I use Target drive up Service at least once a week. It saves me so much time and I’m often so tired at the end of a workday. Truly a very very customer oriented service. That is much appreciated.

I ordered an item online paid for it and was scheduled to pick it up the next day it came with a promotion for a $75 gift card with the purchase. I got an email that said it was out of stock. I could choose to have it shipped or pick it up, but when I went online my only option was to cancel it because it was out of stock. I talked to 3 customer service agents, 3rd one said I could pick it up at Broad street Target. Got an email that they were preparing it. Then another email saying it was canceled. That one was supposed to come with a $75 gift card. I had to reorder again and the same item was magically in stock close to my home but no gift card. The store was a mess. Long line for customer service. Stuff everywhere was either empty or out of place.

This is the closest Target to my house, so I come here often but not as often as I could for reasons I'll get into.First, the positives: the store is clean and well-stocked and that's why the rating isn't lower. It's a Target. It's a bit pricey but not Macy's pricey. The parking lot is wonderfully humungous, luxurious really if you've been to the Sawmill Road location which is basically a Saw trap.Here is my issue with this Target: while I've had good or indifferently decent interactions there, the staff tends to mostly inhabit the unhappy range all the way from can't be bothered to surly to "I will stab you in the eye."I had a pick up order recently and the guy who brought it out was SO obviously pissed. I mean, I do get hating to go out. It was chilly. And I'd go inside, but I quit going inside because I've had to wait up to 15 minutes sometimes while (another) angry employee gathers my items from a seemingly infinite variety of locations. I mean, this store had improved. My last few pickup orders have been ready on time, I haven't had to cancel them when they weren't ready by the next day.This store also often seems understaffed. I will never go there again on a Saturday night to go grocery shopping.I know retail sucks. I've worked retail and people are animals. I just want to pick up my shampoo and wheat bread without feeling like I just made a drunken, profane toast at your sister's wedding.

Came on my day off to get a blu ray of the lighthouse because it said it was in stock for $5. I get there and there’s no blu ray, not to mention the lady that called on the store headset for someone in electronics and nobody came. Then I never saw the lady again and the “electronics” employee came over and “helped” without apologizing for the inconvenience. Hope this place goes out of business because it certainly seems like nobody wants to be there. Even when I try to call the store the phone will hang up on me after pressing the buttons to get to the guest service desk. Worst experience in any target by a country mile.

I want to give a big shoutout to the Target Team at Powell, OH! Despite it being Christmas Eve at 6 PM, everyone maintained their professionalism and friendliness. Kudos to the Management Team for their great leadership. Thank you all so much, your dedication is truly appreciated!

My favorite Target by far. The staff is wonderful and I appreciate being able to come here for my tech needs. I can depend on stock being here on time. I wish some of the items were more affordable but nothing is affordable anymore, so it is what it is.

Wow. A huge mess. Clothing product all over the floor, in wrong drawers, trash all over the floor, coffee cups on shelves, only self checkout lane open with a huge line down the store. These folks need help.

I hadn't been here in awhile, and on coming today I remember why! Literally a pallet at the end of every aisle on a busy Sunday, only allows one cart through at a time, was SO FRUSTRATING to shop l. And yet somehow the aisles are still half bare in spots and the employees doing the pickup shopping block you all over. Yikes.

Everything is pretty much the same as all targets. Just some times flipped depending on what side the entrance is at but still easy to know where everything is at. I got there early for an online pickup and didn't know where to go, asked an employee and they were very friendly and let me know where to go once I got the email. Only thing was I was looking around the store for a loofah type thing in a stick but didn't see any. Don't know if they were out or just don't carry any

Slow pick ups, often forgetting items. One pick up a punctured milk carton that leaked in our car. The second had literal rotting strawberries. If you want to go in the store there are generally a limited number of cashiers and no self checkout lines.

Employee was super rude when I asked for help with checking out because an item didn’t have a barcode and then told me she couldn’t sell the item- basically implied I was stupid for thinking I could buy it even though there were multiple of that item in the aisle…

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Target that left me thoroughly disappointed with their customer service. I had placed an order online and went to pick it up at my local store, expecting a seamless process. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of mishaps and encounters with unprofessional staff that left me questioning Target's commitment to customer satisfaction.Upon arrival, I presented my order barcode to the customer service representative, who simply glanced at it and declared that my order was not available at that location. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, they directed me to another Target store on Sawmill Rd. Trusting their guidance, I made my way to the other store, only to be told once again that my order was not there. To my dismay, I was redirected back to the original store.At this point, frustrated and confused, I sought assistance from a supervisor named Aaron. However, rather than offering a genuine apology or attempting to rectify the situation, Aaron displayed an astonishing lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing the mistakes made by his staff, he shifted the blame onto me, claiming that I had failed to provide the order buyer's name, which was never requested in the first place.Engulfed in a heated argument with Aaron and another unhelpful staff member, I was shocked when he threatened to involve the police. Refusing to be intimidated, I stood my ground and demanded that they fulfill my paid order. It was only after an unnecessary confrontation that they finally relented and handed over my items.Throughout this ordeal, I couldn't help but feel that Target had completely neglected their duty to provide competent and courteous customer service. A simple and sincere apology, along with an acknowledgment of their mistake, could have easily resolved the situation. Instead, I was met with hostility and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.Furthermore, my attempts to reach the store manager, Tommy, proved fruitless, as he was conveniently unavailable when requested. Frustrated by the lack of assistance at the store level, I have now resorted to reaching out to Target's corporate office via email, hoping that they will take my concerns more seriously.My experience with Target was marred by the unprofessional behavior of supervisor Aaron and the general disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by the staff involved. This incident could have been averted with a simple apology and a willingness to rectify the mistake. I expected better from Target, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their customer service and avoid subjecting others to such unpleasant experiences in the future.

Target tends to excel in most areas vs. the competition anyway, but this location stands above average with cleanliness and well organized and maintained inventory. Staff is always nice, though they sometimes could use more people in checkout, especially since self checkout isn't an option. We also regularly use for app ordering with curbside pickup, which is always simple and easy to do.

It’s been over 7 hours and I’m still waiting for them to complete an order for pick up….This target consistently has poor service and poor selection. I’ve also waited over 30 minutes for a drive up order to be brought out to my car. From now on I’m going 15 minutes out of my way to go to the Polaris Target where they always have what I need in stock and their service is prompt and helpful.

The Starbucks baristas don’t know what they’re doing and the “new” “self checkouts” are almost all closed or don’t work. I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to go to the next nearest target than this one 9 times out of 10.

Saving the 5th star for when they don’t allow AT&T reps (or whoever it was) to pester people while they shop. Guess what?! If I want internet or phone services, I WILL CALL A PROVIDER OF THESE SERVICES!!! Ffs please get these people out of your store, it’s beyond obnoxious and I promise you I’ll find somewhere else to shop if I have to ask them to leave me alone the next time I’m there.Edit: Haven’t seen any folks disturbing people while they shop for a few months now, Target homeostasis has returned to 100%, 5 stars!

I go to this Target all the time. It’s usually very picked over, especially in the food department. Also, make sure you check your dates on the food items. I consistently have gotten food that is either expired or going to expire in a short period of time. Tate’s cookies that are “best by August” when it’s November? Or a dozen eggs that expired last week? I’m not sure who stocks the shelves but they need to refresh. It’s gross. Come on, Target!!

This location has been slowly going down hill. The bathrooms are so gross I refused to let my son use them. If you are a size small don’t go here they only ever have M, L and XL. Was standing in line for about 10 min when the lady chose me out of eveyone to let know it’s 10 items or less, I missed the small sign but figured because other were standing there I was fine, I had 11 items and she made me go to a different line but didn’t question anyone else, a class kindness!

I used to go to Target to shop for toys but things have really changed for the worse at this location. The Christmas area was abhorrent. Not just empty but things sloppily thrown about everywhere.

One of the baristas at the Starbucks named Elijah made consistent inappropriate comments and advances to multiple staff members and HR did nothing to solve it. He remained employed and scheduled for months although HR and managers were aware of his behaviors. Numerous complaints were made and nothing was handled. Very sad, enabling and unprofessional of this store.

ok so my friend was pushing me in a shopping cart right but we were js doing our normal shopping and the employee comes up to us and is like "are u gonna put that cart back when ur done" like what kind of stupid question is that like obviously. anyway then after we finished shopping for stuff on our list we were js looking around and decided to take photos but then the same employee came up to us and told us that target is not a recording studio like have u seen the amt of tiktoks made at targets like why are u targeting us like it's not like we were loud or making a mess or recording for a long time we were js taking a photo breh

Went today and of course bc I am colored I was followed around the whole store. Trust and believe if someone is going to steal it wouldn’t be a .89 cent eyebrow brush and 2$ eyebrow cream and dog food on clearance 😂😂 do better Target. Yes some black people do have jobs.
