It feels as though the bakery has become more of a frozen dessert store. Whenever we purchase something there with anticipation of enjoying it at home, like tiramisu or fruit tart, it's always frozen. It makes me wonder if they even bake anything fresh in-store anymore, as the quality seems to have significantly declined. If we want something fresh we are avoiding this store from now on.

Whole Foods style store. Huge variety of produce, natural products including homeopathy and alternative medicine. Great wine selection, beers, pastries.But the problem is that overall the store is expensive, on products with same brands but much cheaper on other stores.Nice buying experience nonetheless.

I really like heinen's grocery store. The only problems I have with it is it doesn't have quite the depth of product that I would like. And sometimes things are a little more expensive than I would expect. I really like the staff and it's close to where I need to be. I do have a self checkout area with four kiosks. It's very nice and very helpful so you don't have to wait on anybody. I'm never getting much so there you go.

I like this Heinen's. Everyone is considerate, polite, helpful, & friendly.I am disabled. Meaning, I walk very, very slowly with the help of medical equipment.Unfortunately, my caregiver called off, and so I attempted to do my own shopping & and be far more independent than I should have...🤦🏾‍♀️I normally have my groceries delivered, from this location because the produce etc is good quality.I appreciate the little things like as they walked forward to show me where an item was, the employee slowed down and waited. And was pleasant as well as patient.I definitely will continue to shop this location & I highly recommend others do the same!

Fresh produce, nice variety, many delicious prepared meals, great for single portions. Shopping and delivery are unmatched in terms of value and quality. Any issues handled immediately. Heinen’s is by far the best grocery chain in Cleveland area.

Love this grocery store. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Local produce and local products sold here. Very good sushi too and amazing bakery! Only downside is I don’t find as big of variety of dairy free products compared to whole foods but overall great store

Love the store. I can always count on fresh fruit and produce. But why why why have you made your white chocolate macadamia nut cookies SMALLER AND RAISED THE PRICE?? Not a happy camper here. So disappointed!!

Is Heinen's a little pricey? Sure. Is it worth it? Absolutely. The employees at this locations are all very friendly and helpful. The store is always very clean. The staff operating the curbside pick-up service are super efficient and communicate well when items happen to be out of stock.

Besides being racially profiled, it was okay. Found some new food/drink items to try. Store is clean, neat and fully stocked. Think I will stick to the Downtown location, it's more diverse. Felt uncomfortable in and out the store.

I have been to this store only twice and I must say that both experiences were Awesome! The store is clean and the staff are very nice. So much that I purchased fruit that turned out to be bad and the Store Manager/John was nice enough to call and replace all at no charge. This was definitely Customer Service at its Highest!! Will for sure shop there again and again!

First time in that particular Heinens n twice I asked where something was n they walked me over to it. They didn't just tell me they walked me to it n picked it up for me! Now that's great customer service! And they were very busy. They aren't cheap and their prepared food reflects that. It is wonderful. I will go back for sure.

Heinen's is the best! Excellent selections and their produce is outstanding! Their employees are always ready to help me find unusual items and are so friendly and courteous! It is my favorite grocery store! And I highly recommend it!!!

Good service on a regular basis. Friendly competent staff. Quality products some of which cannot be bought elsewhere.I wish the Rocky River store would open the dining area to the public currently employees only. Used to be public accessible prior to the pandemic. Why Heinen's family 👪 is the dining room staff only restricted? Avon Heinen's allows anyone in their dining area. Race creed color and national origin are irrelevant. Employee or customer alike are welcome.

At meat dept, spoke with Nick who happened to be there with another customer. Explained a lot regarding the raising, care, & processing of their meats. He is very knowledgeable & informative; and, also took the time to answer questions. Heinen's does a great job with their produce, meat, et al. Now I feel even better about my purchases.

Extremely tired of Heinen's raising their prices AND selling old, expired food. In the last 2 months I've had to return 3 different items. In addition their produce has become horrible. Fruit and veggies become rottenthe next day after purchase. I also bought some maple syrup in a rush and that too was expired . Very moldy. With the amount of staff inside this store adding to the crowdedness, you think they would check if a product is expire. You're taking advantage of your customers with poor quality food and high prices and I'm not here for it.

The store is clean, lot of variety. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For low sodium people, if you don't know, I always get no salt turkey lunch meat and no salt Swiss cheese. It's good for my husband, he's glad, something in the way of lunchmeat he can eat!!

I have loved Heinen's for years. Has a more personal feel than your typical grocer. The fish and meat counters are excellent, prepared foods are always very good. Turns out my neighbor works for Heinen's in their prepared food department. I asked her if she ate the food and her reply "Everyday!". That sealed it for us.

Clean, well run store. Excellent produce department. Cheese department has a nice selection. I have been able to find a few things here that I can't find anywhere else. Employees are always courteous and helpful.

Heinens delivery service is awful. I ordered food that was supposed to be delivered between 3 and 4pm. It is now 5:48pm. Called customer service who was supposed to call back but no call back. There appears to be no way to call them by any other means. Customer service number gets you to voicemail only. Called three times am really frustrated. Food was paid for.

This is a great store and like all Heinens they have VERY good pre-made food. They even carry the Cleveland coffee company coffee that we LOVE! The only reason I give it 4 stars is that there isn't much room so navigating the store, the parking lot, and the checkouts can be challenging. Remember to bring your own reusable bags, like with all Cuyahoga County grocery stores.Parking and getting in and out of the lot can be a challenge, so budget summer extra time your first trip!

Went into Heinen's on a Sunday on Mother's Day expecting the worst but it wasn't too bad. I was able to get a couple items that I needed and got in and out. Only things I did not like are the prices and parking lot. The prices always seem to be slightly higher than other grocery stores and it can be a challenge at times to find a parking spot. Even on a day where it's not packed.
