I stop in the morning for breakfast supplies on my way to work. Jay is the best. Hands down. I can walk in grumpy and sleepy ready to get to work and Bam the nicest guy pops up with a smile bags my self checkout items and says good morning. Changed the trajectory of my entire day more times than I can count. This world needs more Jays.The store is always a little dirty outside but I'm pretty sure that's the customers fault. Please stop throwing your trash in the parking lot and pretending Kroger needs to clean up after grown-ups that don't know how to stop eating food before they get to their cars. Self control. Self responsibility. Stop assuming the 15 year old pushing carts for his very first job deserves to clean up your trash from the parking lot. Ridiculous 🤣

I just want to say how grateful I am for Alex the pharmacist. He went over my medication and informed me of long-term side effects that my own Dr did not discuss with me. Also, I did not know my Dr had upped my dosage, so thank goodness he made me aware. I would of never even known and could have caused other side effects as well. It's nice to know there are still people out there who care about their patients/ customers. He was very friendly as well and took the time to answer any questions or concerns. Thank you again Alex

At 9:45 am on Dec 1 I needed some quick help at customer service. There was no one there as usual so I asked Tim with the yellow hair to please help me. Only two people in self checkout. He said the person working at customer service was on break and would be back in 20 mins. Poor customer service!!!! I walked down to the other younger self checkout guy that was really busy and he took care of me in 30 seconds. If Tim doesn’t like doing his job, he should find another one!!!

I switched my husband's prescription to this store because I was sick of Walmart. This has proven to be a huge mistake. The system sends messages about things being done that aren't. I,ve had a variety of issues for the last 3 months. The lady at the window rolls her eyes and does not like to be told they've made a mistake. Quick to say it wasn't me. You are the Kroger rep I'm dealing with ma'am!

Your store has gone down hill fast. You should get out of the online pickup service. You send text saying order is ready and when get there you come out and say it isn't. Are you kidding me? This has happened several times at rosehill Rd store and today at East broad. Your customer service sucks. Walmart is much better.

Maddy was not friendly or welcoming today. Too concerned with her phone and made my brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso entirely wrong. It was extremely obvious by the color but she couldn’t care less and went right back to her phone. It wasn’t even worth asking to be remade so in the trash it went. Waste of money unfortunately.

No assistance at the self check out, and you wait and wait for assistance. This location on a Saturday before Easter should be fully staffed. I do not experience this at other locations.

I love Kroger however Tim at u scan is an arrogant jersey. He's been there 40 years and thinks he owns the place. I do everything in my power to avoid his line. He always thinks you or someone is stealing and makes a show of it. He is an embarrassment to himself and the company. Taylor and Main st. Is the location and days at u scan is where Tim will be. 40 years is a long time with one company so that's good but he only made it to cashier in all that time. I love the free pick up it keeps me from impulse buying and it's quite convenient.

This place is garbage now, 1 lane open and a couple self checkouts everytime I go..They are more concerned about pickup orders than people who actually shop there..Also every 10 seconds the speakers say everyone should wear a mask? Stupid I don't ever wear one neither should you.Very disappointed

Literally today 4/30/2024 - you have a guy with 2 kids at the door begging for money- it's the same ones out on the street off 256 all the time - please krogers clear them out of the front door!

Pick up the trash around the entrance of the store and maybe hire more people and get rid of the self checkouts and you wouldn’t have to close one of the entrances because of thefts. This Kroger use to be nice. It has gone down hill. Sad people and businesses can’t take pride in themselves anymore. Lazy!!!

I don’t tend to do this but customer service was non-existent tonight. I called twice trying to find out how much a medication was going to be and whoever answer the phone was not in the mood. She was very rude and short. Unfortunately I never got my answer and was told to just call tomorrow.

It's nice to see good staff nowadays.They allowed me to leave my cash with them one night when storms were knocking out their machines.My wife just had surgery and I HAD to get gauze to her. I was expecting the typical programmed robot response you tend to get nowadays.Instead I reasoned with the guy, left my money, told them to keep the $0.22 in change, and left in all the mayhem because he was smart enough to see that was fair.There have been many positive encounters like this here.

Manager called me to come pick up my order early I agreed. But the time hadn’t been updated in the app so I couldn’t check in. call the customer service no answer called again no answer call the pick up line they said hold on and hung up on me. Had to go inside. Manager was nowhere to be found. Finally someone direct me to the pick up area and then I was finally able to retrieve my groceries. I’m new to the area trying to find another good Kroger, other than the one in Gahanna no luck

Catered my sons grad party from this Kroger and they did and amazing job. The fruit and veggie trays were fresh. Sandwich wrap and cheese trays were awesome. Cupcakes were light and fluffy and adorably decorated. Excellent service. Great value for the price. 100% recommend.

Kroger saved the day! I needed 10 balloons blown up and nobody in town would do it for me. I called this Kroger and they were so helpful and nice. When I arrived a young lady by the name of Tegan was so sweet and assisted me quickly and got my balloons blown up for my daughters birthday party that day! Y’all have a great employee! Definitely the place to go for floral or party needs! Thanks Tegan!! 🏻

Thankfully there are other options in the area, because this place has gone massively downhill recently. We were there on a Saturday afternoon. *1* regular lane open and *1* bank of self-checkouts. I get that the workers that are there are working hard (and we appreciate them), but something needs fixed at the management level to bring in new people. There's no sense in coming here to spend an extra 20 minutes in line when there are better options 5 minutes away.

I have been shopping here for years. What I don't like now is sel checkout. A checkout with a person is barely available. I usually shop for the week and with that many items. It's inconvenient to self scan and fit items on the bagging area and system keep barking at you that put the item back.Overall it's just not what I like to do.Other than that it is still my favorite place to shop

I absolutely love this Kroger! Living extremely close makes it very convenient! The staff in all over the building is absolutely amazing!However, the new Click List feature is... beyond Wonderful!I had mad a Click List on 11/18 and got some things I needed for dinner and a few extra things that I just needed/wanted. The following day (11/19) I realized I needed a few more things... went on the website at work, clicked what I needed, and I accidentally selected the times between 6p-7p, I called and the gentlemen that was working said no problem, to call upon arrival! I pulled up and there were already a few cars waiting... without hesitation the busy gentlemen came out, each day my Click List was 100% filled without any Substitutions!I also have a camper and so does my family, during spring and summer we travel to this location just because we know the staff and the inside of our Kroger! Thanks for making our visits so amazing!

I love this store. They truly redeemed the pickup service. I was on the edge of just leaving Kroger overall because of how rude the Main Reynoldsburg and Broad Reynoldsburg stores were. I had so many issues and the managers at the other stores were either rude or seemed to just not care. This store was my last chance for Kroger. I use the Pickup to stay on budget and it is an important service for me.The Manage, Jennifer, at this store is so kind, listened to my experience, apologized for the other stores, and seemed to actually care. She assured me that the Main and Taylor store would work with me to resolve issues and they have. It is worth the extra miles to reach this store.I have never had an issue and if there is a concern they are always willing to listen. Thank you!

I used to love Kroger. The one at Taylor and Main is junky, often does not have what I need, is overpriced (Kroger in general), and not well run. I refer to it as "the bad Kroger".

Not sure why there is constantly a lack of cashiers. If you expect everyone to self check out, give us a discount since at that point we're doing your employees jobs. Employees managing self checkout are varying degrees of helpful, one guy gets into conversations with customers about his leisure time and ignores folks who need assistance with coupons and otherwise.Bring your customer service up to speed!
