Finally a pet store specializing in large and giant breed dogs. When your dog weighs 130#, it's hard to find anything in a generic big box pet store. It's wonderful to see, and be able to purchase, items that are size appropriate. The pet bath is fantastic, tubs specifically built to actually fit large and giant breeds, gives you and your puppy plenty of room to move. You can even wash both sides with ease. Everything is supplied, so all you need is your dog. If you have a large or giant breed, this pet store is a "must visit". I should also mention that the owners run the store themselves and are giant breed enthusiasts. So add excellent service, from people who truly care and understand, to round out a perfect experience.

Great prices, they always give my pups a ton of attention, and have the cutest designs! Kim is super nice and has made collars smaller, and thinner for us! My pups will always wear Real Big Puppy collars!

Tonight my family and I walked past this store on our way to dinner and saw a beautiful Great Dane in the window. My four year old asked all night to go back and possibly pet it. So we stopped in after dinner and was rudely greeted by some young lady worker with brunette hair and glasses. My 4 year old polietly asked if the dog was there and if he could pet it. She practically ignored him and said in a very condescending manner "yeah he's busy", and proceeded to sit down and get on her phone. So I explained how excited he was and she flat ignored me and just kept looking at her phone!! It was so incredibly rude to both me AND MY 4 YEAR OLD. I understand if petting the dog was not an option (I warned my son of that prior) but then take the time to be nice and compassionate and explain that. She could have easily said "Oh I'm sorry honey but he can't come out right now. Hes resting." That would have been so much better than flat out ignoring us while she played on her phone waiting for us to leave. Not a single word apart from the quick response was uttered to us. This is very unfortunate because I was planning on browsing the store for my own large dog but I was so disgusted by the treatment I left, AND I left with a confused and upset 4 year old.I just want the owner to be aware of the atrocious customer service and complete unfriendliness that came from this young lady. Completely unwelcoming, indifferent and uncaring! It was so obvious that she did not want to be there and she didn't wants us there either.

Stopped in tonight while Baer and I were out enjoying the nice weather to only be greeted by the two Great Danes attacking Baer before we could even make it all the way through the door. I would NEVER recommend taking your dog there. Bill Gropper was nice enough for what happened, but don’t advertise that you are pet friendly if your dogs aren’t friendly towards other dogs!

Great facility, love the self-service wash. Perfect for my large stubborn dog who doesn't do well with baths. Very cute accessories.
