The do have good promotions though and the staff is helpful and very friendly. The store is very large and you can lose a lot of time looking at things.

Very pleasant and helpful lady. She took notice that I needed assistance and was backward to ask, so she came over and discreetly offered the assistance. Made us feel very comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends and I will come back in a few days for the July lingerie buy one get one sale.Thank you Miss Lady for all your help.

Two stars just because of corporate.I picked up some things at another location and one was defective. I looked up the return policy and and felt confident the issue would be resolved quickly when I got there.I believe the lady behind the counter was training a new employee and when I explained my situation to her she went on to explain to me how they do not take returns or replace defective items at her location.Having read the return policy, which I’ve never had to use, and my faith in the company as a whole I contacted their corporate office.Wish I had the names of the two ladies I talked to as they were professional and empathetic to my situation. By the end of the call my issue was resolved fairly and they were going to review company policy with that local employee that needed a refresher course.Hats off to you ladies at corporate for maintaining the company image and my faith in the company.

My wife and I have visited this store regularly for the last 3 years. There is an extremely large selection and there's something for everyone no matter what you're there for. They have a great selection of Wild Berry incense in both the the long and short options, and a decent assortment of glass pipes, vapes, gummies, wraps, bongs, and a few accessories. I highly encourage you to check it out, it's less than a mile once you exit I-70, and at the very least, it's a good way to waste a little bit of time!

I stopped there about 2 years ago. I was on my way home from visiting down south and thought why not. Visit and maybe find a few things for my lady friend at the time. 2 ladies were working, one approached me, the other was either kinda shy or something, but she kept watching from a distance. I spent about $300 that day. The lady assisting me was even open enough to tell me what she enjoyed, what she owned, and what her husband AND her BOYFRIEND both enjoyed using with her. It is a place for everybody where you can walk in and explore. Single males who are looking for a date, I wouldn't recommend that. Instead listen to the very nice ladies and prepare for your next adventure. I wish I remembered her name because she knew her stuff and made me feel VERY comfortable.

Bought an item that was defective. Tried to contact store about an exchange. The very rude lady working told me I had to contact the manufacturer since the exact item was no longer in stock. I got off the phone and looked up the exchange policy online and that is not what it said at all. So I called back and the only words I got out of my mouth were “ We just called about the defective product and you said to contact the manufacturer however, it says online that.” and that’s when the very rude lady interrupted me and told me that I needed to contact the manager the following day because I was being rude to her and then she hung up on me which we were not being rude whatsoever. I will never shop here again let alone recommend anyone else shop here because that was beyond rude when all I would like is to get a working product for the over $100 that I spent

That was the very first line then that I ever saw or visited. I stopped for a break in my 18 wheeler and I decided to take it there instead of the truck stop on the other side of the interstate. It is the first time I've been in there since the 80s. I just kind of went in to go back into the place that I haven't been in in over 30 35 years. I ended up buying an item and chit-chatted with the lady behind the counter who was very nice. I'm kind of a nostalgic kind of person. It was kind of cool to go into a place that I haven't been in in about 35 years no matter where it is that I go and revisit someplace I just get that cool feeling of going back and seeing an old place it's still around and Kicking. In a nutshell no pun intended LOL I enjoy it

This place may seem off the beaten path but it is one if the closest places that a person can go to check out, in person, a great selection of stimulating treats. Face it, no one wants to buy something on the internet and not be able to touch and feel it, well not these items anyway. The staff who work in here are so fun and respectful. I've watched them help shy people/couples look at items and explain, in detail, what they are and how to use them AND they are not afraid to make recomendations.Warning: I have never felt unsafe going here but it is isolated and the parking lots seems a bit creepy because it is so large and you do have to walk a little ways from your car to the door. For this reason, and for the extra fun to be had, I recomend taking a friend/s or your partner along. And don't hesitate to ask the staff questions!!

Walked in and the lady working was rude as hell . I had about 1200.00 to spend for my wife’s photos shoot and after 3 minutes in the store I left . I’ll go somewhere else .

The wife and I have been there many times. Never had a problem like the other guy but also never needed a taxi from a sex shop either. We always enjoy goin there and if the girls are working then they are extremely helpful with picking a good item out for her.. We tell everyone we can talk to on that level about this place because of the selection. Recommend the Maia line for her and the dens price for those lines are great as to buying online and waiting a couple days so instead we drive down from steel city...

Decent little place, but the heavier set lady behind the counter will keep me from going back. I can understand the mask mandate, but you're not gonna argue with me about using hand sanitizer and wearing gloves! You can use those gloves to go screw yourself!

If you love being falsely accused of attempting to rob their establishment just because you're waiting for a taxi in their parking lot, and if you enjoy highway robbery prices for sub-par movies, then this place should make you feel right at home. Oh, and don't bother sending the corporate website a customer complaint email, because they don't respond back. Spent a month waiting, and absolutely nothing in return. Isn't any wonder why online free tube sites, and other internet retailers are fairing better. LIONS DEN SUCKS!!!!!
