They allow non-service animals in the store. Management and security did nothing as the dog lunged at a small child, causing him to run from his parents. Other customers were petting the animal and then handling items in the store. Very unhygienic. I’ll be shopping elsewhere

I've used Kroger's grocery pick up for the last 4 years since COVID started And I absolutely love it. But the best part is working with Katie Jo back in grocery pickup. That lady is a ray of sunshine everyday, she knows who I am, She greets me every time, And her customer service skills are impeccable!!! She deserves a raise immediately. People like Katie Jo are not only the best part of Kroger's, but the best part of the world!

This location for the first time I've experienced with Krogers, no carts ALL over the parking lot. Employees actually ask if you need assistance. From few employees at that. The shopping layout needs to be improve is my only con. Peace!

Done with all Kroger. This location has declined rapidly. Shopping carts are rickety and always need fetched out of the parking lot. Meat quality has been sketchy, so we go elsewhere. Today, I witnessed an employee use the restroom without washing their hands.

Went in on the 12th of December , got my 80 dollars worth of dog food and a few minor items , the security guard followed me and watched me scan everything then asked my for my receipt… I told him no , then he tried to put his hands on me and make me stop …. I shoved him which caused the officer in the building to come look at my receipt , end result it was proven that I paid for everything … the point Is I was targeted by the security officer because of my race and No the security guard was not white he was a man of color that is not American ….. so they are trying to ban me and this is the Kroger I have been going to for three years without any issues until now… i am upset and offended by the manager there as well as he tried to make it sound good , even after seeing that everything was paid for…. I will be contacting a lawyer here soon….

Disregard 98% of old reviews as they’re all based off a 40yr old store down the street. This location replaced it.Great new store! Good lighting, wide ailes and great selections over many other Krogers.Love the quick meals, brilliant idea to have at grocery store VS spending double with online retailers who specialize in that market.Click-list pickup opens over the weekend, I do like how it's on the West side of the building and out of the way.Starbucks needs some help, I waited forever for my tea all to find out they were letting it steep then tossed the tea bags out. Handed it to me and the water was lukewarm at best.

Just tried to put air in my tires. It’s a little frustrating when the machine doesn’t work but it will still take your money. But I think what is more irritating is when you go to the attendant, and they act as if they are annoyed because you brought it to their attention. She even seemed unwilling to put a sign on it that says it’s not working. It was not a whole lot of fun.It’s a sign of the times when that happens more often than not.

I sent my son to get dog food he spent $80 on dog food and a few foods hold items ... as he was checking out a security guard came and watched him ... then decided to harass him about his receipt ... he told the security guard no.. then the security guard tried to put his hands on him to stop him ... he got shoved , the police came and they verified that everything was paid for .. but they still banned him as though he stole something ... and that security guard should have never touched him... we have been shopping there since they opened this location as well.... and the point is my biracial son was targeted...

I frequent this store and have since it opened. Normally I don't leave poor reviews, but today is different. I had surgery and am not able to walk long distances for the time being. Today we pulled in and I saw that one of the entrances is completely closed now. It says they are turning it into an emergency exit. I'm sorry, but there's no amount of shoplifting that could possibly have been happening here that merits this outrageous reaction from this corporation. They have absolutely no regard to anyone that is an honest customer with this change. And now here I am sitting in my car in front of the closed entrance in a handicap spot. This is no longer an actual handicap spot. I'm not able to go in with my family because of this. Shame on you Kroger. If you can't get yourself together, I'm going to just start shopping exclusively at Walmart.

WHAT is GOING on with The new KROGER'S EAST MAIN & ROSE HILL!!I'm a resident of Reynoldsburg & had gone to the old Kroger's & now the new one! Every thing was fab! (UNTIL they have PERMANENTLY ?? Locked the entrance by the Pharmacy!! WTH!! NONE of the other KROGERS has done this!!I get there was theift!But,OMG this is such an issue & inconvenience for people!! Especially if your handicap!Now there is no place to park except for the one side unless you want to walk which I don't mind but it's still an inconvenience!! Why not get too security guards calling corporate office to see if this can be done spoke to the manager Tim He said the door will be closed permanently I don't understand how that's even legal?

You close the west doors to slow down theft, yet you allow the local scurge to walk out the open door with full carts of stolen goods...Probably the same management that allows the west self check-out to be closed with 20 people in line for the east self check-out...Come on Kroger.... DO BETTER!

Battery gocart found in pkg lot (found 2 others out there too). Grateful it worked. If ur not familiar with this particular store(which I am not), pretty difficult to find items like ShakeNBake, etc. Otherwise, visit was alright.

I just would like to know what was the point of building a brand new Kroger with two entrances just to have one permanently closed. It’s very inconvenient and just stupid to be honest. Plus the entrance that is closed is the one that is closest to the pharmacy. Makes no sense whatsoever

JOANN “without an E” in the pharmacy was absolutely entirely RUDE when I called to check on a prescription. Customer service is definitely not something she is good at what so ever. She would be better at scrubbing toilets and not interacting with any customers. No questions asked I will be transferring all of my prescriptions out of there.Btw since some of your calls are recorded for training purposes you should really consider pulling the transcript from our call that way your new employees are taught how NOT to treat your customers in customer service.I truly hope you get this issue resolved sooner then later. Thank you!

This place continues to go downhill daily. Entrance shut down, few carts outside, no cats inside... not busy... empty shelves, lack of help. Online order shoppers with ear buds in, blocking aisles with their carts, barging in front of people to hit their pick rate.... in store shoppers be darned.

The 850 s. Hamilton store recently remodeled, made the appearance look better but did not improve service, the pharmacy has to be the worst place in Columbus to get you're prescription filled, I myself have stood in line over half an hour waiting to find out if medicine was ready, because they won't answer the phone to find out, I watched the workers not even pick the phone up just pick the handset up enough to click it off, this would be the best place for an under cover boss to see how piss poor service is at this location

Carts are horrible, smells like fish, trash all over the parking lot, broken down cars in the parking lot. It was nice when it opened but you can’t open up nice things around the 15 percent of the population things always go down hill. It only took a few years for this place to go from brand new to this.ANOTHER REVIEW: just went up for something and they didn’t have it even though they are advertising it.

Even when they're not busy, they often have no carts. There are usually a few with locked up wheels and often nothing else. At least they always have plenty of hand baskets but they're not in the most obvious place so it is common to see people walking around carrying things loose.

This has to be one of the worst Krogers. We had to not only wait in line for almost 25 minutes,but also had to bag our own groceries while 4 employee were standing there talking. The cashier wouldn't even help when done scanning our groceries he just stood there looking at me. The employees are very rude and extremely lazy.
