Went to use self serve dog wash (have a prepaid dog wash card, been a loyal customer for 10+ years) at 5:30 on Sunday. Store very busy, while waiting for associate to check in for wash, a presumed manager came up to help the register line and I asked to use the self serve wash, he says: “oh, those shut down at 5 for cleaning so we can get out of here at 6”. Not noted anywhere on website and having worked in a retail environment in the past, “store closing time” should not equal “employee leaving time”….At least clearly make it know that the wash bays close earlier than the store on the store signs and website.

Pet Supplies Plus in Reynoldsburg is wonderful. I am always greeted by a friendly face and someone who is willing to help me when I have questions! I also cannot resist looking at the adorable rescues available for adoption. We got both of our kittens from the organization in the store! They are amazing friends and companions. Thank you!

So far this store has been a great "go-to" for me and my two pups. Everyone has been nice and helps when asking questions, etc.I started picking them over the Canal Winchester location that's the same drive time away bc I've just had better experiences with the employees there. Hope you have the same experience <3

My 5-star review is for Matie! But I give 0-stars to the Store Manager named Mary.I needed help getting a couple leashes and collars returned as they didn’t fit my miniature dachshunds. Store Rep named Matie was super helpful and friendly. She helped address any concerns that I had and communicated well.Unfortunately, the Store Manager, Mary, was not very kind towards Matie. As a customer this made me uncomfortable. Mary felt it was appropriate to address Matie right in front of myself and other customers. Her instructions carried a condensing tone of voice. Mary never said hello or provided a friendly customer experience.Matie handled the Manager, Mary, gracefully and was professional overall.Hopefully, Pet Smart at Reynoldsburg will rethink who they put in leadership, because Mary was very disappointing.

Love this place, it's my regular location for bird food. I will say the bulk food is now gone or moved, for birds. They additionally do clip bird wings which is generally found to upset, stress, and disable birds. It isn't recommended by most vets. Otherwise generally well kept animals! And good food variety. Can't speak for the grooming but the dogs always look to be well taken care of.

Clean and well organized pet store. Pet food, toys, supplies, fish, small animals such as guinea pigs, self-serve dog wash. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible. You can bring your dog shopping with you here. Friendly employees who love to give your dogs some love. My dogs love it here. Would recommend.

I pass at least 4 pet stores to get to this location because it is the best of the best! They stock the healthier foods and treats for both my cats and my dogs. Everyone is very nice, helpful and the prices are a plus too!

I have nothing but praise for the grooming team at the Reynoldsburg, Broad street location. They are always so welcoming and I love how they greet my dog by name when he arrives for his grooming appointment. I especially want to acknowledge Jennifer who is by far the best groomer we have worked with. Not only is she highly professional but I love the personal attention she gives my dog Jace. Jace will not go to any other groomer now. He feels safe and loved the whole time he is with Jennifer. I have hidden in the store just to watch to see how he does and just listening to Jennifer talk to my dog the whole time warms my heart. She also takes the time to answer my questions and refer me to just the right products to buy between grooming. I never have to worry about scheduling my next appointment either. She is always on it and remembers to schedule Jace every month ahead of time. With my busy schedule I really appreciate her doing that. Jennifer definitely has a gift for not only grooming but the relationships she builds with each dog she works with. Highly recommend this grooming service and highly recommend Jennifer and the grooming team at this location. They are simply the best.

My favorite pet store. They recently underwent a big upgrade with a new bath area and wonderful grooming staff. Nicole groomed my pup and was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. I go out of my way to come here. The VIP vet area is super nice and do vaccinations.

Took my Rottweiler for a bath, the set up is really nice all you need is the dog. Just remember to rinse out the tub for the next puppy please.

Great Pet Store! My dog comes here to get groomed and a bath but also his Birthday Doggie Cupcake!Pet store allowes pets in just to shop and My dog did mark his territory by the dog food (heads up) but it was cleaned up..lolStaff is always friendly and helpfull . I do hate that they dont carry live feeder mice for snakes though.....

At this store, we had great customer service, very helpful Associates. We found everything that we needed, and their prices are great, they're at least 3 to $4 cheaper than PetSmart. We went to PetSmart first to get a cone for our cat Roscoe, then realized we had a $5 coupon for Pets Supplies Plus. So we went to Pet Supplies Plus, found the same exact item for $4 cheaper plus we saved money with the coupon. We'll be back!

This Pet Supplies Plus location does grooming now and I am amazed with how well they did with my dog! My dog received the full service groom and her curly hair has been trimmed and straighten! She is super soft too! Fully recommend taking your pet here for grooming service!

I love the Pet Supplies Plus in Reynoldsburg. They are always so happy to see when you walk in and are available if you have questions. Their curb side pickup is easy and no matter who brings your items out to your vehicle, they are kind and thank you for your business and wish you a good day. I feel more like family there then just another customer like many of the other pet supply stores make you feel.

Niya was a great over-the-phone help. Katy is amazing!!! She was my in-store helper. She went deep sea (tank) diving for anything we saw that would be a good fit for my tanks and pond. Every time I go in the store, she is there to assist. Thanks Katy!!!

Super friendly and helpful staff! We recently adopted a five year old dog who is awful on a leash. We brought him into the store and the employee helped size him for a harness and even gave us tricks and tips for helping to control his pulling.
