I feel like the staff is rude every time I enter the store they follow me around and look at me like I'm trash and I'm going to be stealing I feel like I don't like being followed around a store that I'm spending money with being looked at like I'm not even worthy to shop there I actually spend quite a bit of money and prefer their store but I won't be going there out of my way because they're going to make me feel just as uncomfortable. These establishments that we Patron in this city should not treat us all like we're trash that can't even afford to shop at their store especially if they want us to shop there yeah maybe there's a stealing problem in this city but perhaps it's actually just a corruption problem mixed with a reaping of the impoverished problem perhaps if we all remembered that whether you're an addict or not you're a human and the struggling out here because if you ain't in the government or wearing a badge you ain't one of them and you probably won't be so don't sell yourself out trying to be one ain't never going to happen so Family Dollar on 11th Street should try to be friendly and try service with a smile and so should every other establishment in this city

2 1/2. really. some people that work there are great. then some make you feel like your not welcome. and a manger is definitely is one that makes you want to hurry and leave no looking

They accused me of bringing a gun into their store to rob their customers. Call their loving cops and told them lies, Cops and judge took their word as fact.

This "Family Dollar" has it all. Sure, it might be exactly the same as every other Family Dollar you've ever had the pleasure of entering, but why mess with perfection. They have chips, tape, headphones, I could go on and on. So if you're in need of some products to improve and/or maintain your life, look no further. Plus, some of their merchandise is only a dollar!

This place is garbage...do NOT buy monsters from this location..twice I have bought cases that had rotten product.and never opened on time

Staff friendly, store was clean, but no public bathroom. So, that kills the friendly part. Walmart and even gas stations care about my husband enough to worry about necessary needs, but they can't?!?!

I frequently shop here but there is always trash near the entrance and in the parking lot. Prices are good. Friendly staff.

A tightly fitted store kinda cramped in tbere. Needs to be a bigger store and spread out more. Sometimes you may encounter long lines.

They are slow and steel your electronic coupons. Also you can't use your family dollar app, there either! So my advice stay away from the store by the underpass in Portsmouth Ohio! 😖

It's okay, a cheap little dorky store to grab little things you may need.
