The pharmacist at this location is the absolute best. He is very knowledgeable and happy to tell you about your medications and their reactions. The produce here is always top notch and the variety of products is great. The parking lot is a bit of a mess though, getting in and out is always an ordeal.

I go here often and to Giant Eagles in general, and the 3 jugs of water has been $2.99 for the longest. It's shameful we even have to buy drinkable water, it should be free, but I suppose the price has gone up in the recent weeks and the price displayed wasn't changed. I expressed my confusion to the cashier and they either didn't seem to care or understand, but they basically said they aren't required to change the price displayed and they often don't? I was so confused and annoyed, but regardless of how I felt, ANY store should always change the price tag/display AS SOON AS a price changes.. is that not false advertising? Walmart or anyone else would've said oh it should have been changed but let me change the price for you to what was shown.

I love the smaller size of this GE. Somethings they don't always have EVERYTHING I need, but that's ok, it's VERY rare. The employees here are so kind, always saying Hi. I refuse to shop at the Ravenna location after 2 front end older lady employees berated me for letting a friend use my advantage card to check out.Very embarrassing for the both of us and my 8 year old daughter.

I got here daily almost sometimes 2 to 3 times a day depending on what's needed.The staff here hands down best customer service I have had at any store would like to give a shout out to Nathan,Joe,Ayustin,Nicole,and Paula for all of the hard work and care they do I cracked a rib at work and these people were hands down awesome I hope they all get some kind of thank you from the company please dont think all of the hard work you do goes for nothing for some people it makes their whole day

The prices at this store has continued to increase even with advantage card prices are still much higher than even its neighbor dolllar general. No longer worth spending that kind of money just for fuel perks

My cashier's name was natalie. She was very helpful and exclusive to my checkout. She helped me with all things being bagged in accordance to how I would consume them. As I finish checking out, she bagged them in accordance, and place them in my cart for extraction. She was patient enough with my payment, and made sure that I was satisfied with all selections that I made. I would come again to this Giant Eagle store so I can experience the same recourse that I experienced before.

The pharmacy there has no good customer service I have no clue what's even going on they take hours to fill a prescription bud not recommend it I couldn't put a lower rate on it but it's not even a 4.1 it's probably a one

I just recently moved to this area from Cleveland and have to say how impressed I am with the customer service at this location. My cashier Domynik was very patient with me when I accidentally took out my card too fast and then had to call my partner for his debit card pin. I know I held up the line a bit, but he was very friendly and patient. I’m pregnant and have a hard time loading my cart by myself, but he took the time to help me bag all of the groceries and put them in my cart which isn’t standard practice anymore. I also wanted to point out Josh, the man outside working with the shopping carts. I noticed that he was going above and beyond to collect carts from customers so they didn’t have to put them away, and was offering them to customers who were just arriving. Great job! It’s so nice to see good service which is so uncommon nowadays.

Always my go to place for groceries and pharmacy. Pharmacist Mike is very helpful and very nice and the tall gentleman that helps with bagging the groceries. He is Developmentally Disabled, he brightens my day every time I go in there. Always a smile on his face and ready to talk/greet anyone.

Done with Giant Eagle. The only reason I shop there because its close but this is the last straw. The produce section sells rotten fruits and veggies in the store. I watched the guy set these mushrooms out and I get them home and they smell like fish and rotten. Never again will i step foot in your store. I will shop else where untill Meijors opens in Brimfield

Poor customer service from Noel and bagger. Did not greet me and continued talking to bagger throughout the entire transaction. How rude. Didn't say goodbye or anything. Just handed me the receipt while continuing the conversation. Most of the flowers for Mothers Day were wilted, so hard to find a good bunch.

Giant Eagle is filled with many choices. They have a variety of many things. Most of which can be purchased with food stamps. The variety is quite large! You can always find something new at Giant Eagle!

This is hands down the worst Giant Eagle in Northeast Ohio. They seem to have an ongoing attitude that customers are nothing but an inconvenience. I live 10 minutes away, and will drive 20 minutes out of the way for a gallon of milk to avoid shopping here. Giant Eagle stores are fantastic in general... Just not this one. Unless you enjoy a shopping experience of being treated like you are an annoyance, rude/hostile management, and a filthy store I would avoid this store at all costs. If the employees at this store hate the customers this much they should probably consider working a job that doesnt require human interaction.

Absolutely the worst Giant Eagle around. Small, dirty, never have sale items, hot food sucks. This is literally a Super Duper in disguise. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 8 minutes to the Ravenna location.

The workers here are amazing. They are very helpful and kind. The workers were also very friendly to my 4 year old who's a chatter box. It's a small town grocery store and very welcoming. I even got help in the parking lot from another customer because my cart kept trying to run away from my car. If you need a place for food and want a pleasant experience this is the place to go.

Glad you asked for the review. My wife purchased the Thanksgiving whole turkey dinner, with all the traditional sides, it was amazing. It definitely brings back memories of my mother's Thanksgiving family feasts, without her nagging to "help" wash the dishes. Giant Eagle's weekly meals to go, are also worth a try. We do have much to be thankful for. Thanks to all at the "Iggle"!

Can't complain much but this is definitely an older store that likely was not originally a Giant Eagle. It's smaller than most and not updated. That said it was easy to navigate and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I went in search of flowers - we almost went out of the way to a dedicated florist but I told my wife that I've never seen a GE with no flower section. Well, this store doesn't tlhabe a flower section but they did have a table with a few potted offerings and a few bouquets. This is likely just a factor of the smaller, not updated store.

Nice clean store. They have some hard to find things. A little over priced but they have some good specials. The pork roasts I bought were mostly fat. But the Ben and Jerry's was just fine!
