If your thinking about getting a camper or rv YOU SHOULD come to Camping World. I went in just looking to see pricetags of a camper and RV to see what would work best with my familys future goals. I skipped and sung out with papers signed for my 2012 Open Range Camper! The cost was so much more affordable then we had imagined (even insurance) :) The process was simple and not overwhelming as i thought it might be since this is our 1st camper. The only hiccup we had was at time of delivery we had tree branches that where to low. With the help of my awsome husband and wonderful son we got it cleared within 30mins. Unfortunately the delivery driver had already dropped her off and was heading out to another delivery. So this meant we would have to be without the camper for 3days (the next soonest delivery slot open). See because my intention was not to buy the day I went to price point meant we were not equipped yet with a truck to pull a camper yet. I fully believe where theres a will theres a way, so I headed to Perrysburgs community Facebook page and asked if someone could pull my 5th wheel home for me and i had cash in hand. While waiting for my fabulous community to help me out I called 5 tow truck companys to see if they could make this happen. 1 having the truck in the shop, 4 could not pull 9000+ pounds, and 1 was outrageously going to charge me. But hey we now had one option with a couple more ideas to see through. My husband and I needed to go to Lowes and this is where we learned what a goose neck hitch was. That might have been because I was on a mission to find a person willing to make a little extra cash for 30-45mins of their time and truck 😄 I called my car salesman over at Charlies and explained the situation. He became part of the search to this daily mission by asking friends if they could help. Unfortunately that was not going as well as i had hoped, none of it was. So I headed to Camping World with my husband and seen the financial guy Justin as we walked in. I asked if he had a truck or had a friend &/or coworker that could help me out. I am happy to say Josh, Dustin, Justin, & the other staff at camper world made me a happy camper and we were able to get our camper home that day!

Sales guy Tony was great. Financing department does not communicate at all. They say they will call and then don't. Make you jump through hoops asking for stuff they already have. They took a 2000 dollar deposit that was supposed to be refunded and never refunded the money. Now we are battling to get the money back.

We bought our 5th wheel from Adam Smith. Adam was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful! As we were looking for our perfect camper, we almost left the store defeated, as we didn't find what we were looking for. Before we left, Adam got online to search for what we were asking for. We’ll stocked store with great variety of products- probably the best we’ve seen in a long time. The staff greeted us when we entered but staff interaction after that was nonexistent. Asked the cashier if they had more of the step covers we wanted (we needed one more than was on the shelf) he looked at me like I had three eyes and said I don’t think so but was not willing to check with anyone.

My floor was damaged bc of their negligence and they only offered a temporary fix instead of doing the right thing and fixing it properly bc that would be too expensive.The 4 stars is for the sales manager who weout of his way to make things right.

What a great experience today was my wife and I finally upgraded to a travel trailer from our pop up lucas in sales was the best salesman Jeff in service awesome guy would definitely enjoy seeing him at the campground I purchased a weight distribution hitch from them they installed while we did paperwork chloe in fiance was great to work with anyone in need of a camper I highly recommend this location all around great experience

Hands down a great spot to stop on 75. Pam is very pleasant in the lobby with a happy attitude to help you get anything figured out. The free dump is an added bonus. Especially because it’s clean and a good low height.

We have had nothing but awesome service from everyone at Camping World in Rossford. Bought our new to us Entegra Odyssey from Camping World in October 2023. Before taking it with us, we stayed overnight at their facility. They have electric hookups, and a very clean dump station. Highly recommend !
