pet. They also have a wide selection of pets to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you can not find something just ask and they will guide you in the right direction. The groomer inside the store makes it convenient for a one stop shop for you beloved pet.

Jen was so helpful and knowledgeable. My son recently brought home 2 guppies from school and we wanted a few more fish in the aquarium. She knew what fish would go well together and gave us advice on if and when to add more fish or a few snails.

Pretty well run store. Has most anything you could need. Shop a lot there for my canines. Was Disappointed to see the condition of their crested gecko setup. Humidity was 30%(they require between 50-80%), heat was nearly 90°(82° is generally considered their max temp), and no food present(baby crested geckos generally require a constant supply of food for growth). We decided to "rescue" the baby crested gecko that was there because of the situation(I know I can't rescue every animal in bad subpar conditions from every major pet store). I had asked to see the gecko out of the enclosure because the back toes looked like it had stuck shed(something that can happen, especially in low humidity). I was told that the only way I could see it was to buy it and then I could see it after check out. Turned out when I did this, the gecko was polydactyl(had 6 toes on each back foot) which often happens from over breeding parents or cross breeding too closely. Long story short, if you need supplies from this store they'll have most anything you could possibly need. But be careful when it comes to buying a reptile from them. I wasn't willing to return the baby crested gecko to the conditions it was in and didn't know if they'd just resell it or even have it put down so I didn't return it.

I went for one item that I called about. I walked the store, and ask one of the cashiers; (only employee I saw at the time). She radioed for an answer. She sent me to one area, it wasn't there. I was discouraged. Finally, a new cashier line opened up and when the cashier ask if I found what I wanted, I said no and explained my issue. She was very helpful. Found the product I came in for, and I was on my way. She deserves great credit for her help.

Went in to get some cat food. The selection of food and toys can be overwhelming. The selection is pretty diverse in all departments. Right now there are some cute Halloween treats for dogs and toys and costumes for all ,maybe most, pets.Cats for adoption are adorable! If you are looking, you should check it out. Most adoptions appear to be $50. There were a couple cute gray black stripe kittens and a couple red stripe ones. A volunteer was cleaning the bins and kittens were just enjoying the attention.The store was very clean and employees were helpful. Always a good experience.

Awesome sale right now. Most everything I needed was half off including live animals. They were amazing. They knew a lot about thier pets. You could tell they were well loved in the store. The even gave me a feeding schedule and care history. Top notch outfit if you ask me.

This is where we met our bearded dragon! They don't always have what you need - often out of crickets, and their hornworms are sometimes dead... but otherwise fine. Also watch out for pee on the floor!

Just took Chase our mini schnauzer here to get groomed. Maddy B. did his cut, and it's the best he has ever looked!! She was super friendly with him in the lobby getting to know him before we left. Highly reccomend getting groomed here with Maddy!! See ya soon!!

Been going here for a while now and definitely notice same pattern with few of the different white women employees. I am a tall African American man.... More quiet than anything.... And every time I enter into this establishment..... No one speaks. Not the managers... Not the cashiers... No one. I'm not a overly sensitive person.... But when I am checking out very rarely am I greeted either! And while I am getting checked out.... Every single person who comes in they greet!!! And very friendly mind you. So once I started noticing this... I would definitely pay attention. This is a consistent occurrence!! Made my wife and my daughter also aware.... Because my wife said I was over exaggerating. Then lo and behold.... She sees the exact same thing as what I am talking about. She does not have a high tolerance for this type of ignorance unfortunately... So I believe she has reached out to corporate!!! If your a person of color... You might want to think about it before going here. Possibility you won't be treated equally as everyone else!! This place seems to have to racist undertones here.... Makes my family and I anxious and uncomfortable. Sad people who work here. I feel bad for them!!!

The staff is friendly. They check on my cat periodically after his appointments to see how he's doing. They seem to be working hard to find out what's going on with him. The doctors that I speak with sound well informed.
