I had the pleasure of taking my puppy Yorkie there for his first cut. She did an excellent job on him. She was extra careful and even taught me how to properly comb and brush my dog. My dog looks amazing and a whole new dog. Thank you again!!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! If I could leave -10 stars, I would. Such a disappointment. My dog had been going to doggy styles for about 2.5 years with no problem; however, this last time I took him, it ended with him having a severed ear and having to be taken to the vet(without my knowledge). The groomer accidentally cut my dogs ear with the razors during his trim and the cut was SO bad that she had to take him to the vet. On top of that, she never thought once to call me to let me know what had happened. I only found out hours later when I went to go pick him up. You do not accidentally cut a dogs ear, let them bleed for an hour straight(what she told me when I picked him up) and take them to the vet and NEVER call the owner to let them know what has happened! On top of that, she still charged me for the service. Very horrible customer service! If you love your dog, do not take them to Doggy Styles!UPDATE: The owner of Doggy Styles has reached out to me asking that I remove the review because customers are asking about it. The review is the truth of what happened and will not be removed. People seeking her services should know the negligent actions she takes when accidentally injuring people’s pets that they trust in her care.

Ringo has been going to Nicki for 6 year now. He looks forward to seeing her. When we get there he can hardly wait to see her. She does an excellent job on his grooming. She really cares about her animals and shows it when she sees them.

I am a returning costumer after almost 15 years +. Nikki was always patient in grooming my families toy poodle's hair Sophia Loren. She even allowed us to bring in our own ribbon to make bows out of them for Sophia's ears. I cannot believe Nikki is still grooming. I am returning again with her newest stylist Sarah M. and cannot wait.

We've taken our dog here twice and we'll be regulars now. Our pooch looked great both times and he smelled great. The effects seem to last a while too. Which is a relief. The owner is very sweet and you can tell she has a lot of patience with the dogs.

Recently relocated to Columbus area and needed a groomer for my Schauzzer. I consider myself fortunate that I choose Doggy Styles. The owner/groomer is very friendly and does an excellent job. She cares about the quality of her work and cares about your fur baby! If your dog needs some beauty TLC this is the place.

I have had two of my dogs groomed at Doggy Styles and it's a wonderful place to take them. They love animals and will take good care of your fur baby when they are there. They also do cats as well although I've not had experience with that because I am a dog person. But, I would highly recommend the place to take your fur baby.. They are very professional in grooming and the best place ever to go to.

If there was a zero rating, that’s what I would give. SUPER unprofessional. SUPER RUDE! I will NEVER bring my dog there again. If the owner treats her clients like that I can’t imagine how she treats your dog. Her son texted my husband to tell us his mom forgot her phone at home. We had no idea who it even was until we called the number that texted us. That’s when we realized our poor dog had been in the cage for 5 hours without them even starting on him bc she had asked us to text her pictures of styles we wanted for him. Smh. What a mess. Save your money and take your business somewhere that will appreciate it.

Today was my first visit to doggy styles. I took my fur baby Laila for shampoo cut and style. The owner Is wonderful !! The energy in her shop is upbeat you can feel how much she loves and cares about animals. all of the fur babies were happy and excited to be there. Laila walked right in like she knew her already. When I arrived to pick Laila up she looked amazing she was happy and wagging her tail off. I would definitely go back and recommend doggy styles to friends and family❤️

First off, we have what I would call a "special needs" dog when it comes to grooming. Our 100+ lb Neapolitan Mastiff has had a rough life prior to her rescue, so she can't be crated, hates loud noises like a dryer, and is skittish when getting her nails cut. The ladies at Doggy Styles groomed our Dixie in stride even with her difficulties. If they were every annoyed by it, they never showed it and treated her warmly and did an excellent over all job. I feel safe in saying we'll make a return trip there in the future especially after have terrible experience with a few OTHER groomers in Reynoldsburg.Nikki, the owner, treated her so well and we can't put a price on that. So grateful to have a groomer like her in Reynoldsburg.

Had taken my dog to Doggy Styles twice and was happy with their work and prices, even though they use very confusing lingo to describe haircuts.When I called to schedule my third appointment, Nikki (the owner) was rude and short with me. Both of the other times I called and got same day appointments with no problem.Here was the phone conversation today:Nikki:"Hi this is Nikki"Me: "Hi Nikki, I was wondering if you had any open appointments for today?"Nikki: "Ma'am, it's late in the day and the only place you'll get in is Petsmart" (with a snarky attitude)*awkward silence*Me: "... Ok, thanks"I was ready to schedule an appointment for later in the week, but after that unprofessional response from THE OWNER, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
