I go for the self-service bathing stations, dog trims in summer, and have gotten my dogs photographed afterward with fun holiday backgrounds and props. The pictures turn out great. Really adorable!The owner, Stehanie, is super friendly, professional, and sensitive to my dog's needs (nerves). She has gone above and beyond many times to schedule Jilli during the quietest times. And Jilli always comes out happy, with a pep in her step, and looking beautiful!And I love the convenience of the self-service bath stations. Everything I need is at my finger tips & the raised tubs are a real back saver! It's a great way to spend quality time with your dog!

We had a couple of grooming visits…our dog came home with obvious shave marks. The owner also sold beautiful and unique collars/leashes - we bought one. Although we got a new groomer I did return for another collar. They now have you ring the doorbell or call the phone - and ring again if no one comes to the door in 5 minutes! Gave up after 2nd ring. Didn’t like the collars at the pet stare, so we came back again during business hours -they were closed. Not going back.

Very clean and calm environment. My dog is never stressed when I pick her up, which has been my experience at other locations. She doesn’t even mind when I drop her off. She goes right back with the groomer without a second glance back. The haircuts have been great too! No complaints.

I love taking my pups to cuddle canine. Best groomers in Rocky River. I have a mini golden doodle and a Husky. Dane, is absolutely amazing with both of them and does the best doodle hair cuts in town! Highly recommend seeing Dane!

After another local shop closing, Cuddles was recommended to us. First impressions were great. Clean and professional environment, friendly staff and owner, and fair prices. The self wash stations are great as well, the same setups that are used in the back by the staff. Prices for self clean go by weight and are walk-in customer friendly. We will continue to take our pooch here, as much as she doesn’t like water.

Really preferred Cuddles to other grooming locations in the area when we first started taking our dog here. This quickly changed when our groomer quit and they called us the day before our scheduled appointment with her and told us we needed to reschedule because of her quitting. Their next available appointment was weeks later but we were understanding and scheduled anyways. The day of our rescheduled appointment I became very ill and ended up at Fairview ER needing my appendix taken out. This unexpected health emergency made me impossible to get my dog to the groomer to make our rescheduled appointment. The appointment was for 9 AM but they didn't open until 8:30 AM. At 8:30, the earliest I could call, I called , and apologized and told them I couldn't make the appointment because of this unexpected health emergency and would need to reschedule. The lady on the phone was understandably disappointed but criticized me for not calling days in advance, and was overtly rude. Which caught me off guard because we were so understanding when they had to unexpectedly cancel when our groomer quit and needed to reschedule. This is not the first time I've had negative interactions with the staff here. I would rather take my business elsewhere--where the staff truly value their customers and treat their customers with some respect, kindness, and understanding.

I never write bad reviews- this is my first -but my experience at Cuddles Canine Spa left made me feel no where near cuddly. In fact the own was extremely prickly and upset that I came in to do a self dog wash too close to closing time. If she even cracked the slightest smile, was kind to either me or my dog, or told me in a nice way that 15 minutes isn’t enough time to wash my dog- but she hopes I come back again- I wouldn’t have been upset. Instead we were made to feel like an imposition and there wasn’t even the slightest attempt to be friendly - or show the remotest amount of customer service. I’m disappointed because I was hoping to go back- but now I never will.

Our Maltipoo's 1st hair cut today. I loved it here. She takes 1 dog at a time and gives your dog all its attention. Great cut and she was holding my dog when I came to pick him up. My dog was so happy and peaceful, I could tell it was a great experience for my dog. I will be coming back again soon.Nice job!

I have been taking my dog to this groomer since they opened. The last time they were groomed 3 weeks later we found that they had scabies.The vet said seeing that it was cold outside the only place they could have picked up the mites were from the groomer not cleaning the shears.I don't know if they did get the mites from the groomers but they were not in contact with any other dogs until then.

My wife made a appointment once and had to cancel, the owner became rude and demanded that if she was to ever come back she would have to prepay before any services were rendered. Many months later my dog is in need of grooming again well my wife is disabled and can't drive, so she again walked down the street to this place made an appointment for as soon as possible, the owner tells her she can't fit anyone in for a month and tells my wife she would have to prepay, my wife just wanting to get my dogs hair cut scheduled the appointment and prepaid. 4 days later my wife found someone able to do it in 3 days, she goes back and tells the owner that hey we found an appointment sooner sorry about the inconvenience (appointment is still a month away) the owner berates her, tells her she is never welcome there again and refused to refund my wife. This lady shouldnt be in business if she's gonna treat people this way, no respect and no human decency, nothing. I work in the costumer service industry and would never treat a customer that way. This place shouldn't be in business, how can you be that rude to someone when you have no idea what they've been through. my wife was eventually refunded.

Have been taking my cocker to Cuddles for a few years. Before that, his breeder would groom him but he would come back so agitated and streased out, it would take 24 hrs for him to calm down. When I pick him up at Cuddles, he is usually lying at Stephanie's feet as she writes up the receipt. He never wants to leave! This last time, I went back early to pick him up. I looked back in the grooming area and Stephanie was cupping his face in her hands and gently talking to him like he was a 5 yr old to calm him down. It was really sweet. Stephanie has always been pleasant to me but it is the way she treats my dog that matters and it's why I will always take him to Cuddles.
