I was just in there and all the food was spoiled and nasty 🤮. They couldn't figure out how to scan my I.D and refused to sell tobacco products . The images that they use is not the real life images you walk in there and the place looks like a freaking disaster like a teenager was living in there. I honestly think that the reviews are fake and they had to pay for them because this is the worst dollar general I've ever been in and I've seen some pretty messed up things in my life.They need to get somebody with a lease a college education in there to run the store . Gross 🤮

This store is awful. I don’t know how it’s not shut down. The aisles are unkept. There is product everywhere. They are never busy. Drive or walk to family dollar next door. That is what you’d expect from a dollar store.

The store smelled horrible, and I could barely make it through one aisle without almost tripping over all the clutter everywhere. Over all, family dollar is much better

After losing our small grocery store in our little town. Dollar General started adding more food at reasonable prices. Saved us from making a 30 mile round trip to Marion or Marysville. Of course they didn't have all that a grocery could provide But it sure helped Eventually Family Dollar followed suit. Took them longer.

This place is awful, there are so many carts and boxes in the way through every isle. You shouldn’t have to move these carts or even search through them because the employees can’t..won’t do anything to get them out of the way. I live here in town and it’s a every time you go in kind of thing not just like it was one night. The family dollar next door is the way to go compared to here.

I hunted for an item I couldn't find and the man behind the register took the time to find one for me, quickly. There was no one behind me so no one had to wait! I told him he deserved a raise, lol.

Good place to do a little bit of cheapish shopping... Not a bad place to pick up a little bit of the necessity's and maybe some snacks or something. Overall a decent place to go to and I do recommend this store for a little light shopping...

They're always kind of steady with customers and the staff has no problem talking about it, their registers go down a lot for people who try to pay with cards, I would choose this location over family dollar right next door despite all of this.

It's always clean it's always well-stocked they even have fresh produce like avocados Tomatoes potatoes and lettuce and the staff are always helpful and friendly

This store just remodel and there is not enough room to get down the aisles. They have slot more freash vegas and fruit.

Good place for bargains and items you just can't live without (tongue in cheek comment). Good store to browse when killing time is the hoal.

Not a bad priced place. Nice for a quick stop to grab a few things. They do need to work on organization though

I went to buy bottles of water for work and it hadn't even been unstocked for me to be able to purchase it 😒.. I think they need some help in that store it was a total Waist of time and gas..

This place f***ing sucks says its open till 10 Sunday and 11 everyother day but u get there 5 mins till and the mother f****ers want to say were closed no you should be open till u designated hours pos employees

Couldn't get waited on 40 people in one line,one person working so i put about a hundred dollars of merchandise on the floor and left its been that way for weeks not going back

Staff is not really friendly. Always busy with only 1 open register and usually only 1 person you can find. Prices are a bit high as well.

The Richwood Dollar general is clean and the employees are super nice! It is absolutely a convenient convenience store.
