There are maybe three people in this store that actually work. The others hang in the offices and not on the floor. This is now the third time over the last year i have been to this location. Since i moved out east. WowBetter to go to Easton or Polaris. Feel bad for the threr that work realy hard here.

I when there today and I don’t like the grooming service.. I explained the lady that don’t put my dog we the hair to shore and she do a disaster and plus my dog nails was not cut good and plus when I whet your pick my dog she tell me the she put something on my dog and the she I to put it on my dog my dog wass scared omg she do pie’s on the floor that how scare she was never again.. I’m sorry but no… and then she tell me my dog was Very irritated on some sides… PetSmart plz do a training on this employee because a dog is a part of a family…. And they don’t do it right 😞😞😞😞 and I love PetSmart 😞😞😞
