Worst customer service ever. Hobby Lobby has better prices and coupons. I received and email giving me 5$ plus 25% off entire order. Could be used on store promotions and sale prices. Store is always out of stock so tried to order online and would not accept my coupon code. Customer service told me to go ahead and place order and once processed they would credit yeah like that would happen. I'll never shop at Michael's again and I recommend Hobby Lobby for your yarn needs

I had 3 large pieces of art framed here on two separate occasions and each time it was a 5 star experience. The framing associates were spot on with recommendations and provided several options for comparison. In the latest visit I changed my original frame selections based on her examples and what a difference it made.

Good variety of items, but sure do miss the little dollar bead bags that they last had towards the front by the registers. The craft items are typically good quality and they do have sales periodically at least.

Michael's is a great place to go for the hobbiest. They carry just about anything you would need to complete any project, and at very fair pricing. Their staff was very helpful in finding items that I needed to complete my own project. Michael's is a definite must visit to finish your projects.

I just wish they made it more clear that the sale prices/half off on the holiday items had already been configured on the tags. I kept taking half of what I was seeing on the tags.I also wish they'd quit pushing back the date for the opening of the the new store in Findlay, Ohio.But service at Perrysburg store was great! Ladies were very friendly at front desk!

I ordered items that were in stock at this store online for instore pick up. Two days after ordering I recieved an email stating items were ready for pick up. I did take my time and look around the store. I went to the cashier to get the items that I ordered. She couldn't find my order and had to call someone else up to help locate the order. Long story short the order wasn't located. The person that came to help went to the shelf and picked up the items that I ordered went to the back of the store and printed a new receipt brought the items back up to the cashier. I'm happy the items I ordered were still in stock but this store "lost" my order! I don't think I will be doing business with them in the future.

This place is a really great craft store. They had tons of selection of just about anything craft. The only thing I'd complain about is their leather selection, and felt selection. I couldn't find any felt, and couldn't find much leather, and what I could find was pretty overpriced. But if you're not looking for leather I recommend coming here. It's like heaven!

They weren't well stocked in everything, missing lots of spray paint and some kids items we wanted...but it was the rnd of the weekend. The staff were courteous and check out when quickly. They let each of my children pay separately and use a coupon.

I love shopping at Michaels. They run great sales, have a nice selection of art and craft supplies, and kept the store nice and neat. It also has that wonderful craft store smell. The employees are friendly and helpful, although they can be hard to find. There is a public restroom, which is convenient. Prices are a bit high but they run a lot of good sales and have a great clearance selection after the holidays.

I recently just went into this store, I haven't been here in forever, boy was I in a crafting heaven. They had everything, besides the candle jars I needed to make homemade candles but overall I'd say if you need something, they make than likely have it.

I was very impressed by the overall cleanliness and organization of this store. Everything was well stocked and not cluttered like other stores I have been to. Was greeted with a smile by Halie and was quickly helped by Carolyn, the manager in charge to find what I needed. She had some helpful tips on how to complete my project. I was in town to visit family and had some time to spare so I thought I would check out the local store. People of Rossford don't know what a gem they have. Just ask for Carolyn or Halie and you won't be disappointed. Thanks to them I enjoyed my visit. Can't always say the same at other retail stores!
