Small lady-owned business downtown Quacker city. Amish cooks, cook tasty food. Nice people. The pork tenderloin was slightly overcooked but moist and decent. Mashed potatoes are nice and old-fashioned. Green beans were al dente and allowed customers to salt as they liked. Strawberry pie didn't have the best look, as it was collapsed, but the taste and crust made up for it. I would definitely eat there again.

Friendly staff and owners. Cod was good, but pretty salty and didn't get tartar sauce with the order. I don't like to complain to waitresses, they get enough of that. Wife liked her meatloaf and all our sides were good. Grasshopper pie was good, and we got cinnamon rolls to go. Will probably stop back if we're close by again.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp for wheelchair access.

I had sausage gravy and biscuits, it was terrible.The biscuit was hard and the gravy was very runny the looks of the entire plate was very unattractive I was not pleased the coffee was not good saw the cook reach in the ice cooler with bare hands to put ice in her coffee and went back to the kitchen I spent 20 dollars ended up going to McDonald’s would not recommend this cafe

Would highly recommend the home towner cafe! The kids meal is very fairly priced and my toddler cleaned her plate. She loved it! I subbed the fries for fried pickles with my burger and was very pleased with the portion size of the pickles! They were cooked perfectly. Everything was! Can’t wait to go back!

The marinade on the pork chop was delicious and I loved the onion rings. They were very crispy and tasty. My cousin got the mushroom and swiss burger. She kept saying how amazing it was. And she ate all her house fries so I'm guessing they were good as well, LOL. The staff were all very friendly and the place was super clean. Appropriate prices. I can't wait to try their breakfast.

Great portions; reasonable prices; pleasant peaceful atmosphere and servers were very friendly and upbeat n punctual.It was my husband's n my first time we took my son n his wife out for my son's birthday dinner. My son has been recommending this restaurant to us. Go to find out my husband and his brother when they moved here from California and lived in Pleasant City n Byesville n would frequent this place when it was the Wagon Wheel. My son ordered the chicken parmesan, loved how much meat was in the spaghetti sauce, slice of peanutbutter pie & a container of cookies to take home; his wife got 6oz grilled chicken breast, slice of peach pie; my husband got the farmer's burger, sweet potato fries, coleslaw n mixed vegetables, piece of peanutbutter pie; I got the noodles over mashed potatoes n onion rings n slice of cherry pie.My son n his wife frequently come here for dinner and breakfast son got the breakfast haystack n his wife got the french toast...They take pictures and post on FB to promote more business for you.My husband contacted his brother about coming out to have breakfast or dinner.I can't wait to come back n try your roast beef n get fries with gravy.I usually take pictures but left my phone in the car.

Recently purchased by the "English", this formerly Amish owned dinner, is an amazing experience. The food is still prepped and cooked by an Amish kitchen staff and is delicious. I had the roast pork on my most recent visit. Yummy yummy for my tummy, lol. Located off the beaten path, it's well worth the trip if you find yourself anywhere near Quaker City Ohio...

The one star is for the friendly waitress or there would be no stars. My food was burnt, the one potato bad, green beans were soggy. I have been here many times when it was the Wagon Wheel and it was always 5 star. I was charged a 3.5 fee on my credit card, but was not advised of this prior to paying, I had cash on me and could have easily paid in cash. Not sure if I will return, change is ok, but not with bad food and 3.5 surcharge not being advised. I am always honest in my reviews, (and this is not a 1 review only account).

I had the turkey bacon club and it was so delicious! It was REAL ROASTED TURKEY! Not just a slice of lunch meat but real turkey! It was on a super fresh bun with fresh sliced tomato and crispy lettuce. Also had cole slaw as my side. Can’t wait to stop by again!

The atmosphere is welcoming as soon as you walk in, the staff always greet you with a smile, the food is deliciously homemade and my recommendation is DON'T skip out on dessert! (thank me later 😁) I promise you it's all worth stopping to grab a bite to eat when in the area!

Always delicious, home cooked meal. Noodles, pork roast, mashed potatoes, gravy. What more could there be? Oh, yea the desserts are the bomb, I enjoyed pumpkin cheesecake.
