Bass Pro never disappoints! I know the shopping is great but the fish tank, waterfalls, the visual stories being told in the mounts, and just the overall atmosphere make this a place to come to enjoy that Outdoors Feeling. It’s as much sightseeing as it is shopping. The store captures that cozy-cabin-lodge feel. Great place to visit and find what you’re looking for!

Huge store with anything you may need. Lots of sales, I love all the animals, they have a huge fish tank and cute gifts as well! Restrooms were clean and staff was sooo nice and helpful

Went here to pick up licenses that I needed for an upcoming trip. It was my boyfriend's first trip to a Bass Pro Shop and he was in heaven. He is really into fishing and this Bass Pro is heavily centered on fishing compared to some others that I have been to. We spent 4 hours shopping and could have spent longer, lol. The associates were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and organized. Parking was ample.

Took a Toledo weekend getaway. I stopped here to check out this location, and oh gosh! It has so many varieties. It has 2 floors. First floor fishing equipment to boats, atv and etc. Staggs here are very helpful and kind!

Normally I have a decent experience here. However, on busier days, there are sales people at the back of the store near the fishing section that will approach you to enter a raffle, which then somehow turns into a sales pitch for a "vacation package". They're pretty persistent and won't take no for an answer. It's an uncomfortable experience when you're just trying to pick out a good fishing lure. I ended up leaving without buying anything because they wouldn't leave me alone.

Both Bass Pro and Cabela's are the same company. Same wonderful outdoors gear, mostly geared towards fishing at Bass Pro. Pricing reflects quality products and name brand outdoor gear.

I love how they decorate the entrance for Christmas 🎄. But don't really care for the stuffed DEAD animals that were more beautiful in the wild. 🤨😔

Was fortunate enough to get to see the Eclipse. The folks at this location were beyond professional & hospitable - Most other retailers were charging people to use their parking lot or they weren't allowing it to be used at all. As I said, they were very, very accommodating All Free of Charge. We've always been customers of Bass Pro, this just solidified the relationship - Thank You

FANTASTIC FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE. There's so much to see and explore in BPS including: boats/pontoons, hunting gear, guns, fishing gear, an aquarium, a ChuckECheese-like shooting range game, camping supplies, general clothes, general store, snacks, AND MORE. My fiance and I got lost for 1.75 hrs just looking around before buying the traditional BPS hats. Highly recommend visiting at least once!

I don’t ever write reviews but wow bass pro was amazing! Great selections, very friendly and helpful staff all around. I had someone by the name of Blake in the fishing selection help me find what I was looking for, and he was very helpful and took the time to give me a few tips and the best lures to use.

Ithink any Bass Pro Shop is worth a visit, and this store is no exception. With two stories, this location has hunting and footwear upstairs, along with the target shoot and laser tag (not sure if it was open, though); the rest is downstairs. There are stairs to walk up or two elevators for those with carts, strollers, wheelchairs, etc. The whole store has wildlife displays throughout and fishies swimming in a pond so there's a lot to look at beyond the shopping, and between their fudge shop and other treats there's plenty to choose from for some yummy snacks.

I recently had an unsettling experience at a store that has significantly altered my perception of their business practices. My intention was to purchase a mug, which I found to be mismarked with a lower price label. However, at checkout, the store declined to honor the mismarked price, charging the full amount instead. Realizing this, I chose not to proceed with the purchase.Surprisingly, upon reviewing my receipt later, I discovered that I was charged for the mug despite not taking it, due to my decision against paying the full price. When I brought this to the attention of the general manager, Tony, I was met with disappointment as he refused to issue a refund for the item I never received. This incident not only highlights the store’s unwillingness to acknowledge a pricing error but also raises concerns about their ethical standards.As a result of this experience, I have decided to no longer patronize this establishment. Their refusal to correct a clear mistake and the subsequent handling of the situation by their management has left me with a sense of being unfairly treated. I believe it is important for potential customers to be aware of these practices. Based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this store and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic store with great atmosphere and great prices. Something for everyone. Man, children, and women. Disappointed in the women's clothing department, however, didn't need to buy a purse, needed some coveralls. Thought this was the place to go. Other than that, great all-around! I sat and relaxed by the live fish tank while my husband went shopping. Talk about a turn of events!

Great customer service fun shooting range gallery everything under the sun you could use to go fishing hunting and they even have a nice little polar to sit and have coffee ice cream hot dogs, play board games while you eat. I highly recommend you come check it out Christmas holidays is favorite for children to meet Santa, Easter equally as fun

Clean and happy atmosphere, very friendly staff. If you love the outdoors, you'll enjoy visiting here. We went in looking for three things. Due to hype about certain things right now, they were sold out of one. The second item we went in for was priced about $50 more than online. However the staff member did share they would compete price wise with any brick and mortar store, but they cannot compete with online prices. The third item was also sold out, however two staff members tried to help me acquire the item. One staff member verified his store did not have the item, then took a picture of the item I'd grabbed at a previous visit, and my phone number. He gave to a lady who called "headquarters" to check on item. She called me within fifteen minutes of leaving the store with the information I needed.

I really like coming here for fishing gear. Can get busy at times. Well worth the drive for me. Always gets the family out for the day. Very clean and interesting store. If you haven't been to it and live with driving distance. Give it a stop and look around. Nice stuff here can be pricey thou.

Wow what a spectacular building and place that needs visited by all Outdoorsman! This Bass Pro Shop I was told has been 100% hand-painted and has remarkable scenes on every surface! Making this Bass Pro Shop a must-see is is the spectacular views you find it every angle looking at all of the animals and fish and birds that are displayed everywhere! Not to mention the live aquarium that they have indoors with a waterfall and a river! You find yourself exploring one into the building to the other and watching an hour go by easily they have a indoor eating facility that is a great little stop for a quick bite also. If you're a fisherman of any sorts this is a must stop as it is very easy to get to right off of the highway and has plenty of parking for all of the visitors. I highly recommend stopping there just to see the facility if not the purchase anything simply because what they have in there is truly amazing!

They need to go to cabelas in dundee mi and take notes,super hot temp on second floor,poor shoe size selection,poor ammo selection,poor selection for cleaning supplies for guns,poor lighting,couldn't see all the hand guns people filling out applications for gun purchase standing in front of hand gun showcase,poor knife selection,at that point we had to leave store ready to pass out from the heat.
