Came here this morning, i only go occasionally. They're constantly getting orders wrong, the people they have taking orders in both dine in and drive thru (none of their workers, really) can listen or take orders. They got a simple order of 2 sausage mc muffins, no cheese, two SAUSAGE biscuits, and 3 hash browns wrong. They gave me just biscuits, no sausage on them. The kids they hire are untrained and lack common sense. Every time i or my partner orders from here, it's wrong. And the food is usually either over cooked (burnt) or cold. The customer service is also trash. None of their workers know how to properly greet guests or even how to use the register. A new girl (im assuming) was just tossed in and didnt even know what a big platter was so instead rang up a "country breakfast" on one of my other visits.If youre gonna hire highschool kids, at least make sure theyre trained or know how to problem solve. Seems only the managers know how to properly do orders. This place has gone downhill in service for a while. Its so frustrating i have to sit there and dig through my order to make sure its right for the prices theyre trying to gouge EVERYTIME IM HERE.TLDR: Dont go here unless you wanna explain simple orders over 10x to highschool kids who arent listening or were never trained. And you wanna double check your stuff before leaving because its not worth your time to go back and explain how they messed up.

Usually this MickeyD's location is pretty good overall. However this drive thru visit I was given the wrong order and the wait time in the drive thru was 22 minutes. Drove all the way home ready to eat on some greasy salty McDonald's only to realize we bought someone else's order. This location continues to hire young kids and this is why the service their has gone downhill more than likely.

Normally I don’t complain but, I just came through the drive through and ordered a large caramel frappe with extra drizzle- I heard them say they were running out of the frappe mix but it still was pretty fast getting me in and out. I look at the bottom and I see a big white chunk and it was whipped cream. They filled my cup with half whipped cream and the rest with the frappe and more whipped on top.

Fast, efficient, and accurate service. The extra drizzle on a frappe cost $0.25 and it looks like a teeny teeny bit was added. Not worth the talk $0.25. On the other hand, we ask for extra napkins and sure do appreciate what they gave us.

Nothing is ever hot. The fries are either almost raw or burnt. How hard is it to set the timer and get them out when it beeps? Only stop here once every few months to see if it is any better lol. Nope. I'll just go across the bridge from now on.

Again, food A+++, quality; A+, (service; c-) only because they really didn't even acknowledge I was there, just started ordering and didn't look at me like I was in the middle of something. But its OK I worked as Manager for 19 years so I understand I guess, even though that was a pet peev of mine. Cleanliness was over-the-top GREAT! And I got out quickly " maybe they wanted me gone" unclassing up the joint?? Lol JK, and value?? Again over-the-top because if it's fresh and done right, McDonald's is BAR NONE, THE BEST!

Tonight, I was calmly trying to place my order in the drive thru when out of nowhere I was attacked by a large green grasshopper of some sort. Of course, I immediately panicked as the bug hopped onto my pant leg, causing me to scream into the speaker and assault some poor persons ears. I do apologize for that. However, my distress was well received because the next thing I know as I’m complaining that I am terrified and scared to the speaker, John the manager of this location came rushing out and saved me!!! I opened my car door and pointed out where the attacker had hidden itself and like a true hero, John reached into the door cubby and pulled the evil grasshopper out. Instead of disposing of the stowaway, he gently took it away to the more wooded area and released them back into the grass. I have never been more thankful or grateful for an employee before. This is my second visit to this location, as I’m new to the area, and John is the reason I come back. He really enjoys what he is doing, and he is very good at it. The entire staff on the later crew is wonderful! Always cheerful and kind. Thank you, my hero John and his wonderful team.

This location has a few problem employees who have been there for over a decade. I really never knew mcd’s had a retirement program. Their driveway is generally always backed up and you would think after the recent remodel maybe a dual lane approach would help reduce the backups. Their burlington location is better and i believe both locations are owned by the same family.

I loaded the mobile app and tried curbside pickup for the first time. After checking in and waiting 17 minutes I went inside. I was told they had seen that order but wasn’t given an explanation as to why it didn’t make it to the car. He was nice and apologized however I felt like something else could have been done for my inconvenience. Perhaps credited my card back or offered me some coupons or something. Hopefully the next time I use the app it will go better 😊.

I was there at lunch time. It was a little busy but not super crowded. My coworker and I went to get lunch. There was no room to form a line. It was right in the middle of the walk way. Which typically isn't an issue except you have to spend an extended period of time waiting for your food. So you have a large group of people dancing around the people walking through. The food was okay. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. Once again wouldn't normally bother me but I could clearly see the full pot coffee. bathrooms were a kinda gross. Staff was friendly and the food was fresh!
