Jasmine G is the best groomer I've ever had! My dog Louie absolutely loves her and I can tell she also enjoys him! He always looks absolutely handsome when he sees Jasmine!! 10/10 Recommend!

This was our first visit at this location and it was due to the fact that our location the groomery in Graceland had been closed. We still have the groomer that we had in Graceland she was moved to this location and I would follow her to the ends of the Earth she takes excellent care of our fur baby Sage. The groomer is Chantel and she is very knowledgeable and very very protective of your pet she treats them like they were her own if you want a good groomer this is the person you want to see now I'm not taking away from any of the other employees I do not know them yet but I'm pretty sure that it will be a super place to take your pet for grooming services or anything else that you may need.

Girl at the cashier had attitude because I asked for a gift receipt and apparently they don’t offer them. I also asked for a bigger bag and apparently they don’t have those either, she stared me down hard when she was bagging my item.So weird, I’ve never had such a terrible experience, usually it’s pleasant but not today.

I have three dogs two large ones and one little one. I like to take the big dogs on their own adventures one day at a time and the little one on his adventure when he gets groomed. Today was Cooper's day and he had a blast. The staff are really nice and friendly. The aisles are nice and large. The toys are reachable for the dogs to pick!

I WISH I would have listened to the reviews about this place. It would have saved my puppy unnecessary stress and trauma. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I dropped her off at 8:15am and didn’t get a call until 5:30pm!!! My 7 month old puppy has gotten groomed 4 other times and this was the FIRST time that she came back skittish and acting weird. (The other groomers had a waitlist until July so I thought maybe PetSmart could handle a trim… guess I should have read the fine print) They SHAVED her. I SPECIFICALLY requested for a call if they felt the need to shave her. When the groomer was assessing her, her exact words were, “oh her fur looks great! We should have no problems! I do not see any reason to shave her!” GET THAT NOTED IN THE COMPUTER! When I expressed my concerns they blamed me and said I agreed to “that cut”….“offered” a 10% discount for the next visit. This isn’t about the money! I just wanted them to acknowledge the fact that this was NOT what I wanted… there was clearly a mistake that happened that they attempted to cover up by shaving her and they did NOT trim her ear hair which I specifically requested… on top of that, about 3 days later she developed this random cough… yep, Kennel cough!! It was brought to my attention that “she had baths with the other dogs!” YOU BATHED HER IN THE SAME WATER AS OTHER DOGS?!?! Smh… lesson DEFINITELY learned! NEVER EVER AGAIN

I get there at 8:07am, app was for 8. Greet by Jasmine, she said me it’s will be couple (3-4)hrs. I’m literally writing this review at midnight, Sitting in the bed holding him like baby on my lap. Still can’t sleep. Idk how long I’m staying up with my baby. They called me at 951 am saying they will change me extra $10 I said ok fine, didn’t hear from them so I called back at 1234 asking are they done with Smoky? She said not done they will call me 15 mins before to give heads up. Still waiting no call around 3pm than things were going on my mind so I went there to check why I was not getting no info. Get there at 330 no one at the front desk so I rang the bell no one came, still waiting than the girl (assume it’s customer service) she asked are we picking up 2dogs (thought we were 2 me and my husband) so I said no only one than I said picking up smoky still didn’t get a call been almost 8hrs. She said yes that’s long time I wouldn’t leave my dog that long. She said let me check than back saying ready to check out. I said ok than check out and she bought smoky back. After we get home Idk why, what happen to my puppy is traumatize, not eating at all, can’t walk, not engaging at all, can’t sleep, keep stairing on wall. When we call his name not looking at all. Acting wired, not eating his fav treat, don’t even eat his meal(chicken) idk why what happen. Than I Called them back asking to speak with jasmine, she said jasmine left at 526pm letting them knw he can’t walk and asked if he was misbehaving/ something wrong during grooming. She said he was good. Was not misbehaving anything everything was good. IF HE WASNOT MISBEHAVING/EVRYTHING WAS GOOD WHY I DIDNOT GET A CALL AFTER HE WAS DONE GROOMING . WHY IT TOOK 7.5HRS? ALL I NEED IS WHY IT TOOK THAT LONG? IF I KNW IT WOULD TAKE TAHT LONG I WOULD DO EXPRESS AND WAIT THHERE. I NEED ANSWER PLS THIS IS NOT FAIR/NOT RIGHT TO KEEP OTHER PEOPLE DOG. I HOPE I DONT HAVE TO TAKE HIM TO VET🙏🏻 THEY HAVE MY INFO SO I NEED ANSWR WHY 7.5HRS FOR 14lb SHIHTZU PUPPY. Waiting for call from them.I will update the review once i hear back from them.

Was very bad. Was looking for fish. Wow in alot of tanks fish were floating. In one tank I wanted a guppy. He put the led up and there was a smashed guppy. He blamed it on a nother worker. Was sad. I love my fish.

I was in this place with my mother and we intended to buy a cat and we talked to the employee and he gave us papers to fill out and we were very kind to them and after we left one of the female employees called me ten minutes later and told me that you are not qualified to adopt any cat and you are rude and she repeated that again (rude) times for no reason and I asked her why You spoke to me like this and she answered me, I don't have time to explain, and this is all because we are Muslims, because my name is an Arab Muslim, and my mother wore a headscarf. They are really very racist.

This is April 27,2023 at 6:20pm or so. Go in to pick-up hairball stuff for my cats. Walk into store and get a greeting, but the employee's back to me, never makes eye contact. I hope that they are paying attention as I am greeted and ask where hairball stuff is. No response and this person walks away. First wow!So, I go to find it myself, not too difficult as store is well laid out.Pick up a couple more things and come up to front register. Nobody there. Okay, I wait a moment. Still nobody. Looking around I see the employee area, but it is empty. I then call out loudly into the store, "Hello!", "I need a cashier!" Then then continue to wait and no result.I call out again, "Hello!", "I need a cashier!" even louder. I then wait again and still get the same result. I know there are employees in this store. I'm starting to feel embarrassed because customers are looking at me funny, thanks Petsmart.I then goto the center aisle to see if anyone is coming, nope. Again, for a third time, I call out even louder than before, "Hello!", "I need a cashier!" At this point I am ready to throw the stuff I want to purchase on the counter and walk away. Finally, a cashier appears and processes the order. No acknowledgement of my difficulty in simply buying something.This was a terrible experience and left me stressed.

I've been going to PetSmart many of times for my animals, but I will say they they need to upgrade the workers a little bit better reason, why is because when I was getting a fish for my fish tank, I waited almost an hour to get somebody to help me. And then of course, when I was wanting to get a Guinea pig, and there was a worker right there near me, that was even near we're, getting pigs we're They didn't stop and ask if I needed help. Stores good, but the workers need to be more aware of what's going on.

This location has the Best staff! The manager is extremely helpful and gives great tips for my new dog. I also had a chance to get a few pointers from the trainer, she was nice and helpful as well. My dog is a rescue and has zero social interactions the entire staff came over to greet my dog and offer me encouraging words. thank you so much

Nice and clean store. I always watch th dogs when their getting groomed and the dogs seemed to be having fun not agitated or forced in a position the girl I watched you could tell she loves her job. Honestly they all seemed happy working their. These employees bare very knowledgeable with fish come to find out. Their alot of work!!

In general the store is fine. I wouldn't say it's any different than any average PetSmart. The issue is with curbside pickup. I don't know if the check-in feature on the app doesn't work, or if they don't have staff to pay attention to it, but we had to call after waiting for 30 minutes. This is the second time this happened. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they seemed to be busy. When I called and talked to an associate, it seemed like it was a hassle to bring out my order. When she brought out the order, she put it in the back of the car , and apologized for the wait. I told her it was okay. Then she shut the hatch, and didn't say another word. Very poor customer service. If we continue shopping at PetSmart, it won't be at this location.

Scheduled an appointment. Sent my dog in for bath and nails done. 3 hours later I came to get my dog and they said it would be another hour!!!!! Finally I had enough, demanded my dog. They disappeared and no one was around. Come to find out that nothing was done when they said she was still wet from her bath!!!! They lied about doing anything! Then still expected me to pay full price for nothing done! Complained to management and corporate. Nothing done!!!

The grooming department is amazing HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have 3 senior dogs and they go above and beyond, every time in every way! The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Great location, i also love the fact that they have animals that you can adopt. I reached out about wanting a heated blanket/bed for my cats and they were able to find a bed for me. They had to look in the back of the store just to find one. Another issue i had to get assistance with is my stray cat that i have will only eat my Germans Sheppard royal canine. The employee recommended authority cat food and i have not had that issue since. You get an A in my book. I just wish they did not have a weight limit for same day delivery.

Stopped in to attend my 1st Pet Adoption and buy ALL the needful accessories required for a new buddy. Only to discover that it consisted of just 1 friendly dog greeter and a variety of very affectionate cats which I was told was $15 each SEVERAL times!So I chose an adorable fluffy cat for $15 and was ready to pay for my pet and get all the extra items to welcome the cat into my home! Only to find that I had to wait for a phone call of approval which can take a 2-3 days! (Needless to say, I didn't see anyone else adopting!)Well the problem came when I got the call while AT WORK and the lady informed me that they was going to charge me $40 and not the $15 that I was quoted during the adoption at the store. I couldn't believe it!I felt like I was being SCAMMED instead of this being for a "good cause"!!!She was trying to charge me MORE than double the price I was quoted in-store! Then she was trying to sound urgent and rush me to pick up the cat "immediately" ignoring that I'm at work, and then she threatened to sell it to someone else! GO AHEAD!!!!!!!! I will never come back there again for an adoption... EVER!!! 😡
