I've bought Meijer meat too many times now that's gone bad. Usually, I can tell and pitch or return it, but a few days ago, I got very sick after eating their chicken with an expiry date 3 days into the future.A lot of items "on sale" ring up as regular prices at check-out, so if I'm not diligent, Meijer gets more of my money every time. Most recently they offered Buy 2 get 1 free pasta and we bought 6. Once home, I realized I paid full price for all 6 when I should've been given 2 free. Mushrooms were on sale, so I bought 2, but then they rang up full price at check-out. If it happened occasionally it would be understandable, but it's generally 1-3 items every visit.Also, this is an example of their highest quality lunch meat, Dietz & Watson at $10.99/lb. There's no reason to provide this end piece to customers; we toss it.

I am probably at this meijers at least three times a week For groceries and other household, essentials never have I been harassed by a worker to make sure I scan all my items until today. I was harassed by a woman in check out doesn’t speak very well. English harassing me about a thing of chocolate covered bananas that I left out because I was going to eat, she asked my receipt when I know she sat there and watched me I’m such a frequent person at that story that they know who I am because of my children Meijers do better about hiring friendly employees

Opens early, closes late. I never run into any issues with finding things. The store is clean. The lines move quickly. The quick self checkout area is helpful. Always greeted hello. Always sent off with a. Have a good day. Food qualities pretty decent. I don't have to worry about not finding a food item. Pretty much has everything you would want. Pretty much a good experience with not much of a wait time

Clean store with friendly helpful associates. Has self checkout and checkout with cashiers. Overall it's a great store with grocery and a large selection of general merchandise. You have to be careful with the freshness of the produce, specifically the berries. We've also had issues with buying fish and having it go bad the next day, happened more than once.

This is a nice location. It is clean. The staff is nice and helpful! They have a great produce and meat section. They have a great pet section and even have live fish (most grocery stories do not). The store is well organized.

I understand looking at a receipt even though I find it insulting and that’s why I don’t shop at Walmart but to have food destroyed and boots thrown on floor by employee when a receipt with all items in a bag is unacceptable. On top of the fact the employee spoke zero English so rude hand gestures is what he used to get points across. I will never shop at the easy broad street store again.

For some reason, this Meijer is home to the rudest staff possible.It doesn't take much to be a quality customer service employee. Little things like "trying your best", simply responding when someone greets you, or I don't know...NOT carelessly tossing purchased merchandise into the bag while ignoring the customer, go a long way.To top it off, trying to reach a member of management to have the situation addressed, results in those on the receiving end claiming you're "breaking up". Well, I never get those complaints from others I've called, and I'm not driving through a tunnel, so maybe address your landline comm issues, and quit dodging customers trying to provide valuable feedback that would help keep your store out of the red.

Great store always talk to everyone who works there. Very friendly and always have a good lough with all of them from produce to the meat department and the cheese and dry goods. The only down fall is the fact it's no longer open 24hrs.

Meijer has little higher standards (and prices:) when it comes to supermarkets. I like the larger size of the store, wide variety of products. I always go to them when I am cooking Chinese fried rice at home. They have the fresh bean sprouts.What I don't think is up to standards is their pharmacy. I have to make multiple rounds every month to refill all my prescriptions. Almost every month they're out of one or two meds and they tell me when I go there to get them.

I have been shopping at this location for over 5 years now. Was never disappointed. It is always clean and the staff here are super friendly. I pretty much find sales every week. Sometimes you need to keep an eye for weekly sales. You get an amazing deal. The restrooms are alright. Despite COVID, well maintained store..sundays are usually super busy. If you plan on shopping, I would highly recommend any weekday or on Saturday to avoid huge crowd. I really love the tropical fruits here. They always keep good varieties.

I had a very horrible experience at MeijerI have a service dog that I have to take with me. As soon as I walked into the store , a worker told me I had yo leave bc I couldn't bring my service dog into the store. My dog wears a harness that says service dog .I told her that she was incorrect, that it's against the law to tell someone who had a service dog that they cannot bring it in.I grabbed a cart and proceeded into thr store to grab the few groceries I needed.During this time I was harassed by 2 more employees, one being a store manager, who literally followed me like a creep . So I finally turned around and asked him why he was following me to which he asked if I had proof that my dog was a service dog. I told him Of course I do, but it's a violation.Under Title III of the ADA, a place of public accommodation cannot require a person with a service animal to produce documentation, such as medical documentation or proof that the animal has been certified, trained or licensed as a service animal. It also cannot inquire about the nature or extent of a person's disability.I told him how embarrassing it is to be harassed by 3 store employees in less than 20 minutes of being there. That my emotional health was being compromised .I have gotten an attorney because this matter needs to be taken seriously. People like me should not be harassed and treated like anyone else. Discriminate is no ok.

Much cleaner than just about any Kroger I have been to in columbus. They seem to take pride in the presentation of their produce as well. The staff has not been as friendly but it just depends on who you speak to. Overall good experience

The store has been poorly mismanaged over the last 2-3 years. The stock is constantly low on basic items.. the meat is under stocked… produce is sub par.. if you are shopping at this meijers then there is about an 85% chance you will have to go elsewhere to get things they are sold out of. We have made numerous complaints and are just presented with excuses even though other grocery stores in the area are stocked fine… even other meijers… I would say shop elsewhere and not this meijers.

I just spent $120 on barely any groceries for my son's 4th birthday party. I checked out and took my son over to ride Sandy. I realized I didn't have enough quarters for the coin machine for him to pick out a little treat, so I went to CUSTOMER SERVICE with my $5 bill to get quarters. The customer service was extremely disorganized, tons of workers just standing around, and I'm waiting there to be helped. I finally went up to ask for change for my son to get something out of the quarter machine, and was immediately turned down and told they won't open the register unless I buy something. I did buy something!!!!! $120 worth of things! And I'm trying to buy something else with the quarters!! Unreal. The Canal Winchester Meijer always gives me change with no problem. Terrible customer service, and it was very disappointing. And of course, I then had to explain to a crying toddler that we couldn't get any quarters at this Meijer's customer service desk.

Nicer then Walmart, but similar type of store. Their clothes and shoes are better quality, and the employees don’t seem to hate life as much as Walmart’s do and are more knowledgeable. They have a great produce section.

Dirty. Management is enept and too lazy to run the store. Day shift manager actively ignores guests. Bathrooms are dirty, broken, and not stocked. Customer service department is disheveled and looks unwelcoming. This store looks like a dollar general and clearly is run like one. Do better Meijer.

Are y’all crazy? Taylor Port, 750ml is 7 to 8.99 EVERYWHERE! But at your location it is 13.49?! What? The CEO isn’t already rich enough, while those who actually make the store run are paid PENNIES?! Price gouging SHAME! Wow. That is INSANE!

Went through the drive thru pharmacy and was reprimanded, because I didn't let her know that I was picking up for two people and not just one person at the beginning. Very unprofessional with her tone and attitude.

Decent layout, do not appreciate that I shop at Canal Winchester store as well and they will not honor coupons issued from the same chain. They have also been working hard of late to manipulate their discount offers to appear better than the normal prices, at least Wal-Mart doesn't look to confuse customers into buying something.

Very nice, clean store. I went for a special ketchup that only Meijers carries in this area. Bought much more due to items I saw and needed that were priced very competitively.
