They are always very kind and helpful too me. I have a very bad heart and can't tolerate weight and a lot of walking. They will even take my things and put them in car for me! I always get great service and always greeted!

I have been in alot of dollar generals and this one was the cleanest and most organized one I've been in. The two staff members I dealt with, one being a manager, were the friendliest and most helpful DG employees I have ever met. This store is a little further away than the one I normally go to but I will be driving the extra miles to make this my go to store.

I like how versatile Dollar General is, but everytime I'm in there, there is stuff sitting everywhere! It's like they run out of room in the shelf and in the back room, so they wherl stuff out on carts and sit it in the isle...Needs better organization. But its nice having a "one stop shop" in Rockford.

Friendly Service. Close by hotel very convenient. Pet supplies, food, few clothing items. On Saturday's they have 50% off coupons.

Mostly 3 employees in there and if you are in the check out... they will only have 1 doin ot for everyone instead of opening another register
