So much for a good shopping experience. Went to customer service to get a pick up, and I guess it was a huge inconvenience for the woman with black hair and glasses. I told her what I would like to purchase, she kind of rolled her eyes and stormed off to the merchandise and I noticed there was one that had damaged packaging and told her I would take that one, (I guess she wasn’t in a joking mood)! She said, “ way, that’s not for sale”! “You can go pick one up in the back”. I asked, where? She said,” ya know, the back behind the building”? I said, ohhh, ok. I asked the girl at the register if that was the manager, and she replied no. I told her I wasn’t impressed because she was very,very rude. She apologized a couple different times. Very nice!I went to the back of the building for the pickup and had the same issue. One gentleman was very nice but the other guy , ( again with glasses) was very rude as well, I felt like I was a huge burden I asked the other gentleman if there was a problem with him helping, of course he couldn’t answer, but the guy with the attitude glared at me and proceeded to walk towards us. I then wished them happy holidays and proceeded on. It will be very tough for me to go to this store again. Not impressed in the least!

Glad to have TSC nearby with things I need that Walmart won't have. And I do not like giving Walmart my business unless I have too. Will be back in the spring maybe for a new self propelled lawnmower!!

I usually have a good experience at Tractor Supply. I have purchased 2 lawn tractors & various products over the years. But recently I ordered a new tractor online and had it delivered. It was dropped off at the end of my driveway in a big crate that took me forever to tear apart to get it out! And then I had to put it together! Not very good for a 71 year old woman like me! Don't order a tractor online!!

I shop weekly here. Selection is usually really good. Out of dog and cat food frequently (Purina One) and wish they had more items for Ducks. Staff is helpful and nice and I am always greeted at the door with a Welcome! Love the pick up option! If you order online, they are quick to have it ready, Usually within the hour.

Unfortunately they were out of the Diamond salmon flavor, so I got beef instead. My boys aren't going to be happy, they like the salmon best. However, the sales girl/lady was very polite and helpful, she even suggested and did go in the back and see if there was any back there.

Excellent place to go for all your needs. Love the idea I can pet ducks and even chickens while I'm there found everything I needed for my new baby kitty and I recently adopted from the APL friendly service and staff very cool selection of odd things you would not think to look for in any other store. And you as a must have to check out the country road farmhouse selection absolutely awesome!

Stopped in to purchase a zero turn that we saw online. Marcia was absolutely amazing, and so knowledgeable!! Fantastic customer service, and she had us laughing the whole time. I hope you’re treating her well because she is an amazing asset to your store!We were thrilled that you offer delivery on the mowers and we were able to get it scheduled for the next day! Marcia also went over the warranty info with us and even when to do the first oil change on the mower.

Staff is racist..Good friend (who's black) went into store looking for a part with his 7mo kid with him. He asked an associate of your husiness for help. The associate proceeded to bring back the manager and store security who gave my friend a hard time..I'm glad I walked away from your company long ago and hope others do so as well.

Superior Customer Service. Best I've seen in a decade. A cashier quoted us at a much lower price for a product. So we drove significantly out of our way to get an older model. When we arrived there was a big price difference, frustrated at the confusion. The 3 representatives were very friendly. They verified the details with the person who mis-quoted us. AND MADE IT RIGHT!! Most other stores and even this week, would have callously told us that's our problem and sent us in our way. But this store or staff or company did the right thing, and made us loyal customers for life.Thank you for the superior service and renewing a sense of pride in a quality service.

Overall, this store is great. Great selection of items. We bought our chicks here 2 years ago and they're still strong and healthy and great layers. However, the staff is not always helpful or friendly and beware on vaccine days because you will be slipping in puddles of dog urine that hasn't been cleaned up.

Usually have what I need, but went in for rv antifreeze, after a couple of laps in the store, a salesperson pointed to the direction where it would be. More gazing aisle to aisle. Finally asking another salesperson, and she took me to the place where they should be. "Hmmmm. They should be here, oh here they are," in closed boxes with no signage saying they were there.

Racist as can all be. Just cause a man Is black and has his hood up on his hoodie does not mean he's going to rob the store or cause harm. For Christ's sake he had his 7 month old child with him. The manager, team member and security should all be ashamed of themselves and this will be reported to the higher ups of the company. I hope a lawsuit comes from the racial profiling that just happened.

Everything is easy to find. The employees are always so nice and helpful. When we bought our chickens and ducks, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and helped us find everything we need. This is where we always go to get our feed and bedding for our chicks, ducks and goats. And our food for our dogs. They also have some great country clothes, shoes and boots. They have cute John Deere clothes and boots for my grandchildren.
