What in the hell type of fast food place is closed at 8pm at night? This place is a joke. When you get a sandwich the meat is usually cold and stiff and blackened from sitting on the warmer, you never get a fresh burger, the fries are always cold, amd the burger is slipped together with sauce and mustard all over the wrapper and the bun, and they are always closed every time I try getting food from there.If this place actually stayed open once in a while, they would obviously make far better business.

This place sucks. How is it this day charges for pup cones but yet no other dq charges for pup cones. Not only that they crumble up dog treats an put into the (dog Sundays)? Since when does dairy queen sale dog treats?? This is a scam an b.s to charge for pup cones when no other location does. Yal really just want w.e money u can get them stay open year around not just spring an summer an ud make more money. But to charge ppl for pup cones that's not even cool u should let everyone know what kind of dog treats u put n the ice cream because some dogs like my service animals do not eat dog treats an will get sick!! Shame on you dairy queen

The food is usually good, fair. I went through the Drive Thru today 12-29, arouns 12pm, to order and your worker, let's just say makes proud the rude drive thru worker stereotype.I have a dashcam so I have the interaction recorded.Here's the transcript, all of this is monotone from her:I pull up.Her: What do you want?Me: Uhh... Chicken Strip and Fry basketHer: *inaudible* gravy *inaudible*Me: Uhh.... yeah?Her: GRAVY OR SAUCE.Me: Ya, uh, yes white gravy.Her: Anything else?Me: White Mocha ShakeHer: Don't have that.Me: Oh, okay guess that will be all...Her: Pull up to the window.Me: *in my head* I'm not paying DQ to be rude to me. So I leave and drive to local grocery store and i buy chicken there.Train your workers how to treat their customers like humans, and not the cars we look like we are.

My friend and and I stopped to have a late lunch. He wanted a chili-dog and I had ordered a Hot-Chocolate flavored Blizzard. We enjoyed our lunch. The prices are more on the expensive side, but the food is good and the single-user bathroom was clean!

I am not one to normally complain when it's busy since I have worked in fast food and fast paced places. However, when one team member looks like they are scrambling trying to get things done it's probably time for a fellow employee to help. I watched half of my order be bagged and sit while the rest of my order sat waiting to be bagged. Easily 10 minutes went by and others were also waiting. I normally have no issues with this location but I understand with the nice weather business for ice cream treats is up today. Today's experience will not keep me from coming back, but rather I am hoping it will be a learning experience for the staff.

I frequently stop at this DQ and I have always had great service with a smile! Sometimes I’ve gone through and the line was pretty long at the drive through and it’s wasn’t a long wait. I have gotten hotdogs, burgers, chicken strip baskets, ice cream, shakes and banana splits. All have been delicious and spot on. I almost ALWAYS have special requests and they have always gotten it right! Props to the manager/owner and staff!

Most of the time when I come my blizzard isn’t close to being full. Last time we came I ordered a large Reese’s pieces cookie dough blizzard for me and my daughter to share. About 4 bites had Reese’s pieces in it and there wasn’t a single drop of cookie dough. I would have been better off ordering a quart of vanilla soft serve because it would have been more ice cream and cheaper and that’s pretty much what I got.

This is the first Dairy Queen I went to that they handed me a hot fudge sundae 🤦‍♀️ I had to ask you don't put whipcream and nuts. They said they don't and made a issue about it when I asked.

I use this dairy queen a lot. Food is always good. The only complaint I have is the size of their ice cream treats. Especially the cones. You never know what you're going to get. Last trip I ordered 2 large cones and had to question if they made a mistake on size and it was half melted. $6.00 isn't cheap for 2 cones but I'll pay the price for a fair serving. Come on, dish out some ice cream.

Orders 5 dollar lunch meal started to pull of they forgot my fries, had to walk in they gave me new fries get back in car fries are cold then I noticed I didn't get a drink either went back in said fries u just gave are cold and I didn't get a drink either! The lady literally tooled her eyes at. There was no sorry for nothing.

Just stopped to grab a "quick" lunch and was in line for 25 minutes. Kinda hard to call yourself a fast food place with a long wait every time. If that wasn't bad enough the $7.00 shrimp basket I ordered was missing the coleslaw and the fries were raw and grease soaked. I called and was told they'll put my name on the list for my coleslaw. How often does this happen that they need a list? I think I'll go to Dairy Jean from now on. The wait will most likely be longer but the food is much better quality at a resonable price. I could have got a lot more food there for $7.00 and it would have been edible.

Waited in line for 10 mins was suppose to get 2 chicken strip baskets. They must of gave us the chicken for there boneless wings and the fries were grease soaked amd barely cooked. Il go else where next time

I never knew there was a Dairy Queen in this location, been passed that area on route 7 a million times. Stopped in one day and was pleasantly surprised. Hey it’s Dairy Queen if you need me to go over the menu, you must’ve just crawled out from under a rock.

This place is disgusting. Not only did I get cold fries and a very sloppy sandwhich but we got a horrible attitude from the cashier throught the drive thru window it was ridiculous and I know my family will never be bk.
