Giving it 3 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ the fuel islands we so so meaning some were clean and some not so much plus garbage cans over full. The inside of pilot was clean but lack of customer service with the self checkout stands. The woman’s restroom appeared clean but it’s wasn’t as clean as it should of been since the place was dead inside with no customers. All the truck parking was full but no customers inside plenty of time to clean.

Out of 10, I give them a 4. Showers have warm water at best after a minute into your shower. At that point praying for someone to flush the toilet is the only way to get it slightly above warm. Mediocre showers, I would say. Also the water pressure sucks. Towels were in good condition.bhair was on the floor and some grout discoloration. Probably won't stop here for showers anymore.

They have everything from lunch at Wendy's to Cinnabon for breakfast. They even have showers and apparel to purchase. The only thing they're missing are the undergarments such as boxers, underwear, and bras. However, they support the working class through the different types of apparels and Neons we all hold so close seeing everyday on the highways and byways, in the USA.

This place is the definition of a dump! Parking lot filled with dropped trailers and the reserved spots are in front of fuel island and not behind the shop. Those are paid spots ran by the shop and $20 a night don't confuse the two! Spots are tight. Today 12/19/23 they're down 2 pumps so it makes getting in the parking lot a cluster....good luck if you come here!

Update: 18 October 2018 -- twice in a row pump one made an error while inputting my zip code for pay at the pump credit card purchase. This set off a fraud alert with my bank, locked my card and caused major headaches. I press the last digit "5" and on the screen it shows "2" instead. Before you can hit cancel or clear the system automatically runs with it and of course it gets declined. The first time I thought it was my error. The second time I very carefully and methodically entered my zip and watched closely and the pump did the same thing. Machine error, but I pay the price. No good. Please fix ASAP. Not the first time this has happened to be at a Pilot.This is a decent Pilot. Had never stopped at this one before, but it had clean rest rooms and a over all neat and well maintained appearance. Parking is a bit limited and there is not dedicated RV or bobtail parking.Well stocked store.Staff very pleasant and friendly.

$9.79 for a small Ben and Jerry’s ice cream how can they be aloud to price gouge so much. Definitely didn’t pay that and I’ll never stop there again. Shame on you greedy greedy.

Very little parking, windshield cleaner was empty and squeegees were ragged and nasty. Store was short staffed and employees weren’t in the best of moods to say the least. Just glad all I needed was fuel and a quick break.

Parking lot is trash. I had to do 60 degree to get to my parking spot bcs of course somebody was parked too close to the parking spots. But I did it easily.

This is an ok pilot truck stop. Its located right off the turnpike about a half mile. It is a bit on the smaller side with a wendys restaurant attached. There are showers for drivers as well as a smaller variety of truck accessories. The pilot itself doesnt have much in the way of food due to the wendys attached which i ordered from against my better judgement and i was right. I wont eat from there again. There was food all over the kitchen floor, and the person handling my food was eating at the same time. There is parking for about 30 semis here. Good place to fuel and go.

All the food and snacks in the Pilot are very expensive. I almost bought a 5pc spicy wings but they were over $8 before I put them back. Wendy's prices seem more normal.

THE BEST!!!I really enjoyed this truck stop last weekend! Didn't need to search for food here because I cook in my truck! However, I did get a sweet treat from Wendy's area, which was clean! Pilot staff was professional and accodimatable! Showers are clean and water ran like it should have! The parking lot was trash free! I spotted staff power washing the parking lot about 3 am. I'm glad it doesn't stink like some of the truck stops! No homeless hanging around! No half- dressed females looking to get hired! No sagging pants or loud music! Seems like everybody was mining their own business, and so was I! I felt safe enough to get my mile walk in around this place! I really like this truck stop and will make a special effort to stay here when I'm in the area!

I drove 25 minutes from Cleveland to come here to shower, just for them to say that there is no hot water at all and proceeds to say they’re still open if I wanted to take a cold shower. I’m a traveler and for me to drive 25 minutes just to COME HERE TO SHOWER and park here overnight, I wasted time and gas coming here at this point. As a former pilot employee, I can say I’ve been to and worked for so many pilots and they’re all ran just the same. THEY ALL SUCK!! If you want a nice HOT CLEAN BIG SHOWER, then your best bet is to drive the extra miles and go to LOVES TRAVEL CENTER. The only thing good about this place is that all their cold items were fully stocked (as they should be) and the coffee and fountain area was clean and stocked. The showers are small and they STILL don’t have hot water. Don’t even bother, go to LOVES. 💀😅👍🏼ALSO the employees just standing around twiddling their thumbs acting like they have nothing to do when in reality there’s plenty to do.

The people running this place are very Petty I was parked in the fire lane there are several other trucks there as well I was not the only one they asked us to move didn't have a problem with that went to the bathroom come back move my truck and my company is calling messaging wanting to know why I am parked here and wanting me to move I think it's very Petty that you wouldn't give me enough time to move my truck it wasn't an emergency just know I will never come back to this place again and btw there is trucks still there nothing else being said to them also the showers are very nasty and not well taken care of sat there for 30 minutes waiting to take a shower and ask them what the problem was there were five people in line and nobody cleaning the showers guy at the desk told me the showers were open just go take one their system was down my opinion they're not very trucker friendly and we're the one making their business

Haven't been here since the remodel started and I do like the changes made inside. I also felt the staff, on both shifts, were a pleasure (was here for a 34 hour reset). I gave the location 3 stars due to the extreme lack of parking and to the fact that not a single manager enforced the "no dropped trailers" rule. Saw 4 around my truck for 3 days - 2 of which were in reserved spots. I'll just be making this location a fuel stop from now on when I'm in the area.

Just came to this pilot at 0915 pm . To fuel up went in store and the intense coffee was out, I ask the cashier can he pls put some intense coffee on, he comes out the back . Oh, I just filled it with an attitude keeps talking I feel like he was giving me a hard time because I was black and if I was another race nothing would being said! Number 1 I’m a customer and he shouldn’t even had anything to say! If u don’t like ur job go get another one! By the way his name was Douglas!!! By the way I had just brought 400 dollars in fuel! He almost got curse out!

Showers down no one to clean them restaurant closed and hot food racks mostly empty. 3 employees chatting behind the counter though. While there is about 1/2 pound of toilet paper around the bottom of the toilets in 2 different stalls.Lady went back threw some towels in the shower pushed the we cleaned it option on the keypads and came back out to chat some more. Took her less than 2 minutes and it's obvious she didn't clean 1 thing in this shower.
