I was pleasantly surprised by the great atmosphere when we walked in and were met by Greta! Unlike any other pet store (for the better!) They seem to favor dog supplies and the prices, depending on the item, were a little steeper but still evened out to 5 stars. They won our business!

We got our new puppy and brought him to Hollywood Feed, from the moment we entered the staff was amazing! Super friendly, very helpful with what foods to buy and treats to get! They remembered our pup and know his name!! 100/10 recommend!!!

Super clean store! So many different options for everything! I found a fun new slow feeder bowl for my rottie because ive been looking to replace his for a while and couldn't find something different! glad i stopped in!! Awesome service and products! More pricey, however better quality products for your 4 foots! Employees are super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, especially towards the pups that come in with their parents.

First time going into this store not knowing if it would be good but it was absolutely an amazing experience. Such nice people. They helped me pick out good food for my puppy. They seem very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Definitely recommend! I will now be going to this place!

The folks at Rocky River Pet People are the best! I had to say goodbye to my kitty Maggie and they took back the food I had left, will donate it to a shelter, and refunded the cost. A very helpful and compassionate crew. I am grateful.

Workers are very friendly. A lot of all-natural treats/bones/food selections for our pets. Obviously it's Pet Friendly. Great location. Big selection of Elk Antlers for our pup to choose from!

The folks at PetPeople in Rocky River are great. They knew my pup by name before we brought her home. What I like most about all the employees I've interacted with is they are knowledgeable about their stuff their - and other products - or they ask until they find out. Lilly loves them!

Awesome place! This place is a little bit of a drive for me, but I try to make it out here whenever I can because I always have such a great experience. The place is very clean and sells super cute treats towards the front. Last time I was there I was helped by Maggie, who was super friendly and knowledgeable! She answered all of my questions and went out of her way to spend time and make sure I was getting all that I needed and the right stuff. Everyone else there is very friendly and helpful as well. It is also in a great spot with lots of parking and other fun shops around!

The staff is SO friendly and helpful. Our new pup was fitted for his harness and got lots of love AND treats! We got 20%off our first purchase, a free dog tag, and a free collapsible water bowl for walks. Much more personal experience compared to Petco!

I am always able to find Cosmo's kibble, canned food and treats, the Natural Balance line. I was surprised to find out they are less expensive than where I used to go. Everyone that works there is pleasant and helpful. I found my new "go to" for all of my dog's needs. Cosmo gives 2 👍👍

Unbelievable experience. Anyone rating the workers, or the service below 5 star....Frankly, they are either full of it....Or are just supremely unhappy in life. The staff is unreal, the products are top knotch....And they genuinely love what they do. We got a new dog, and she we couldn't figure out the food situation. They gave so many samples, and so much guidance. I'd never had a rescue, and they helped so much. Cannot say enough good things about this place . Will not go anywhere else for pet supplies.
