We visited right before the solar eclipse, and stayed through the event. The place was really busy, and the young man trying to take orders quickly was obviously newer. Everyone was working as quickly as possible. Even so, our food was hot and we received everything we ordered rather quickly. The patio was nice, and well kept. The restaurant itself is really small. Still an "old school" DQ and seems to do well. The employees that were there deserve a pat on the back for keeping their cool while the customers just kept coming.

This is the only DQ that is less than a 20-minute drive from us, and I like to get my kiddo an ice cream cone as a reward for good behaviors and achievements. The ice cream cones are usually ok, but if we get food orders, they are often incorrect. Prices keep going up, and the location could be cleaner. We typically go through the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Ice cream is about as kid-friendly as you can get! There are picnic tables that my daughter likes to eat at in the summer.

Well every time I go through and ask for extra everything in my blizzard they give me vanilla ice cream also my kids always ask for a drink with they're kids meals of course and we NEVER EVER get the drink today we came through for literally 1 hot dog kids meal with a chocolate milk that's it and my kid was asleep when we got home I realized are you kidding me no drink AGAIN I mean I could understand a time or 2 even 3 or 4 but literally every single goe time this is why I go to alliance it costs more in the end but it's worth it!!!!!

The ladies were friendly, however, that was the only positive from my app order. First, the drinks were not ready at the window as they were unable to understand a receipt. Once ready, the Coca-Cola was flat and flavorless, the fries were overcooked, and the burgers were overcooked. Never again will I visit this location. Visit Newton Falls and learn how a quality DQ operates.

We stopped for lunch this past weekend . Dairy queen was always a great place for a meal . Not so much anymore . I got a salad and some onion rings , the onion rings were thin and hard . My husband got 2 bacon burgers and fries . He said they were okay . The whole time we were there the owner kept looking at me , she was doing something at the counter and every moment u was aware that she was watching me . Don't know why . The place is so cold and outdated . From now on the husband can go by himself .Vegetarian options: None

This place is horrible , I got a bacon cheeseburger deluxe meal and when I received it my food had a hair on it so I politely went back through the drive through and waited about 15 minutes and when I received my new burger it still had the exact same hair on it. I work in the food business and I understand mishaps but knowing how to fix them are two completely different things and this place cannot accomplish that.

This is the absolute worst dairy queen location there is . The owner George skimps out in every single way possible. The ice cream is always melted and runny. The orders are always messed up. And he always tries to sub items because he is a tightwad and does not keep the place properly stocked or staffed. His mail order bride is the main employee other than himself. I usually never visit this place, today however i stopped to get the kids a fast meal. After being directed to wait in the parking lot for my order instead of the window the entire order was messed up, After driving several miles and turning around to go get the correct items. One thing they intentionally left out was the kids desert even tho it was said to be redeemed at the time of the order. When i asked for the dilly bar. He could only produce a sugar free dilly bar because like mentioned he skimps at every corner. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would like to see corporate from dairy queen step in and regulate this location.

It's a very small Dairy Queen. Only 2 tables inside and a couple of benches outside for eating there. It's best for drive-thru. There is a large dip in the asphalt that badly needs leveled right at the drive-thru, so be careful of that. They also mostly hire high school kids to work there so be patient with the staff. They're all kids, many of them working their first job.

The staff here is amazing. They are super friendly and kind. They had us laughing. Very patient and kind. They are very knowledgeable about there menu.I got a number 5 meal. The deluxe burger is amazing. Perfectly cooked. The fries were hot and fresh. And the mocha MooLatte oh my goodness it’s sooo good. Like OMG so good.My s/o got a number 1 which is bacon burger. Looked soooo good. Well, he got a misty blue raspberry freeze. And I cannot express to you how amazing it is. Blue raspberry and vanilla ice cream magically blended together to make 1 epic drink. So good and oh so YUMMY!!!! If you have not tried this, A RUN don’t walk. And get urself one of these.Overall I’d give them 6⭐️s if I could.Will definitely be getting this again

While I understand that George is saving up for his next mail order bride I find it appalling that he is now cutting back on simple things like napkins and condiments. It’s extremely inconvenient that our family needs to bring our own Heinz ketchup when we eat there. I completely understand that small businesses are under a lot of stress during these tough financial times but George needs to get his priorities straight. If he can splurge on luxuries like mail order brides I should be able to get a puppy cone without experiencing highway robbery in our small town.

Honestly this dairy queen used to be great. Lately we’ve had bad experiences with our ice cream. They don’t mix it enough and don’t put enough toppings. Very inconsistent and they seem to make no effort to fix the problems going on with staff and how to properly make a good blizzards. The staff a year ago were kind, quick and made blizzards correctly. Fix your staff and keep your ice cream consistent. We will not be back for a while... also teach your employees how to be respectful as they lack that.

Discussed, ordered cheese curds, banana split and milk shake. My cheese curds were ready when I got to the window but they no business so it was weird for them to be so hot . You could tell they were dipped in the fryer twice. Then I watched the girl make my banana split cutting the banana and peeling and holding it with no cloves . I was shocked , the girl at the window seen me watching and blocked my view. That place is violates health code all day . , I know serve safe. Yuck.
