Caroline does such an amazing job with our Cavapoo! We have had several bad experiences elsewhere, not producing the look we like. Fido & Felix nails it every time! Our dog Moose is very particular with who he feels comfortable with and can be quite anxious at times, but there haven't been any issues here! They are also great about working with my schedule to get him in. But I highly recommend scheduling out a couple grooms just to secure your spot - they are that good!! I can honestly say that Moose's hair appointments are prioritized over my own!

Kylah has been grooming my cockapoo since he was a pup. His very first experience at the groomer was AMAZING! She made sure she booked him for extra time so that she could take her time getting him acquainted with everything and making sure he was comfortable. Every groom since has been just as phenomenal! They answer all of your questions and are always very friendly. I never have to worry about my Murphy when he has to go get groomed.

This is hands down the best groomer in Ottawa, Sandusky, and Erie County! I will never take my dog anywhere else. They groom him exactly like I ask and my dog loves them. He is always happy to go and they take the absolute best care of him.

We started taking our boxer,Patton, about a month ago now. We absolutely LOVE it, so does he. He is 8 1/2 and I have always done everything for him myself, and I just thought...I'm done. Lol. And they do such a great job with him. I love how the buff his nails! He looked so shiny and smelt so good after his bath! I will keep making appt for sure!! Highly recommend, easy to schedule too!

Get both my cat and my dog groomed here. New customer as of 5/2022. Had a great experience with both the person who groomed my cat and the person who groomed my dog. Both were professional, helpful, and did a great job grooming my animals. I drive 30 min because we had less than stellar experiences with groomers in our area. Fido and Felix is more expensive, but it's worth every penny!!!!! After a year of grooming my senior dog they said they wouldn't do him anymore because he moves too much. They still do a great job on my cat but I do have to remind them every time not to bathe her. I did find a gentle groomer that is happy to groom my dog.

I have been taking my dogs here for around a year. My groomer died. First time here,I found them unpleasant,but they did s good job. My dogs are old,been groomed all there life. 3rd time I took them,they were very busy,with a lot of big dogs. My dogs were nervous. Understandably. They said they were bad. We made our next appointment. When I took them back,asked if they would be careful as one dog was not well,just old. They get them done in record time,with nothing said about behavior. Do you want to make next appointment? No,I will wait. When I called to get said appointment,they told me they wouldn't do it,and I should take them to vet for sadation.. WHAT. ,just cause they are old.We are all old in my house. My son came to help me clean them up. No problem,they don't look good but they are clean. They were not problem. Like a bad teacher,they only want them ones who are" normal" whatever that is. Can't wait for more groomers to come around and out them out!

I called Caroline to ask if I could get our dog in for a quick trim around his face and Caroline kindly let me bring him in on the same day that I spoke to her.Additionally we recently adopted a puppy and when I brought him to the salon to introduce toher it was an afterthought to ask if she had time to trim his toenails. She was able to accommodate my request as well and trim his face and clean his ears.In just a short amount of time she helped with both of our fur babies.I am always pleased with the services at Fido &Felix Pet Parlor and highly recommend taking your pets there for grooming.

I walked in to get my Duke's nails trimmed and buffed as a last minute. We were in and out in ten minutes, and they were so good with Duke, being as he's a 45 pound 18 week old puppy who's timid and scared of just about everything. He did so good. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone!!

My parents took their dogs here twice after reading good reviews. The first time they brought their golden home, she was unable to walk and was acting injured. They called the office and asked if anything happened and they said, “oh yeah. She fell off the table but acted fine after. We forgot to tell you.” Thinking it was a simple accident, my parents took their dogs there again. The second time, my parents got their dogs home and started finding little blood spots around the house. The examined the dogs and both the golden and cocker spaniel had been cut and were bleeding. The cocker spaniel on her hip area and the golden on her back. Once again, they did not tell my parents they injured the dogs. Unfortunately, they won’t be returning for services due to the workers negligence.

I have been bringing my two pugs Rocket & Binx to Fido & Felix to get their nails trimmed since Caroline first opened up! She is always so good and patient with them, neither one of them care to have it done but she does great with each of them. And she always can squeeze them in for a quick trim! I will keep bringing my pets here and I’ve even referred two if my girlfriends (3 pets) to Fido & Felix as well!!!
