This is the worst experience at cvs I've had. Never consistent on hours and not very customer oriented. They also messed up my insurance billing so now I have to pay extra for certain medicines. I highly do not recommend this location.

Very Disappointed, last straw for me! Out of my medication until Monday of course I found out that by calling Friday at 4:15pm, no way to get ahold of my doctor. this is a medication I have been using for over 15 years don’t seem to care at least the way they acted gave me that indication. This or something else always seems to happen. Really went down hill after becoming CVS. By the way Kellie and Kim have always been nothing but kind, polite and professional I will miss them!

They are consistently rude and could care less about customers. The prescriptions are never ready or missing. Goodluck with that phone system and trying to speak with a pharmacist. Switching for good!

Where do I start... The pharmacist here is the LAZIEST man I have ever met. I was forced to make several official calls to my doctor and insurance for authorizations. I confirmed with these entities that the pharmacist should be making the calls, and they said yes he should be.He is a disrespectful, lazy person who does not seem to do his job very efficiently. Raised his voice to me several times and spoke to me in a very patronizing way.Just go to a different CVS. Avoid dealing with this guy if you can.Also he constantly misgenders trans people. Constantly. Without any attempt to apologize or correct himself. Overall a major POS.

Their super friendly and get your stuff taken care of as soon as they can Kim was a little rough around the edges at first but once you get to know her she's actually really sweet!!! 5/5 deff recommend

I'm really baffled at why the ratings are so low for this pharmacy! The staff here has always been super friendly and courteous to me and they almost always have my medication in stock. The one time one of my medications was not in stock, I only had to wait an extra day or two at the very most. I always get excellent customer service here where other pharmacies in the area have been very rude to me. I drive a half hour away just to come here for kind customer service! =)

Let me just say that I'm disappointed at the way the pharmacist treated me today at the CVS in Target in Rossford. The first thing she said when I gave the nice lady at the register my name was... " it's not ready." She not only gave me attitude but she didnt approach me at the counter she shouted it from the back of the pharmacy. So I waited there because she didnt say how long it would be. Meanwhile a line is building and the baby is now crying in his car seat. I had to ask the nice lady to call the pharmacist over cuz I had a question about the tylenol my doc wants me to give my 2 month old. She said.. you have to ask your doc how much to give since they know how much he weighs. I told her he is 11lbs. She continued to tell me to call my doctor. I guess I thought that she went to school all those years for this? Am I wrong? And here is the kicker, she then told me that my medicine was almost done and that I had to get in the back of the line. No sooner did I get to the back of the line, the nice lady called me back up to the front of the line to check me out. I dont know what I did to deserve to be treated like that... I could cry, I'm so mad. I was there on 1/3/20 around 1230 if you would like to talk to the pharmacist about her customer service..

I love the CVS store, and the workers there. The pharmacy workers are so sweet but don't count on your medicine being in stock. I had several experiences where medicine that I need on an absolute daily basis were not in stock! I also received meds that we're not correct. It's sad, because the people who there are the nicest people ever!!! I had to switch to Rite Aid. CVS pharmacy offers some great hours (I believe there pharmacy is open until 9pm weekly) and closes a little earlier on the weekends. Also open on Sundays.

Incredibly rude staff. After picking up a prescription, I came home and noticed 10 of my pills weren't in the bottle. The pharmacist proceeded to call me a liar. The pharmacists have no problem complaining loudly about customers, no matter who is around. However, the techs are usually friendly. Very unprofessional.

Very rude staff. Took them nearly an hour to fill antibiotics for my two sick children (they don’t even reconstitute the liquid abx until you are there in person anyways.) Will never have an rx filled here again.

This place is mess avoid if you can. They tried to charge me $123 for a prescrption that I can get without insurance for less than $5. The staff was rude and privacy not protected. I overheard the staff speaking about another customer.

One pharmacist in particular is very rude and just deflected blame on our doctor's office when asked about a prescription status. Will never use this location again.

I've had to deal with same pharmacist twice now. She was very rude and made me take a larger (90 day supply instead of a 30 supply) of medication because Caremark preferred it that way. I was trapped because my old pharmacy no longer takes Caremark. I could get her to budge even though I supposed to discontinue my current medication in 3 weeks.

the staff is courteous & helpful over the phone & in person. has been quite a bit of turnover with staff but the ones who have been there the longest are the greatest! only complaint is wait time but even that has gotten better!

This pharmacy is complete garage. I've had nothing but issues since my insurance made me go through them for my scripts. The people who work there are completely incompetent and unprofessional.
