Stopped in to pick up some groceries that IGA did not have. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Aisles were crowded with new product that had not been put away yet but overall, my visit went well.

Never open, or they open when they want. They don't do paypal no more. This store is a joke Since the tall redheaded lady left. Sad if you ask me. Back when they opened this building it was always open, now not opened again now!

Family Dollar in Ross Ohio can rank in one of the Family Dollar chain stores as a shining star! The building is positioned in a large-sized parking lot with easy accessibility into the store. The exterior is attractive as well as the interior. Once in the store you discover the floors are clean, shelving is stocked or being stocked, and the entire staff when they are approached are helpful, friendly and cheerful. Shopping at Family Dollar at Ross was an enjoyable experience. The merchandise was neatly and colorfully displayed. It strikes me that everyone who works here is invested in making this store a real jewel in the community. I am very impressed by the presentation of the food and merchandise, and in particular, the friendly, helpful and hard-working staff. Excellent value for top-notch quality products.

Closed too often lately. Was not open twice in a week and there was no notice on door given why. Very unprofessional, and home office needs to do something about it.

Clean store, but one to avoid if you have small kids, a weak bladder, or are on a long trip. Why, you ask? NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS! In 2017, what major chain retail store doesn't have a public restroom? Family Dollar, apparently... I'll take my money where I can use the restroom so I don't look like an idiot when I walk into the next store just to use the restroom.

New and clean and uncluttered. Stock is on its proper shelves instead of piled up in the aisles as in hamilton. Will go the extra miles to come here instead of the junked up rude family dollar right by me in Hamilton

Family dollar is my store , love cashier's, Stacie, Jennifer ,Amy there all very nice . Got me a clock , gold shower curtain, pillows to cover on clearance !!

The cashier was awesome. The prices are way overpriced since you can get some of the same things at dollar tree or Walmart and they will ship it to you for free. Get with the program Family "Dollar"

This place has really gone down hill , It's a fire hazard every time i walk in i am dodging carts . It's a miracle this place is still standing and not replaced with a dollar general . I know they don't pay the employees worth a damn but for the amount of money this store is making , Pay better! .
