Good service , I searched for a hardware and found one. Went to the checkout and asked if this is right one to use for my issue at home with wooden kitchen cabinet. The lady over the checkout patiently told, this will easily pop out and recommended to find something else. She asked customer assistance at aisle 18 and sent a person to help out. They came and shared the right screw to fit in based on my issue I showed via phone picture and a screw sample. Happy shopping and good big layout of Christmas products put out early on September itself 😇

I would suggest shopping at Home Depot if you want someone knowledgeable to help you. Lowe's associates at thisstore are poorly trained and less then eager to offer assistance. Cashiers just seem be going through the motions, the one we had today clearly didn't want to be there.

It took, after my first call to this Lowe's, where I was on the aisle and SITTING in front of the item I wanted, 31 Minutes. 17 minutes after I called from inside this store for me to walk up to Customer Service only to be ignored. I waved down a young man, explained that I could not reach the item because it was on a shelf taller than me. He knew exactly where it was (garden folding wagon), got it into my cart. Before this occurred I was prepared to leave and swore to never go back to a Lowe's. You should be grateful that the young man in customer service and the young lady who wrung up all my purchases were so very nice. The young woman who answered the phone after 14 MINUTES, then made the announcement that a customer was waiting in aisle 28 left me on hold for another 14 minutes. Lowe's: you're joking if you call this customer service. Your automated phone service is also a joke.

Last three visits (only visits) to Reynoldsburg location, not one associate offered to help me. Example; I was trying to load a vanity on a cart, three associates stood only 15 feet away and never offered to help. Recent visit I could not find a lumber cart, I asked an associate where they were, he said outside at the far end of the store. Why not bring some inside, especially when it was raining? If you need a shopping cart, better get it before you go in the store, can’t get back out of the doors to get a cart. Store is poorly managed! Manager has to get out of the office and walk the store!

Bottom line, this business sucks!I personally witnessed a customer being sent from the service desk to the self serve register 3 times just to purchase a gallon of paint.While trying to return stepping stones and e bags of paving sand, with the receipts it took us more than 30 minutes and a complete run around because the associate that rang them up last weekend scanned the wrong barcode and charged us for the wrong stones causing the receipt to not match. Same price, only a different color.The CSR was rude and less than competent to to perform her job.Later while attempting to make additional purchases, forced to use self serve scanners because all normal registers were shut down, nearly every open register had issues where the attempts to scan items wouldn't work.9 registers and only 1 CSR to assist at all of these registers.I will probably continue to use this store, but only for convenience.Otherwise, I strongly recommend that if you don't absolutely need to use this particular location, go elsewhere.Best of Luck

I was helped but not annoyed by a younger guy who even gave me an idea that helped alot and then he left me alone. Used self checkout and lowes self check isnt glitchy like kroger. They dont have alot of clearance or cleaning supplies like other lowes

The appliance delivery team and overall customer service experience was trash. I had ordered a fridge and gave the dimensions to the salesperson. I was assured that the fridge I ordered would fit easily into my 2nd floor apartment. When it came time to deliver the fridge, the delivery team (a 3rd party) said they aren't able to deliver items to the 2nd floor as "policy" and that it's not their policy to remove fridge doors to gain access into entryways (although this is commonly done). I returned the fridge and went with a competitor, who installed my fridge without complaint. Getting the refund on the returned fridge and especially on the 3 year warranty associated with the fridge was a huge hassle. I was redirected to the warehouse delivery number, the customer service number, the warranty number, etc all of whom deflected on who was responsible to properly refund my money. Would highly discourage shopping for appliances at Lowe's, especially at this location.

Came in to buy Ego weed trimmer and hedge trimmer. Sat there for 20mins no help. Approached an employee in another section after not finding anyone in that section and they said they'd go find someone to unlock merchandise. 15 mins goes by and nothing. Had to leave after my 2 year old finally ran out of patience. Very aggravating.

I had recently purchased several items and needed assistance regarding product and installation options. When I arrived in the store, I asked an associate for assistance and was told that someone would be with me shortly. I waited for over an hour, but no one ever came to help me despite asking several times. As a result, I had to leave having spent a lot of money with no assistance whatsoever. This is a common experience in your store and after the completion of this project I will never return!

Id give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a fence from lowes and for them to contract and build it. I guess the guy who did the measurements based off the survey I provided from the company that built my home didn't read them right and some of my fence was built on my neighbor property. I was unaware due to lowes selling the fact that they take care of everything as well as the permits. 2 years later the city informs me of their property audits. Lowes now tells me it's my fault and the city fault that they built the fence on my neighbors property and I have to buy supplies and pay to get it fix. Although lowes never got the permit inspected or approved by the city like they said they were going to do two years ago. IM WARNING YOU ALL STAY AWAY FROM THE CONTRACTORS DEPARTMENT. Sadly there are several homes in my development in pataskala with the SAME PROBLEM. Lowes has lost a loyal customer. Cutting up my credit card and won't buy a single thing from them. I'll make the drive to Home Depot or Menards.

I went with my mom she went to get a key made of this product called The Club ( for those of you who grew up in the 90's if you know, you know🤣 also use Google if you didn't) Anyway Lowes doesn't carry that particular key cause it's and unusual one so at least they were honest and to be fair they key is weirdly shaped.

Service was on point. BlackFriday, super busy!! and stressful needing to go on black friday to get 2x4s for work, I was dreading it to be honest. Manager was nice and asked if i needed help. Ashely helped me at the register and was incredibly calm and patient which helped make this experience more pleasant than I would expected walking into the chaos. She was the kindest human I've ever encountered while shopping, and on black Friday none the less, I could imagine her day was even more stressful than mine. Very attentive and helped sign up for a pro credit card. I forgot an item at the store and Ashley even went back to the pro desk to find my number to call and let me know that I forgot my special screws that they don't sell at my local hardware store. I was very impressed, the amount of times I've forgot something at a store I have never had someone go above and beyond and call to let me know!! Much appreciated!! By far the best service at a supply store I have ever experienced %110 someone even offered to help load the wood in my truck!! Even though the were busy there

There are 100 people in line and one register open. This is why Menards is much better. No reason for this.Unacceptable !!Don't see the store manager come by and thank people for waiting... Nothing .

Do not purchase any appliances for installation unless your willing to wait forever. We purchased a dishwasher in March for installation. After many phone calls with more excuses than a teenager who has an attitude no dishwasher. The excuses included it was coming from Germany, it was in the store in the back, we will have someone call you back, because every time the system must be down, multiple times on hold the longest being 20 minutes and transferred around the store, no dishwasher 3 1/2 weeks later!!! I finally just gave up and cancelled the order and got a refund. I will never purchase anything of any value again from this store. I’ll stick to flowers that I can bring home with me.

Customer decides to come into the Garden Center to buy 4 bags of Mulch at 7:50pm. Quick in and out. Enter the GC at 7:50, load up 4 bags, arrive at checkout at 7:53 only to find they closed the gates early. Poor customer service. Very disappointing.

No question the best Lowe's experience I have had in my life since Lowe's has come into existence. I was welcomed when I got into the store and I had some very specific issues I needed to tackle today. The association in every single department I hit went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with issues including replacing the head on my ego trimmer which had become impossible to remove, dealing with a basement level laundry vent that was leaking water, and replacing a valve connection on a dehumidifier. They helped me with practical solutions for everything and walked with me to get what I needed, providing explanations on what I needed to do when I got home. Even got an offer to help bag my items at self-checkout. I am overwhelmed with how wonderful my experience was at this store today. I do have a choice of which home improvement store I would go to and several Lowe's that are relatively equidistant from my house. I would not hesitate to go to this one even if it was out of the way. Lucky for me it is the closest to my house because it happens to be the best.Great job!!! Thank you!!!

Absolutely garbage experience and help. Ordered a washer and dryer with Dec 3rd delivery as they sold too many on Black Friday week. Delayed a few times as they had sold same product to others, which is fine. They had the machines but because we had ordered a cord that they had to get, that they said we needed, they delayed delivery again. Cord came in, which we didn’t need. They finally delivered. The install? They just put the machines up in the laundry room, said ‘we can’t connect this’ and left. No help. Awful service!

I went into the store today and told someone I was there for an interview. A lady sent me to customer service and I was told that it was supposed to be rescheduled for the third time. The dude that should've been interviewing me is on lunch when I came in for the interview. I was then told that there was a request sent to me for a reschedule. I never got anything. At customer service I was given HR's number to reschedule it again. I'm not rescheduling or coming to the store again. It's ridiculous that they are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They can't maintain communication. I'd give the rating a 0 if it was possible.

Came to Lowe's to pick up some materials to build some stairs for my pool. Got all the hardware, had all the boards loaded up only to find out that their saw is allegedly broken. Pretty weak lowe's, pretty weak. Guess I'll try Home Depot. Do not recommend Reynoldsburg Lowes

I enjoy shopping in Lowe's outdoor garden section. I can always find marked-down flowers, shrubs, etc...but it's almost impossible to locate a store representative when I need help! As someone who shops at Menards, Lowe's, and Home Depot...Lowe's is the most affordable but customer service is lacking! Home Depot customer service is amazing but store prices are noticeably higher! Lastly, the whole rebate thing at Menards is annoying! The quality of their products is questionable.
