Everyone is so nice and helpful and they really care about your pet! Prices are upfront before any service starts and you can let them know if something is too expensive. They totally work with you and your budget. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and smells nice--hard to achieve with their patients I'm sure! The best vet experience I've ever had.

I took my rabbit here to be neutered. I'm so grateful for the referral! Dr. Mullins was so amazing with my Sasha, you can tell she loves animals.She called me herself to let me know everything went well. I appreciate that so much!💙The staff are all amazing too! This place is awesome!!! We had 2 of our bunnies spayed & neutered here & the Veterinarians did amazing! We also had to take another one of our rabbits here for an emergency appointment & the Veterinarians who helped did an AWESOME job! He helped our rabbit go back to being happy and healthy.

DISCLAIMER: If you love spending THOUSANDS of dollars over a short period of time on your animals routine health needs, this is the place for you! My wife and I have been taking our dogs to this vet for several years now. We have recently stopped going and here’s a few highlights of why. My small dog has seizure issues. She takes medication for that. Instead of refilling the prescription in between annual visits, they have us come in to do a “wellness check” once between annual appointments that involved absolutely nothing except giving them a reason to bill me again. I also have a large, blue colored dog with several health issues. After some help in the areas that she needs, others fall through the cracks. Including recurring UTI and paw agitation. After her 3rd UTI this year, I called to get an antibiotic to clear it up. To which I was told a urinalysis has to be done in order to determine the root cause of her issues. Again, this is her THIRD UTI in a year and we’ve done this song and dance TWICE already. After not getting the help we needed without sucking us dry from another appointment, we have moved on to another vet clinic and will not be going back.

My regular vet would not see my dog after his accident and the ER did not open for another 2 hours. Proctorville Animal Clinic promptly cared for my dog and I am very thankful for their compassion and service.

The staff at Proctorville Animal clinic were awesome. They got me in for an emergency with my dog within a day and treated him like part of their family. I will be using them again if needed for sure. This was so great because we are visiting from out of town and have no vet here. Buster says he feels so much better now!

I just want to say thank you to all the staff here. Even though my fur baby passed away yesterday. They treated him as if he was one of their furbabies. And did everything they could. I highly recommend them for anyone with a pet. We are truly greatful for everything they tried to do.

Dr Johnson has such a great personality and is so great with our two GSD's, Husky, and kitty. I wish she new how comfortable she makes us not to mention the animals. Every Dr in there is just as professional and approachable as she is. I have, and will always trust our pets care to this amazing practice.

Firstly, the staff is so caring toward the patients and their owners. Also, the office area is clean and organized, and the patient rooms are as well very sanitary. If your beloved pet is getting euthanized, the staff truly cares about the situation. Providing much needed care and support. Offering jokes and general conversation. It was very peaceful and I wasn't extremely overwhelmed. Thank you for your compassion and I will always remember the kindness everyone showed me.

Love the staff and the vets also!!!! My dog Lily, a 9 year old Golden developed mouth cancer that went all the way back to her sinuses. I live in Columbus area and they wanted Way to much. More than I could afford but I was not ready to put my loving dog down yet. I called and talked to then and they were willing to do her surgery for much cheaper. Dr. Mike Dyer was fabulous and saved Lily’s life. I can’t thank him enough!!! I would drive 2 and 1/2 hours again for her to see Dr. Mike Dyer, or any of my other dogs. I highly recommend them. They are honest hard working staff that will not take you to the poor house. Thanks again y’all!!!!

They were amazing with our kitty. Our kitty had Pyothorax and had been to the animal ER. We were told to put him down but was unsure why. My mom found this vet because she had been there years ago and had a great experience. We brought him in and they welcomed him in and tried their hardest. They treated us amazing and gave us a beautiful poem with his paw and nose prints on it. Thank you so much for making our kitty comfortable. They were amazing. I would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Johnson is the best but they have raised their prices so high you can't hardly afford to go here. The after hours that they have now are really nice. I was able to take my kitten without having to worry about being worked in or having to wait a few days for an appointment. I don't think he would have made it if we would have had to wait.

We usually have a great experience but the last two times we've been the girl at the front desk has been extremely rude and short with us. After today we've decided not to go back. We spend way too much money at the vest office to be treated that way.

My cat passed sadly, but they were prompt and we couldn't get in anywhere and she needed oxygen but when we came through those doors they had their hands out to take her to get oxygen immediately without question. Love the care this place gave us . We miss our Luna girl

Definitely one of the nice vets around here. The staff and the veterinarian were really nice and so was everybody else that worked there. Answered every question that we had which was a lot and seem like they did not care to answer it they didn't get mad or frustrated at all. We will definitely be going back there.

We had an emergency with our cat. The staff and Doctor were absolutely fantastic. They took the emergency appointment, diagnosed her quickly and performed the surgery the same day. She was home resting that evening and while she is still healing, she's already back to her old self. Couldn't recommend them more.
