Went to location today to order a banana split for the kids and told couldn't have one because bananas not ripe. Wouldn't you just send someone to the store to get some bananas that are ready? Just seemed very weird.

Two years ago I came to this Dairy Queen and my blizzard was soupie the burger was cold. I decided to give it a second chance today and (Oh, dear sweet Lord baby Jesus) I waited for 15 minutes nobody helped me the girl looked at me twice in the 15 minutes I was there and walked away twice. A man was there before me he said he hasn't been help. I walk out and the girl started to walk to the front as if she was going to help me. Went through the drive thru and I was asking to wait twice a total wait of 6 minutes in till a second young lady came on and asked if she can help. She was quick to take my order. She got my blizzard perfect and my drink. But once again my burgers where bad. The pickles where everywhere and there was no ketchup. On the other burger the didn't add the tomatoe. The young skinny girl in drive thru was nice. Maybe to forward of me to say but Dairy Queen needs to (( GET RID OF THE BAD EMPLOYEES)) and hire more people like that young skinny girl. Dairy Queen you need to up your game.

Just went through the drive through and it was the same thing as usual. They take a very long time to get the food out. But they make the blizzards first then they sit there for 25 minutes and they are all water by they time they hand them to us. And then sit there for a long time still waiting on the food and it’s really not even worth anything at this point cause it’s all ruined. It will be a while before we go back if ever. I don’t understand why they don’t make the blizzards last so they are frozen when you get them.

Whoever was working there 02/13/22 Sunday night at around 6:30pm.....did a great job with the Ice cream. It actually had everything it was supposed to, the guy at the window was also really nice. Give him a raise or something so other workers will be motivated to work like this.

Slow service, customer service non existent. Everytime I come, issues. Milkshake wrong flavor with ice cream everywhere. 6 fries n a large.. then the Manger can't see the problem. I start with that first

We are customers regularly and when we go the employees on night shift are constantly yelling and screaming at either other employees or customers.The worst experience was definitely tonight when the woman at the window was yelling at her fellow employees and was very distasteful towards us. She yelled that she was no longer taking anymore orders at 8:50 and there were multiple people behind us. The blizzard cups are always sticky and disgusting on the outside with no napkins.Not to mention they’ve been out of specific items for at least a month. After tonight I’ll most likely be going to Huntington for now on.

Felt rushed. Ice-cream all over cup when handed to me. So much that it drips down the side of my truck when handed to me. Chilly dogs was saturated so much that the box it came in leak thru the bag... Just over all terrible service and food

The wait here was absolutely insane. We ordered our food, and waited and waited and waited. Others who ordered after us as well as the drive thru were getting their orders. I asked 2 times when will ours be ready. One guy finally made our blizzards but a simple chicken sandwich and 2 medium fries took about longer!! From start to finish, we were there about 45 minutes or longer of which most of that was waiting for our food. Absolutely ridiculous.

My girlfriend and I stopped in Sunday afternoon about 6:00. The store was busy so I understand that but :1. The girl didn't know how to order my moolate.2. The wait was EXTREMELY long to get food.3. The boy bringing the food out from back didn't know what order was what. So people was having to look inside bags to see if it was their order or not.4. Another boy just stood around and did nothing.5. I finally got my 2 hotdogs without the sauce and onions that was supposed to be on them.6. The dogs were cold.7. Everyone around us also were not getting the proper orders.8. I never did get my moolate.9. Plus many other things that I don't have time to type.THAT'S WHY I THREW THE 2 DOGS ON THE FLOOR AT COUNTER. WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN STORE AGAIN.

Not a good first impression.We were from out of town, stopped there to buy an ice cream cake. Had to wait in line twice to get help from the manager. When the manager did come out, he was helpful, but while he was helping us, another lady walked up and he started helping her. Again we had to wait to continue to ask questions. The cashiers were young and focused on their friends versus the customers.

I really like Dairy Queen, but ordering a hot fudge sundae is kind of a joke.you get ice cream, a strip of hot fudge around the ice cream, and then more ice cream on top. I would like more hot fudge sauce thanks very much!

I ordered a cheeseburger without a bun meal. The burger was great. The onion rings are my favorite. I only gave 4 stars because they were out of bottled water.

Employees left us at drive threw over 20 said batteries was dead then turned it on and blended icecream very rude slow not very bright people cant count money they care more to smoke there cigarettes then helping customers will not return staff and management stupid

Tasted great, but was a long wait. The car in front of us and the person in the check out were talking for a good while. But the person was nice when we pulled up.
