I made an Uber eats order from this location. Received sausage that was 2 months old (expired Feb 13.2024). My cabbage from that order was old and bug ridden as well. Please rectify this situation. Not just for me, but for anyone that is shopping your meat section. This is a serious health hazard! Im honestly shocked that this happened at a Target. I truly trusted this company, store, and brand. What a shame!

Really terrible. Nothing stocked. Clothing everywhere and shoes out of boxes - looks like no one has cleaned in weeks in the bathrooms. Can’t believe what a mess this store was. Used to be nice .

I had to return a tricycle because it was too small for my granddaughter. I returned it on a Saturday afternoon. There was only one customer in front of me. I was helped very quickly. The return money was placed back on my account with no problem. The customer service worker was very nice and helpful.

Did a drive up order on my phone for groceries because I had my baby with me and it was 12 degrees outside and we were already out to see the pediatrician. I tried about 10 times on the app to say on the way and here for the order and it would not work. I called the store about 6 times and tried to speak to one person and the call would ring and then hang up on me. My data was working fine on my phone for other apps and websites no issue. I had to call an employee over who was busy do another drive up order to tell her I was there. Lucky she was doing another order or I would have had to go inside with my sleeping baby. The pick up experience was a disaster. I give two stars because the employee that helped me was amazing and said she would tell her manager about the issue.

This store had what I needed and more that I didn't expect them to have that I wanted, plus I was only able to go there because they extended their hours for Christmas. And the prices were great. Very Happy

Would be five stars, but the self checkout is always closed. I hate going to cashiers and will drive further to another location to avoide dealing with that.It's 2024 and you have the staff and hardware. Get with the times guys.

Employee watched me carry a box that contained all my items I was purchasing. She waited until I had removed the items to scan them and then came over to me snatched the box and told me I was stealing unless I had permission to take it. Which I had been previously given. While trying to state that information to the employee she walked away mumbling something about she doesn’t know who or why anyone would let me take it. Very unprofessional, uneducated and rude. Will now be taking my business to the broad street target (which is better and cleaner anyways)

Store was extremely disorganized, shelves not stocked, boxes and pallets all over the store. Store does not have a Sunday liquor license, but does not post it anywhere, just having the clerks telling you, you can't buy it when you get to checkout. Definitely one of the least clean stores in the area.

We love Target in general, but this store is far and away our favorite one to shop in. The people are friendly, the aisles are wider than most other stores of this kind, the store is always clean, customer service is among the best, and we rarely have to wait in line to check out because they typically have enough cashiers to get everyone checked out quickly. Of the Columbus area stores, the Reynoldsburg Target is our favorite because of the aforementioned reasons and more.

This target is so fun to go too! They are always stocked and the staff are pretty nice just doing there jobs haha. I can find basically everything I need here. They have stuff from decor, food, pet supplies, house supplies like, lamps, coffee machines, clothing, dressers, kitchen supplies. Everything!!!

Only 1 register open. Then I was purchasing a buy 1 get one 30% off but instead it took 15% off each item. When I asked the cashier about it, he snidely remarked that I would have to contact corporate about that! Rude and obnoxious. No one needs that!!!

I love how they remodeled the area, but geeezus the bathrooms could’ve received some TLC and a new face lift It’s almost always not up-kept and toilet paper all over the floor , reeeeeked and just unsanitary. Reasons for my one star solely because the smell hit me in the face the moment I opened the door.

I was followed and watched my entire hour and a half there. Then once I checked out the man was watching me as if I was stealing. He then intentionally didn’t remove my buzzers so I beeped on the way out 5 times. Worst experience of my life!!!!! I will never go back. I should take the 450 dollars of merchandise back. I’m sure my money would be appreciated elsewhere!

Target is a very quick shop-stopYou're bound to find any and almost anything. The frequent spent and receiving gift cards is a perk within itself. Target Circle app is convenient when wanting to catch a deal or too with saving.

Staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. We didn’t realize the time and accidentally checked out 10 minutes before the store closed. As we were checking out due to the store being just closed the self check out glitched when we went to pay and crashed. One of the cashiers Michael was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the system and took the time to re check out our mass amount of items. Despite our apologies about being so late and our offering to leave out some items that were a hassle, he was kindly insistent about making sure we got the best prices and earned deals. Thank you Michael and thank you Target!!

I was asked to go to guest services by a target team member since a clearance item i had in my cart was ringing up incorrectly. (One was originally $10 and one was $15 but there was a glitch in the system causing them both to be $15 causing the item that was originally $10 to only have a slight discount) The 2 ladies at guest services could not understand the error and would not correct the issue another target team member had pointed out to me. I ended up buying them anyway. The frustrating thing is when I got to my car the lady who was parked next to me bought the same items and the cashier rang them up at 90% off since they were Christmas items... so she only paid $1.50 each for hers. I am not one to complain about a few dollars but it adds up when you purchase multiple items... and the fact the individuals working guest services couldn't understand the glitch was concerning.

I had purchased two identical items in different sizes so my daughter could try on at home (because we had limited time to visit and try on in store). The return of the larger size was simple and efficient this afternoon. I was greeted and waited on immediately, and out the door in well under 5 minutes. Appreciate the efficiency as well as service!

This is more of a review on tcl. I bought a tcl 75in 4k tv from this target just 1 week ago and it has already developed a red line going down the screen.UPDATEHard to get to location but staff was incredibly friendly this was one good shopping experience that makes me want to go back to target more often. However the 75in 4k tcl tv I bought there malfunctioned and developed a red line going down the screen making me wonder if the package handlers in the back where a little careless or reckless the box wasn't in perfect pristine condition and the tv definitely shouldn't have a burned out led after just 6 days of use, but it's not to say for sure that this is what happened here. Instead of returning to target and whateing on them to get another one in from tcl I did the right thing and contacted tcl directly via email on December 1st 2019 just 7 days after the purchase date November 24th 2019 it takes them a full day to reply to emails it's now December 6th working with them to get a replacement. It seems like there going to replace the tv. I've sent all the information requested they request something different every day. They want pictures of the tv with malfunctions then ask that they be full pictures of the tv, then ask for pictures of the I'd sticker on the TV and the box then ask for a receipt and proof of purchase and finily they ask for a more detailed photo of a receipt since I paid online all I got from target where digital receipts. It's been a slow process but I'm confident tcl will come and replace this tv with a new one.

Came here on a Saturday around 7pm and only self-checkouts were open. Lines were long.Outside of the front doors there was trash all over. Over filled garbage cans and tons of trash in parking lot.First time shopping here since we moved to the area. Will not be returning to this location.

This Target location is conveniently located near my home and I love stopping in. I usually find what I’m looking for. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I stopped in to make a return the clerk made the process extremely easy.
