It's 10pm, an hour before closing. They have closed every single register, and there's a line almost 20 people deep for the self checkout which is the only option to pay.Every employee in the store is stocking and ignoring customers while we stand in a line that looks like it's Black Friday.Not sure if management at this store is garbage or if they just cut store labor budgets across the board.Just shut down and go online-only if this is the customer experience.

We wanted to use our coupons but totally forgot to scan. Went to customer service to hope we could refund certain items then rescan the coupons but the Indian lady said that she would have to return everything, then rescan all the items. Which doesn’t make sense to me because people would come back to return a single item with more than a dozen items on a receipt. I’m not sure but I felt that vibe she didn’t want to deal with it. But hey, it’s customer service for ya

The usual! Found a great reduced price deal on a backpack and some amusing birthday cards for my 100 yr old mother! Overpriced, but very funny. Enclosed a personal letter. Some tears involved. Walmart for shopping safaris! Never know what you'll find that you didn't know you needed!😂😅

I placed a order for pick up I have been here for a hour in a half checked in called 3 times I was told there was a error and I wasn’t showing up after being here for 40 min I was pushed up I then call back after being here a hour and half and they were so rude said they would move me up it’s going on 2 hours and I’m still sitting in spot 6 waiting on my groceries I am so irritated this was supposed to be a convenience I coulda shopped this stuff myself and checked out before they got to my car with my groceries I asked to speak to a manager and was told there were no managers today like how I will not be placing anymore pickup orders for Walmart

1 employee was helpful, and the chip vendors helped me more than the other 2 employees who just assumed i was stealing, kept bad mouthing me instead of helping when asked, the older woman that came to the self check out after was far more help than the other 2 as she actually did her job. If not for her, i would have put a 1 star, i get to go shopping once a month, so i tend to stock up on what i need, instead of telling customers they are thieves when they are not and have no need to steal, maybe do your jobs and stop attacking people for doing their once a month shopping trip.

Very nice & clean store. To bad they didn't have more people to work the checkout. We waited in line for about 20 minutes. The women running the checkout had to close to go to the restroom instead of a manager coming over to help her. People in line behind us were very upset, as was the cashier.

It's a Walmart superstore. Nothing special. It is pretty clean checkout lines or horrible as all Walmarts are. They're trying to go towards self checkout all the way around which I hate but again it's just Walmart. Horrible pickup and delivery services

Generally on your own to find items, and there is a discrepancy between what's allegedly in the inventory of the store versus when you check online. Oftentimes, I can't find items that should be typical to walmart, and the employees aren't of help.

I don't understand why you have so many self Check out s with cameras. There are employees watching you scan the items.You still have to show a receipt . You have alot of employees walking around or standing around doing nothing. Some of the employee don't speak English ,stink and rude. Smell like they didn't bathe or brush their teeth. The price on shelf is different at the register. They don't honor price comparison from other store. They said they have the lowest prices.Some of the employees are not helpful and rude. There should be santizer at every check out. Wipes for the carts. The employees need to have a name tag on and dress professionally and act professional and be helpful. Everyone should be treated equally.

About like every other Walmart just more clutter in the isles everytime we go. Also watch out for the deli. We bought some ham that was marked for $5.94 LB and they put a sticker on it for $8.77 Lb. After noticing the price I went back over to get more cut to see if it would happen again...it did. At that point I tried to explain the problem. The man at the deli then grabbed the other meat (prima dela the one he tried to charge us for to cut it). I explained I don't want that meat I want the right price. He eventually understood

Office supplies area is a bit disorganized. The one item I needed was not available even though web site said it was in stock. Check out was very slow. If lines are backed up into aisles get more associates on registers. The self check out was even worse.

I bought an item that said an associate had to log in to approve the item. One associate walked by, one was yelling they needed a manager. The associate that walked by then came back, did not log in as an associate, and proceeded to ask me which item was the issue. I showed him the item, he took the item and walked away, no explination. Meanwhile my ice cream is melting. Then another associate comes by I am assuming a manager, and my item is still gone. Then the other associate finally arrives with the item, which I have reached maximum frustration and just want to pay for the other items I have and left. They can keep the issue item since no one knows how to deal with an associate login to help the customer. Totally worthless associates at this store. I will not be shopping here anymore, there are plenty of other stores that will appreciate the business. Meanwhile, this took more than 3 associates to figure out and held up 2 check out lines, because the lady from the other check out line ended up with me also. This is ridiculous in 2023 at Christmas time to have this many untrained associates working in such a small area… 2 check out lines.

Pick up and delivery suck big time, I pay to much money for groceries let alone the Walmart plus membership to have so many issues. They don’t answer the phone when you call them. It’s sad this place have gone down hill; even in the store… if I could I’d give them zero stars.

This Store frequently does not have items restocked. Emplyoyees questioned are not able to understand the questions about when items will be restocked. The shame of this store in my eyes is failure to keep diabetic needed items stocked.

stop having your LP only speak to people when they wanna check their carts. We don't legally have to show those receipts either, it's crazy how many people don't know that. I wanna know when the greeters got replaced with loss prevention. All walmarts need to close up shop, it's been a nice run. Carts are always poorly kept and have to be dragged in from the parking lots, it's a maze trying to park your car between carts abandoned in the lot and not ding your car, items are mispriced 99% of the time, there's cameras everywhere yet nobody is around to answer questions and help the customer.

I subscribed to Walmart plus. I will be canceling. DON’T DO IT! My delivery orders are always missing items and half my groceries are destroyed when they arrive. They never even showed up with my last order. It was scheduled to be delivered between 10-11 yesterday!

This entire company, the employees, and the people who shop here are TRAAAAAAASH! It took them 1 hour to bring pickup order to vehicle. Took the dude additional 30 mins to load the order. Ordered multiple bulk items so thought that’s what was taking so long. Got home to realize that 0 of the bulk items were in the trunk and that he only loaded 4 small items that weigh less than 1lb. I despise this place and will NEVERRRRRRRR RETURN!

The woman who answers the phone in the pick up and delivery department named Samara is SOOO F’ING RUDE! Her attitude is so nasty and hateful. She gets smart any time you call the pick up line for anything. I know she’s rude to everybody because she has been rude to me more than once. This Walmart has a terrible system for pick up and delivery, literally every other Walmart around is ten times better than this one. And I hope something is done about Samara and her disgusting attitude and customer service.

Ordered for pick up days in advance for a few christmas gifts. Me and my husband come to the pick up and a woman comes by shortly with pen and paper asking us who we are because people keep leaving. We confirm who we are and proceed to wait one HOUR! The battery in my car died in the process my husband had to literally walk into walmart to get jumper cables and low and behold the same woman walk’s by to confirm once more who we are! All while my husband is putting cords on our battery! Car’s were leaving left in right! I never seen anyone come out with any one’s stuff!!! She said to us “oh you guys are just broke down?” We said “no we checked in hours ago and spoke with u! Our battery died literally waiting on you people!” Once our car came back on we left and walmart canceled my order the next day. I tried to call walmart to speak to someone and the phones kept ringing.

When I was checking out I saw that a black man was being stopped at the door for stealing. It was embarrassing even for me and everyone was looking. When they confirmed the gentleman did not steal anything no apology was given. This is harassment and should stop immediately. And if you do stop someone who is not guilty, please apologize.

Absolutely the WORST Walmart I've ever dealt with! Not only do they not answer the phone when they do answer they immediately hang up so you have to call back. I've spent 2 hours trying to get ahold of someone and cannot get a person on the phone!The pick up and delivery department is just as bad! They don't deliver your order when they are supposed to. My delivery order is over 8 hours over due. This is why I'm calling into Walmart to see what happened to my order! I would recommend people to go to another Walmart

The worst store ever. Ordered a delivery order because I am sick, 10 minutes before time they send a message of a 2 hour delay. Time has passed, no one has answered the phone In 3 hours. Customer service number only has foreign associates answering phones & they don’t know anything.

They don’t allow truck parking anymore but security guard did say they will allow an hour or two for shopping!! Overall not a bad store
