Majority of the staff is pretty friendly, however there was an older gentleman behind the gun counter that seemed to be pretty of condescending to another younger customer. I don’t like seeing behavior like that. Aside from that I love the place.

This store has everything an outdoor enthusiast needs! Lots of rods, reels, and more. The clothing is a little crammed, and there isn't much for plus size girls, but prices are decent. If you need a new Yeti - they have all the fun colors. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Great store with a very good selection of outdoor and hunting gear. Excellent selection of firearms and ammo. Having said that, the prices of the ammo can be a bit high, but not terrible. I like to give them my cash rather than the big box stores.

Have bought ammo here on many occasions as well as various shooting supplies. Honestly impressed with their ammo selection and prices are generally reasonable. Four stars only because of FFL transfer fee. 50 bucks??? WAY cheaper options in town.

Great store they have a large selection of everything they carry it's good to see somebody to put Bass Pro in competition with a loss of Gander Mountain in the area They filled a much needed void, Their location is in a high traffic area along route 20 easily seen from the main road easy access in-and-out of their parking The staff is knowledgeable and seemed to care about each person they talk to All in all I think it's a great place welcome to the area

This place has reasonably priced ammo. Its not quite as cheap as buying bulk. When there were shortages, they did raise the price a bit. They generally have stock of most calibers. The whole back wall of this place is lined with long guns. In front of that is a case that is equally as long filled with handguns. They have a decent selection of crossbows, and other archery related items. The fishing section is decent, though Bass Pro is right down the street. The service varies. Ive had receptive sales people, that were spot on. Ive had one within the last few months that was someone new, that was looking down his nose at me (literally). No place is perfect, but this place is worth checking out.

I recently purchased a CZ handgun that I have been wanting for a while. Fin was the only store to have it in stock. Upon arrival, the gun looked used and had several dings on the mag well and grips. One of the magazines looks used, and the gun was dirty, and I mean dirty. The case looked like it was used as a soccer ball. Not really impressedI did purchase the hand gun. The price was 200 more than online but I didn't want to wait for a delivery. The guys behind the counter are knowledgeable but very kirt and matter of fact. I asked if they could get a different mag well, and his reply was, " thats how they come". No, no they don't. I have "a few guns," and literally, this is the first time I felt like I should have walked away. Probably would not buy another gun from a company that could care any less about its customers.

Love this place, Aaron and Erik in the Firearms section are hilarious and very knowledgeable about all of the firearms they carry. I would highly recommend going if you have any interest in guns. I personally make the trip over there even when I have no plans to buy anything just to talk to them and learn more about guns from them. All of the weapons they have sold to me have been amazing and I have had no issues with any weapon or ammo bought there.

Good outdoor place and usually like to do business with them over bass pro if I can, they have a good selection of fishing supplies and hunting, only ever had one issue with them,picked up a deer feeder from this location and it was missing a part both stores are 40 mins away from me. Called them and told them I was missing a part of I could just pick up the part instead of bringing the whole thing back in my truck cause it’s to big for a car they told me no I had to bring it all back. Ended up going to the Milan store cause they have the same feeder In stock and they gave me the part instead of returning the whole thing like they wanted which I still had to drive my truck again for it, they gave me a gift card for 25$ to help make up for it

Presented state issued ID was denied because it was temp issued by bmv until the id was mailed. Immediately asked if I had a ccw after that then refused. Bounced from one side of the shop to the other was childish. Won't do business with again.

Above and beyond customer experience- helped me ten minutes before closing time and treated me in a pleasant manner without making me feel rushed at all. They have my business over Bass Pro because the staff upstairs there couldn’t be bothered away from chit chatting with their Hunter friends to help me so I left and came here. This place has awesome friendly staff and such a great variety of firearms to choose from. Definitely worth checking out if you can't find what you are looking for at other local stores. As far as other merchandise goes, they have just about everything. This places fills the empty whole that was left when gander mountain closed. Which is a nice feeling.

I have gone in this store multiple times wanting to look at a gun. The people behind the gun counter act like they can't be bothered. The guy who helped us at the knife counter was nice and the people are register are friendly. I avoid buying guns from here.

What a wonderful staff, very informative, patient and passionate about their products. My wife and I went in to look and ask questions the staff took time and did not pressure us just let us look and explain everything we asked. Later after checking around and deciding what we wanted we returned to the store and both people that helped us answered our new questions. Then helped us with paperwork and complete our purchases. This is for the new location in my area. It's a nice store, better than Gander Mountain was in my opinion. Staff is friendly. Store is well laid out. Has pretty much all sporting needs covered.Prices for what's kind of a big box sporting good store are reasonable. Ammo prices are good for local. As good or better than Walmart for range ammo.Sales fliers they put out a couple times a month in email are worth it for checking on specials.
