Who doesn't love Target! This location is clean and shelves are usually pretty well stocked. This location has a starbucks, pizza hut and a cvs pharmacy inside.Pick-up orders are also available. I've used the order pickuo service, where you go inside to the service desk to pick your order up. It was a pretty simple process and saved me a lot of time since I didn't have to walk around the store to shop myself. I have not used the curbside service yet but it is offered at this location. They could use more cashiers.

First time to buy an electronic product at this location, find that the product has scratches on the back and missing items. Try to return it to the store the next day, but i couldn't . I was frustrated when I was told that the product doesn't match the box. Who's fault is it?

I came to this location after receiving very very poor customer service at the Whitehall location where they accused me of stealing an item when returning it, despite having a receipt. A lovely employee named Jasper helped me out a great deal, acting very professional and kind toward me. I will definitely be coming to this location instead, thank you guys!

Tell me y’all’s opinion, I felt like I was getting RACIALLY profiled. I’m walking through target, everything is going fine. I have my son with me and Im just getting a couple of things and head back to the food section, mind y’all it’s a worker there just fixing stuff up. I think nothing of it , I leave the food section and began waking SHE FOLLOWED , I stop she stop … I get the self check out SHE STOPS AND STAND A COUPLE STEPS BEHIND ME AND WAIT… mind you it’s already a worker at the self check out helping others. SHE WATCHES ME UNTIL I PAID FOR EVERYTHING and leave and started to walk back to another section..I talked to the store manager and he said he’ll pull up the camera footage. I’m so ANNOYED and can’t even find more words to express how I feel. @target get your rules or protocols together correctly… this will be the last time this happens because this happens in other store/companies as well I’m getting fed up.

I never see employees or anyone who is helpful, they never acknowledge you an just keep walking never greeting or asking if I need help. They generally have decent options stocked an alot of different things to look at around the holidays.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT NEAR THE PHARMACY. ONE OF THE PHARMACISTS OVER WEIGHT ABOUT TWICE MY SIZE SARCASTICALLY YELLS ARE YOU LOOKING FOR SOMETHING. I KNEW HE WANTED TO FIGHT ME WITH NO REPERCUSSIONS FOR HIS ACTIONS. I IGNORED HIM AND GOT IN MY SAFE SPOT AND SAID WHAT?. HE THEN TRIED TO FIGHT ME AGAIN. HE ENDED UP IN MY FACE GUARANTEEING HIM AN ABSOLUTE VICTORY. PEOPLE LIKE THIS ARE THE REASON SHOOTINGS ARE HAPPENING EVERYDAY. HE NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED AND TORTURED IMMEDIATELY. I DON'T NEED TO SEE THIS AGAIN.

Great location, clean store, and friendly staff. The inventory is almost always nicely displayed and well organized. The staff work hard to make sure someone is available to help. When they’ve been busy they’re always working to get associates at the registers to ensure a speedy checkout process. Even the returns are easy to do and everyone seems to be happy to work there.It’s a refreshing experience in retail when many other places seem to have disgruntled employees and treat customers as an inconvenience.Highly recommended.

They have everything but they are price gouging. A screen protector for a Samsung phone was $49.99. Why? They are $6.99 on Amazon and $12.99 at Walmart. $49.99... For both of the brands. The phone CASE costs less ($33.99 for Kate Spade and for OtterBox). I'll only be visiting from here on out, when there are extreme sales.

I love Target! I always find what I need and then some at great prices. They always have great selections and why Target is always my first go to when in search of whatever I need. I was in and out of the store in no time which is a plus for me!

HORRIBLE. Store has gone very much downhill. Probably the management, since they don't even know how to reach guest relations. Jess game me an employee benefits number, and the second male manager gave me a corporate number that still wasn't correct, but the rep was still able to help me. Tired of coming here for Drive Up, and things are missing from the order. Not very difficult to retrieve all items and take them to a car. I will just drive to New Albany or Easton from here on out. Store needs new management, pronto.

Target- Please allow your Starbucks workers tips! I received fantastic service from your Starbucks employees! They were professional, courteous, and my Decaf Americano with Almond Milk and SF Vanilla Sweetner was the best Ive ever had!!!! The service was better than some of the brick and mortar Starbucks I frequent. Please...I was extremely disappointed I couldn't leave a tip for fabulous customer service.

As long as I can remember I have always loved Target from a really young age. I come here multiple times a week and have no big complaints! Everyone is always so nice here and I normally 99% of the time find what I am looking for and if I don’t I just order it online because I have my redcard. I do a lot of order pickup and it’s always quick! I just did drive up service a few days ago and I LOVE IT!!!! As a mama with 2 children under 4, it’s hard to go in for the essential items without temper tantrums so doing this was so quick and easy and I didn’t have to take my children out of the car! :) The only small complaint I have is Starbucks. There is never a employee behind the counter and normally have to wait several minutes to get your order before they appear. They are pretty much always out of cake pops (Hey! I use them to bribe my children, I’m not above it.) It honestly doesn’t stress me out when things are out of place or all over because it’s not the employees it’s the disrespectful customers who do not know how to put items back in its original place. Think of how hard it is on the employees who have to constantly clean up after GROWN ADULTS on top of stocking and other various tasks they ALREADY have to do daily!!! If something is out of place that I see and maybe want I just scan it..no big deal!

I used to shop at this Target a lot more than I do now. It’s continually dirty and messy and I just feel like no one cares. The cosmetics are a mess, the purses/accessories area always has stuff scattered on the floor, and the shoe aisle is just awful. I’m not shopping there as often even though it’s the closest Target to me.

I was looking for some clothes hampers and a dish drainer. A young man in the kitchen accessories department went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. If only we could have more sales associates like him.

My friend and I just left this Target without purchasing anything because they had nooneto check us out and we were unwilling to use the self checkout be cause it was very busy. I was making a $75 purchase and she was making a $50 purchase. Your loss, Target! If you can't man the checkouts, close your store!!!

Customer service. When I realized I had made a purchase pickup at another Target store, they checked to see if they had the item before assisting me in cancelling the other order. I was able to get the cancelled item plus two more. They were so nice and accommodating. Thank you so much.

I come here for Pokemon cards and new videogame releases.Let me tell you a cute story.I was dressed rather feminine. I came in looking for Pokemon cards. A little girl and her dad were also looking for cards. The girl says, "I bet you're buying for someone else" and I say, "Oh, no, I've collected Pokemon cards for a long time." Her dad says, "I don't even know what's good." I tell them that it's always better to go with the booster packs. The little girl tells me how she mostly knows boys who have cards, and I can tell she's happy to see a girl who's also dressed very feminine buying cards. I was happy to give her some encouragement. Anyways, I bought $90 worth of cards and the cashier said, "Do you want a gift receipt?" and I was like, "No these are for me." And he said, "Girls like Pokemon?" Boy if you don't 😭Okay but also one time the guy getting my Pokemon game was, like, really excited to talk to me about the features and I was glad he didn't assume I was buying it for someone else.

Typical target experience (which is a good thing). They need more self-checkout lanes as there are always only 2-3 registers out of like 20 open creating unnecessarily long lines. Usually there is a long line at the self-checkout which is my preferred option and appears to be the preference of most other shoppers as well.

I just had a fantastic visit at the Target on East Broad Street.I was looking for a particular item, one which has been hard to find. I checked the Target app as soon as I woke up this morning, and it showed that the Reynoldsburg location had the item in stock. I hopped in the car and drove 25 minutes to visit thisparticular store. I searched the shelves where the product should have been, and I was unable to find it.I approached Emily, who was stocking product (batteries, to be specific) on the sales floor. She greeted me with "Good morning" before I could even say anything. I showed her the picture of the product on the Target app, and she walked to an alternative are where the product could have been. She realized that the product wasn't in that location either, so she looked it up on her handheld scanner and found that it had just arrived on the truck this morning.I immediately felt awful for ambushing these folks right after their shipment truck had arrived, but Emily, without any prompting from me, went into the back and found the team member who was sorting the shipment, and she got the exact item I needed and brought it out to me. She was very friendly when she brought it out to me, and I then asked her if I could get a second one (feeling awful for putting her out again).With that same friendly attitude, she went right back into the stock room and grabbed a second product for me. I wasn't expecting bad service at Target, but I wasn't expecting this level of customer service, so far above and beyond my expectations.Thank you, Emily, for renewing my faith that there are still customer service professionals out there ready to take care of customers. I will definitely be coming back to this Target location!

1st time @ this location & we had a pleasant experience! We found what we were looking for :) the only backside was they only had one left! Some of the shelves were bare but it was still good nonetheless. I just wished there were more options in the cookware isle. 🦄💙🤓🤷‍♀️

Larry, a truly exceptional Target employee, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Due to supply shortages everywhere, I have been having difficulties finding a specific Silk Creamer. Despite the inventory scan indicating zero stick on hand, Larry went to to the back of the store to verify. He found 4 jugs of my prized creamer :). This specific Target has the best of employees, with Larry being the very best that I have encountered.
