These girls enjoyed a long weekend at Heavenly Hounds hotel and spa. They had a fantastic stay and we chose to have them groomed before picking up today. They did such a fantastic job. We highly recommend them. Great boarding prices, will text you with updates on the dogs, and treats them like their own! What’s better than feeling comfortable and knowing your animals are in great care!This is year two with them and we will return!

Took my schnauzer there for years each time it was more money and less time spent on him in the last time before my dog passed she didnt do his ears or beard said he would not cooperate. Final price was 58 dollars I think was over priced and after going to her for 14 I had to put my dog to sleep I called and left a voicemail never heard I am sorry no card no call just silence I guess because I never tipped on the price was the logic behind that

We love this place and our dogs do too!!! Great people, there when we need them, clean, large area for dogs to run, take great care of our pooches. Would definitely recommend!

She was amazing with my dog. He had never been to a groomer before and he seemed to be very comfortable. The pricing is very affordable and I'll definitely be returning.

I took my dog there to be bathed and groomed and upon entering , i was asked to leave because she said dogs respond better if their owners arent around. However i wasnt gone 15mins and she called saying my dog was ready. I was quite shocked because it normaly it takes 1-2 hrs anywhere else. 20 mins after we are home i get a call from her asking me if mydog had her collar on, and it was but then i noticed that i wasnt hers at all . It had been covered with a bandanna. Gone was her pretty pink diamond studded one with all her tags and such, and in its place was an old grey one without tags.She said she must have gotten a few of them mixef up. Well i never did get anything back, no collar' or tags or even a reinbursement for me having to get license, rabies ,i.d. I will never go back .
