Not much help with printing and when bought a necklace the receipt printed out something different. So I hope it doesn't break cause my receipt says I bought a scrunchie. And I know it's the right receipt cause it's the first time I used my new card there.

I used to love using them for all my prescription needs, and loved the texting feature to let me know when my prescriptions were ready for pickup. This is now the only feature I like. They changed their horus to close earlier, and now take waaaay too long to gill my prescriptions too. Maybe I should switch to a different location because this pharmacy NEVER answers their phone!! I have been on hold with them for over an hour now, and this isn't the first time. I end up having to show up to see why my prescriptions aren't filled DAYS after the order was received by CVS. Then, when I do show up, they tell me I have to come back after they've had the time to fill them! Usually, I have to wait til the next day before this happens too. They claim they're so busy, but havent done much to change that either. Take your business elsewhere that actually has the time to answer your phone calls and fill your prescriptions in a timely matter. This CVS location is incapable or unwilling to take the time to help the customers when they need it.

Don't bother trying to call the pharmacy for help been waiting on hold for over an hour and no answer.Sad they seem to be giving all cvs pharmacies a bad name.

If they didn't give out all these coupons when we fill our prescriptions, I'd probably never shop here. CVS is just so expensive. Just the pharmacy I'd give 4 out of 5 stars.Edit: About a year later. The pharmacy service has declined SIGNIFICANTLY. It is always understaffed, which I've read is a chain-wide problem (with serious implications for patient safety), I've heard it directly from the frazzled-looking, overworked employees, and I've waited in line and watched only 1 or 2 employees struggle to run this very busy pharmacy, while phones ring and cannot be answered. Once the line was so long that I just sat on the floor for 10 -15 mins. The drive-thru line is often 3-5 cars deep.

I have been harassed by the specialty pharmacy for months. I don't even have service with CVS Specialty Pharmacy, never have any never will. I get called several times a day with no way to stop it. I encourage everyone else to tell their stories about this type of harassment. I just blocked them today. It's sad that it had to come to that. If they use alternative numbers, they will be blocked as well.

As long as you don’t need to call you might be alright but if you can don’t plan on talking to anybody every time I call I’m on holds well over an hour before I give up

They do not answer the telephone. EVER. I live in West Portsmouth and drove their while still on hold. They were ignoring my call. I walk in and bust them standing around talking. What if I couldn't drive there? Do BETTER, answer your phone.

The pharmacy doesn’t answer their phone. Waited forever for someone to pick and no one did, so came in just to find out that they didn’t even have my insulin in stock. The lady I talked to wasn’t friendly and didn’t seem that inclined to help me either. So 1 star. Would be 0 if 0 was an option.

My girlfriend is pregnant and they were mistakenly sent her medicine. We have been in SOMC pharmacy parking lot for over two hours. I had to go buy diapers for my babies because CVS hasn't even transfered it still! The lady who works there is extremely rudefor no reason and is saying they will call when they get time. But here my family is suffering and our little baby who is 2 has to do without medicine. I won't ever go to CVS again even when we go do our important visits in Portsmouth. Very bad business

I went in to CVS to get a few things before Christmas. It was slow and there weren’t very many people in there.I approached the cashier and she asked if I was a cvs member, I said “no”. She asked if I would like to join, I said “no thank you.” She rang up my items and as I was paying, she told me to put on a mask, I said “no”. She told me again two more times. My transaction was finished so I took my receipt and left.Facial coverings have been proven to be “nonessential “ and cause many people anxiety (including me). My good experience turned bad because of being harassed about a face mask.

Poor pharmacy service. Waited over 30 minutes for prescriptions only to be told to come back later. Came back 2 hours later and waited another 20 minutes to be told prescriptions were not available that they would telephone me before store closing. Never received a call.

Pharmacy went above and beyond for me today. I had problems with my doctor’s office sending my prescription and they were very patient with me, then I had problems with my insurance approving my medication. To clear up the confusion a pharmacist called my insurance provider and tried everything in his power to help me out. I’m so thankful that they tried so hard to get it taken care of. I’ve had problems with my insurance provider covering various medications over the last few months (I’m pregnant and have been to the pharmacy often.) This pharmacy is the only pharmacy that has truly helped me. Two others have basically told me it isn’t their problem and haven’t tried at all to communicate with my insurance company. Wish I got the employee’s name who helped me out so much! Thank you!

I love cvs but the one in downtown Portsmouth ohio is nice even thought the one curly haired blonde manager is very rude and acts as though some one is wrong for shopping and taking time to decide what they are going to buy and follows me throughout the store but if I asked where something is she has ignored me until she thinks I'm taking to much time shopping "the way me and quite a few others at different trips with me shopping have been treated " then abruptly and rudely says exactly where. They Isle is as I begin to uncofotably make my way to checkout with her on my heels without even asking if we needed any help other then that specific manager all the other employees seem to be very help and pleasant but also seem to feel uncomfortable with this specific managers actions of rude service and I feel like all the other stores are employees are wonderful and pleasant

It was nice, greeted as soon as I walked in. If a worker was in an aisle with me they would make sure I am finding everything ok. Every time I've been each cashier talks to me and is very friendly and will say sorry if I had to wait too long in line.
