This store is of going down hill. It's always out of everything you came in for. Security non existence. Do not feel safe in the store after 3 pm. Two people that work at the self check out are rude. Also the employee that do the Grocery shopping for customer pick up. Will run you over. You have to dodge out of their way because they can't see over the carts. There way too many , and they're trying to go fast to fill the orders. Also, cars don't think they have to stop when trying to walk across the crossing in front of the store.

Feel harassed and berated every time I go to leave the store here along with many others. No employee should be asking anybody to show their receipts to prove they purchased anything. It's harassment. And it's against people's civil rights unless you are a police officer with a warrant

Do not shop here. A handicapped cart charging directly in front of the entrance/exit. Attitude from the greeter when asked if it could be positioned to NOT block the entrance as it's a safety hazard. The store is always a mess. There's only 2 regular cashiers working at any time I've come in, yet today, 3 different groups of employees just standing around talking to each other in uniform, in the aisles. Will not be returning.

I would like to thank Shayna for going above and beyond with meeting my expectations for customer service/cashiering. She was attentive and very pleasant when I went to her check out line, also carried on a conversation answering questions I had, and made this place a complete turn around with her positive attitude! We need more of her at this location!

Grocery carts were not filled up. Also I want to buy something in the store and the item was a little bit damaged and usually you just take it to customer service and they would reduce the price by at least 10% or 5% which is OK with me. They took the item and said no we have to take it back to collections even though there’s not a single other item of that same item in the store. I guess I’m going to take my business elsewhere today to do my shopping to drive to another township to do my shopping which is going to waste gas money and my time thank you Walmart.

The store is always stocked and clean. Unfortunately, we can visit any more due to the handicap scooters failing all time time. They need to get more and replace the batteries in the ones they have. I had to push my handicap father from the back of the store to the front. Not good Walmart, you're a billions and billions dollar company!!!

The gentleman in auto were super kind to me and were honest about my tires. They didn’t pressure me into purchasing anything extra and gave truthful advise. I really appreciated it. In general this Walmart was pretty cool however to me it seemed the subway closed way to early.

This Walmart is packed with a variety of stuff but they have the worst customer service. Some people working there are extremely rude and ignorant. One time their cashier was making fun of a customer before us who used a WIC or EBT card. We go there only when we can't find the items we want to buy at the other stores and now we only use their self-checkout, which can get long over the weekend.

I had foot surgery a week ago I’m non weight baring…. I went to Walmart today to get a few things I asked the cart pusher if he could get me a electric cart because I just had foot surgery he says oh policy says I can’t they r for instore use and completely walks away has some of the very carts I asked for were going out of the buildings I said sir he’s breaking policy the other employee nearby was like I would of got you one but I’m on lunch ok no big deal I get that…. I manage to get in to a cart I find charging not even a few min later I notice it was dying keep in mind nobody told me it wasn’t done charging I asked an employee in the clothing aisle if they could help me get another one because I can’t walk she shrugged her shoulders and said I can’t we r busy turn it off then on a few times …2 min later it died in the middle of the store so embarrassed I cried and asked for help and employees saw me but went around me I saw a nice woman asked if I was ok she was a manager younger blonde women name started with an s told her what happened needless to say she helped me get the cart to a plug while my daughter payed for our stuff so I could at least charge it enough to get to the car outside I left it right outside for that cart pusher after how he treated. Me …I’ve never felt so humiliated took me years to get the courage to get this surgery I did Walmart shame on you I will never return I will now strictly go to target the lack of customer service was ridiculous

I like that this location has 2 lanes that you can check out yourself, besides the regular self checkouts. I do about 500 a month in groceries and I can check out my own things instead of going to a lane or holding up the regular self checkout lines.

It's just Wally world. Nothing special but still better than the Akron store located on Arlington Rd. Worst one I've been in throughout all the states I've lived in. This Ravenna location had nothing but XXL size women's underwear and thongs. That was my only mishap with this location bc I'm a size Small

Doesn’t Accept Apple Pay. Seriously, It’s 2024. Everyone and their mother accepts Apple Pay. This is incredibly inconvenient, especially for a major corporation.

I order food on line I ordered coffee 27.00 Everthing was left but coffee omg if I was to do that them greedy owners would have me arrested not to mention left a good tip called them and was told they couldn't do anything for but call one 1800 number you didn't have to call a 1800 number for me to buy from you

Where to start. Walmart offers great prices. Online pickup needs improvement. Should be no way you watch people pull in after you but leave before you.Staff posted at the front door (greeters) are doing a much better job of not being so intrusive. But the staff at checkout, now do it. Standing there just watching you. Creepy.

I come in every week for groceries and never had a bad experience! The greeters and cashiers are consistently polite and kind, and it’s easy to find what I need. Great Halloween selection too!

It's one of the cleaner Walmarts I have been to. I can actually find an employee when I need one. Most items are in stock. The employees who have helped me are knowledgeable and if the item isn't in stock we find it on the app.Keep up the great work

Well, I would have to say that my review from a few years ago is still on cue. A typical Walmart. Clean and employees always nice. Only thing, as with all of them, they don't have a checkout open for people who are actually getting groceries early in the morning. And I can't stand a self-checkout, especially when I am getting a full cart of groceries. Well, they still don't have full checkouts early in the morning, but I just go a couple hours later.

Kudos to Nick in the electronics department! He's always working there, starting at 7am in the morning, and has always helped me with all my questions and technical problems concerning cell phones, cell phone accessories; and LCD flat panel tv's! His knowledge and customer service skills are superior, along with his friendly attitude and willingness to help. He's as knowledgeable or more knowledgeable as any ATT retail store customer service rep I've ever dealt with.Whatever he makes, he deserves a big raise!!!

The store seems to be doing okay. Clearance has been kept tidy everyone who I've met with seems happy to be in the store which is nice to hear met with probably 25 employees an opportunity to enjoy the experience of having a nice area to work in also the small half carts are junk do to they don't fit into the bigger carts when in the cart safety parking area. If the time comes an opening I'd like to work at this store.
