Great staff! Walked in, greeted, and because the thing I wanted was in a unique location, she walked me right to it. Shopped a bit and they had everything I was looking for. Later my vet recommended a specialty dry dog food and they have it there too. Thanks!

I enjoy visiting the store, but I typically place an order online and pick it up. Even though they offer curbside delivery, I’m more than willing to go in and look at toys, etc. But the one thing I may enjoy most about the store is that my order always includes either a handwritten tag that is decorated in marker by a team member or an actual, handwritten thank you note. Both make me smile every time. Nice to shop somewhere that offers a personal touch.

Got our sweet new hamster here! We love them! This store carries female hamsters, so if you go there, you can only find females. They have friendly staff who were so nice and helpful. (Photo disclaimer: I'm an expert. Be careful with introducing a hamster to a dog, and hamsters shouldn't play together because they might fight and can kill each other.)

One of my experiences was a five-star but the other was a three-star so I gave a four. I had called to check to see if they had a product and the clerk was very helpful. I then went to pick up the product but was disappointed to find out that there wasn't a satisfaction guarantee like some of their competitors. The product didn't work but I'm feeling stuck with it. Just last week when I visited there again there were several sales clerks standing at the registers but not one of them asked me if they could help me find something. However, when I later asked for help two different times they were more than accommodating which in my eyes was redeeming. Lastly, I do not like giving out my email but the only way you can get their discounts is by doing so. Even if the product is on sale you pay the full price if you don't give your email.

Thoroughly impressed! Ordered delivery and it arrived in two hours! They included a thank you card too which really makes a difference! Love the convenience of ordering delivery having a newborn at home. Will definitely use them again soon!

I came in to this store because I found a dog. I was getting some necessities for him. The groomer and the front woman were the most helpful and kindest people I’ve ever been in contact with. This is my new go to pet store. They are amazing and helped me navigate everything from food, harness, to bathing, and nail trims. I am so appreciative of everything they did for me! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness and help you gave us.

I got some flea and tick medication for my dog that is the same brand my vet sells. I was out and needed some when my vet was closed. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me select the correct product. They even offer a two pack of flea drops making it affordable. The staff was very friendly to me and my dog. I will go back just to offer my dog a fun place to visit.

Each and every time I come into the store both Maximus and I are greeted like family.😀 The store is always clean and well stock. I take my big Germany in for his monthly self serve bath. 🛁They supply everything from towels to shampoo. They also have a groomer on premise as well. No visit is complete without a complimentary bone.

I made an impulse gecko purchase and I’m so glad I found this store because they have been helping me with crickets for my hungry little buddy. I went to another store and they gave me barely enough and the crickets were dead like two days later. The crickets at this store are super hardy and the ladies that have helped me here have been awesome with tips and advice. I’ll be coming to this store from now on.

I always have a good experience here. Customer service MATTERS! Today, I had the assistance of a tall, and very polite young man- did not catch his name but he was in his teens and he helped me with a large bag of dog food to the register as well as take out to my car. On the way out, he asked me how my 4th of July holiday was. I cannot remember the last time anyone, let alone a student working at a store, cared to ask me anything about my day. It’s the little things that can make a big difference! Personal conversation is good customer service at any age when working with the public, and especially coming from our youth.Thank you

I have always gone to this store for dog stuff and bird seed for our bird, but have to report what I saw the last time I was there.... do not have your pet groomed there!!!!! I witnessed the groomer (young female with dark hair abusing the Dog she was grooming. I addressed her and had a few words with her about what she was doing. I then spoke with the manager on duty, a young male who didn't seem to care. So I am posting this out of love for animals and making sure others are aware of how your animal may be treated there!!!!

Update: after finally getting a chance to enter the store, found they have a wide selection of things, some I wasn't aware of. They appeared short-staffed, with one associate appearing to do everything, but the shells were generally stocked and the floor uncluttered. Not the best prices but not the worst either. Will be back to explore it more later.Not impressed. Door hours show they're open until 9p. Online shows 7p. Doors were locked when I got there at 6:20p. Never been here before and feel no need to give it another chance.

I took my Havapoo here for her grooming and it was an exceptional experience. It felt like they were passionate about what they do and they did a great job. My dog seemed to have a very pleasant experience as well.

The service was very pleasant and helpful. They had a variety of pet supplies and some very adorable four-legged customers that were just as entertaining. My only issue was the lack of options for pet foods that are better balanced and don't include inordinate amounts of fillers, by-products, and ash in them. We were able to find a couple of foods, but I'd like to see a little variety in that. Otherwise, we will definitely be visiting again.

The girls working the grooming area were friendly and my complaint is not with them. However, this store has now lost a customer that has spent a fair amount of money there. My dog has severe anxiety due to an event that happened when she was a puppy. Under recommendation from her vet she is on trazodone to help her when she is in stressful situations. The Pet Supplies Plus website does not mention their policy on this so I was surprised when I arrived and was honest that she had taken a single pill that morning, I was told they could not groom her. This leaves me either needing to lie to them or put her in an emotionally painful situation. So I chose neither. If you are A groomer and this is your policy, please make it perfectly clear in your reservation site. A shame PSP, I used you a lot.

I was in this store a few days ago when they were having computer issues. I was the first customer after they resolved the issues and did not realize until I got home that they had charged me $18.98 for dog food that the customer in front of me had purchased. I called the store and the woman told me that she had no way of issuing me a refund over the phone and that I would have to come into the store. I told her that it would probably be two days until I could get back into the store to do that and she said it would be no problem.Today I went over to the store, explained the situation, and was told by the manager that he could not issue me a refund because he had no way to verify my story - I might be lying to him. I told him we were going to pick up our new puppy today, that we were not even going to use Science Diet (which was what was on my receipt), and that I had planned on buying a bag of Victor Professional. He still told me he could not issue me a refund because he could not believe my story. He did tell me I could come back on Sunday and the woman who was the cashier who made the mistake could verify my story. I'm getting a new puppy, I have 3 young boys at home, and really don't have a lot of time to keep coming back out to this store over a mistake they made.I will not be returning to this store. I love supporting local businesses and franchises, and they are the only store locally that carries Victor Professional, but insulting my integrity over $18.98 has caused this store to lose what could have been a very long-time customer.

Awesome store! Quality customer service by a friendly staff. Cyndi does a great job at making you feel welcome and treats you like an individual, not just a customer. She takes the time to speak with you and explain things that they have in the store. In addition, this store is clean. The fish display tanks are also clean and look nice.

This store has everything for a dog cat bird or fish. The store manager goes out of his way to accommodate even special orders. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. This store also promotes adopting cats from cozy cat Cottage in Powell Ohio which is a nice bonus. Also grooming and self-serve washing of your pet is also available. This store is immaculate. I love shopping here for both my dog and my cat.

I don't normally write reviews, but I did not like my first experience here enough to leave a review. I was going to order a 3 month supply of flea and tick medicine online for my puppy since she's still growing and I didn't want many months in case she outgrows the weight. I almost placed the order online but thought it would be a good socialization experience to take her to a store and check out the grooming options and toys. I asked a woman working there if there were any smaller boxes and explained my concern about my puppy growing still. She was short and had a bad attitude telling me "No. This is all there is. This is all they make." I would rather order online and drive further to a store for socialization than be back here for any pet needs if that's the kind of "help" they give.

I have been very impressed with Pet Supplies Plus. I have been using curbside pick for the past year which has been amazing but I ventured into the store last week. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The prices are great and they offer a lot of coupons by email.

I LOVE this store and is my go to for pet supplies. While Amazon was out of stock on the special cat food that I needed, Pet Supplies had it and it was delivered within an hour or two! I will continue to order. Also, KUDOS to Julie -- she is the best, so friendly and really cares about her customers and your pets!

This is a great place Had our grand dogs nails clipped, completed kind and gentle. Also front staff and manager provided me with a gift basket for an upcoming golf outing I'm hosting for Veteran Companion Animal Service. Very grateful for their support, and their live of dogs and other animals. Awesome place!

How many reviews about poor attitudes from employees will it take for ownership to take steps to remedy the situation? My first visit today. Manager wanted to turn me away from giving my dog a bath after I had checked in at the counter because the store was to close in 10 minutes (my gps had me there at 5:45). Then when I attempted to return the lead that I’d borrowed for my dog she was completely condescending, stating “I’d rather your dog not be running around the parking lot.” My dog walks off leash. He was wound up in the store due to all of the treats, but regardless of her opinion, you just don’t treat people that way. I just moved back here from Lewis Center and Mutts & Co is only 2 minutes further so I will not be back. For anything.

Their curbside pickup and delivery (with minimum) has been great during these times. Very easy to use website. They always have coupons too so check your regular and email before ordering. Store is clean, and well stocked and have dealt with pandemic shortages as well as they possibly can.
